About your new role

Are you passionate about data and how it can inform decision-making? We’re looking for an Audience and Insights Manager, who loves connecting people with a range of shows and activities that will enrich their lives.

This new role will be instrumental in ensuring our audiences are placed at the centre of our planning, by using their information effectively to share with them the Mercury’s vision, communicate our work, and promote our organisational values. 

You will help develop a 3-year audience development strategy; create, manage and deliver audience engagement campaigns; analyse data and recommend segmentation and audience profiles; help the team interpreting post-show data to inform future campaigns; help in the creation of a community ambassadors scheme, and much more.

It’s an incredibly exciting time within partnerships at Prostate Cancer UK. In line with the charity’s ambitious 10-year fundraising strategy, partnerships are a core component in raising vital funds and awareness to help men navigate the UK’s most common cancer. With nationally recognised, award-winning partnerships as our platform, matched with a record-high brand sentiment rating, a highly prominent cause and a marketplace looking for long-term strategic partnerships, we are building the team infrastructure to maximise our strong position through the launch of two developed functions – Account Development and Business Development. 

What the job involves 

You’ll lead our business development strategy for corporate partnerships, focusing on securing high-value, purpose-driven relationships with long-term potential (typically 6–8 figure), and building a robust pipeline to deliver sustainable income growth. 

• Own and deliver the business development plan, targeting major prospects and flagship partnerships with transformational potential. 

• Identify, prioritise and cultivate opportunities across key sectors (including sport and health), shifting activity from short-term, transactional asks to insight-led, multi-year partnerships. 

• Shape and test compelling funding propositions, working with internal experts (including Communications, Black Health Equity, Research, Health Services, and Equity & Improvement) to build integrated partnership offers. 

• Lead proposal development end-to-end: briefing colleagues, coordinating inputs, writing and reviewing pitches, and ensuring submissions are high quality, compelling and on time. 

• Take overall accountability for the business development pipeline: keeping it strategically aligned, properly valued, actively progressed and accurately forecast. 

• Improve performance through better pipeline discipline: growing value and volume at each stage, increasing conversion, and reducing lead times from opportunity identification to proposal submission. 

• Line manage and develop a team of three experienced Business Development Managers (including sector/specialist roles), setting clear objectives and coaching for confident, high-performance delivery. 

• Lead and support negotiations with senior stakeholders, ensuring new partnerships protect and enhance our brand, values and reputation. 

• Work closely with partnership colleagues to transition newly secured partners into account development so relationships are onboarded smoothly and set up to scale. 

What we want from you 

You’re a strategic, commercially minded new business leader who can spot and shape big opportunities, influence at senior levels, and convert complex partnership conversations into high-value, multi-year income. 

• Significant experience securing new, high-value corporate partnerships (typically 6–8 figure) in a commercial organisation, charity and/or agency environment. 

• A strong track record of delivering income through new business acquisition, with credible examples of taking prospects from first contact through to signed agreement. 

• Confidence developing high-value propositions and partnership packages that work for both the organisation and the partner. 

• Excellent pipeline management skills, with experience improving conversion rates, forecasting and proposal turnaround times. 

• Strong influencing and negotiation skills, comfortable engaging senior stakeholders and navigating complex internal decision-making. 

• Proven people leadership experience, with the ability to coach, set clear expectations and build a high-performing specialist team. 

• A values-led approach and commitment to equity, diversity and inclusion, with the judgement to ensure partnerships align with and strengthen our brand. 

• Desirable: experience in sport, health, brand-led or ESG-focused partnerships, and/or developing transformational 7–8 figure partnerships.

About the role 

As our Senior Internal Auditor, you will support WaterAid to continuously strengthen internal controls and effective risk management by the delivery of internal audit engagements working closely with management to drive sustainable change. 

In this role, you will: 

• Deliver risk-based internal audits to provide assurance that financial and other control procedures are appropriate and implemented as designed.

• Respond to requests for assistance and advice from management in respect of any matters relating to systems of control, risk management and governance.

• Input to the development of the Internal Audit function 

• Support management in developing a fraud aware culture and in fraud response, including undertaking investigations where required

Requirements

To be successful, you will need: 

• Honesty, integrity, tenacity and sensitivity 

• Experienced auditor 

• A professional CCAB (Consultative Committee of Accounting Bodies) accounting qualification or accredited member of the CIIA (Chartered Institute of Internal Auditors)

• A willingness to travel and an ability to work independently with limited supervision 

• Strong numeric, analytical and financial skills, with an aptitude for budgeting and financial management 

• Good understanding of risk management and internal controls 

• Excellent communication and report writing skills, with either native proficiency or advanced professional proficiency in English

• Confident to communicate with all levels of management and Trustees 

• Excellent time management and organisational skills and ability to juggle multiple assignments and meet competing deadlines 

• Strong IT literacy

• Proficiency of auditing using data analytics techniques and AI

• Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to work across different cultures 

• Strong influencing skills and ability to build a strong network within and across WaterAid and with peers in the sector. 

• Ability to support and coach secondees and supervise their work as required 

Although not essential, we’d prefer you to have: 

• Experience of working in the INGO sector 

• Qualifications and/or experience in fraud investigations e.g. Certified Fraud Examiner 

• Knowledge of French or Portuguese

This is a senior role in our Partnerships team, heading up our newly formed Account Development function and playing a key part in transforming how we grow income from existing corporate partnerships.

You’ll take ownership of a portfolio of high‑value, complex partnerships, many of which are moving from lower‑value arrangements into higher impact, mutually beneficial multi‑year partnerships as part of our longer‑term growth strategy. This is not a “steady state” account management role – it’s about developing, expanding and unlocking untapped potential in relationships.

In practice, this means you’ll: 

• Lead the delivery and growth of a portfolio of major corporate partnerships, ensuring campaigns are well‑executed and partnerships are delivering real value, income and impact.

• Drive partner extensions, expansions and upsell opportunities, turning successful partnerships into longer‑term, purpose‑driven collaborations.

• Shift relationships from transactional management to strategic account development, spotting opportunities, building networks and proactively shaping future activity.

As our new Communications and Campaigns Officer, you’ll bring your experience in digital communications to contribute towards making Possible’s work relevant, accessible and inspiring to key audiences. You’ll take a proactive approach to increasing and diversifying our audiences and finding new ways to talk about climate change with new people. 

Working across the campaigns and communications teams, you’ll create exciting and engaging content which brings our work to life on digital platforms. You’ll have a good understanding of which platforms, tone and style are best suited to reach which audiences, and an eye for analytics, monitoring and evaluating what works, and adapting accordingly. 

You’ll provide essential, day to day administrative support to our communications and campaigns teams through information sharing, calendar management and document preparation. In our small comms team, there is a lot of crossover between roles, so you will occasionally be asked to pitch into other functions such as web and press. At different times, you’ll provide support to our varied campaigns—from aviation to community energy to traffic reduction to electrical repair—offering you the chance to engage with a lot of different people, in a range of ways.

You’ll be invited to contribute to general marketing, media, outreach, fundraising and campaign strategy. And everyone at Possible helps out in the best ways they are able, by doing things like organising digital birthday cards, taking out the bins or the virtual equivalent, so there’s that too.

We usually work 9.30am-5.30pm but staff can use flexitime to work the hours that work for them depending on the day or request different standard hours.

At Trinity Hospice, we believe in providing compassionate care not only for patients, but also for the families and loved ones around them. For more than 40 years, we’ve supported communities across Blackpool, Fylde and Wyre, offering care, comfort and guidance at some of life’s most difficult times.

We are looking for a thoughtful and dedicated In Memory Officer to join our Fundraising and Communications Team. This is a deeply meaningful role, offering the opportunity to shape how we support people to remember and celebrate those who matter most to them, while helping to generate vital income for our hospice services.

In this role, you will lead the delivery and development of our in-memory fundraising programme, creating compassionate and engaging ways for supporters to honour loved ones. You will take ownership of key initiatives such as Light up a Life and Memory Meadow, while also exploring new opportunities for people to connect, remember and give. Alongside this, you will play a central role in shaping our bereavement communications, ensuring supporters receive thoughtful, timely and sensitive engagement throughout their journey. 

This position brings together creativity, organisation and empathy. You will be confident managing multiple projects, using data and insight to inform your work, and delivering high-quality communications across a range of channels. Just as importantly, you will have the emotional intelligence and judgement needed to work in sensitive situations, ensuring every interaction reflects the care and compassion at the heart of Trinity Hospice.

You will work closely with colleagues across fundraising, communications and clinical teams, as well as building relationships within the local community, including funeral directors and supporters. Marketing Delivery Officer 

£29,500 - £32,250 per year

What the job involves 

As a Marketing Delivery Officer within the Integrated Marketing and Media team, you’ll play a central role in bringing communications plans to life. Working closely with colleagues across the Communications Directorate, you’ll coordinate the delivery of content and channel activity so priority communications land effectively and on time. 

You’ll oversee delivery across a wide range of channels, coordinating content outlined in communications plans and delivering against priorities set by Communications Business Partners and Product Owners. A big part of the role involves working with delivery teams to understand their lead times, briefing needs and how to get the best outcomes from collaborative working. You’ll work on projects with teams across the charity, including sector-leading virtual fundraising challenge products, sporting events such as London Marathon, in-person events like March for Men, projects to promote our support services, Corporate Partnerships and much more. You’ll also liaise with our external media agency to support the delivery of content for paid media campaigns. 

As part of cross-functional product teams, you’ll stay close to evolving priorities and take ownership of the production and delivery of communications activity. This includes copywriting, editing and reviewing content, developing creative briefs and overseeing delivery of the communications plan. You’ll coordinate asset requests, organise briefings and channel planning sessions, and help connect product teams with delivery teams so everyone is aligned and working efficiently. You’ll get to work with teams across the organisation and get to see first-hand the work we’re doing to give men the power to navigate prostate cancer.

What we want from you 

You’ll be highly organised, with the ability to calmly balance planned and reactive work while keeping a solutions‑focused mindset. You’ll be a confident communicator, comfortable translating complex or technical information into clear, engaging content for general audiences, and skilled at building trusted relationships with colleagues, stakeholders and external partners. 

You’ll bring experience of copywriting for different channels, along with copy editing and reviewing skills, and have a solid grounding in creative content production, creative briefing and ideation. Practical experience using tools such as Canva will be important, as will project management expertise and familiarity with collaboration tools like Trello or Monday. 

Strong analytical skills are essential, enabling you to quickly digest complex information and respond effectively, even when working to tight deadlines. Above all, you’ll be a collaborative team player who enjoys working across functions, engaging stakeholders and helping teams deliver their best work together.

How and where we work 

Colleagues attend the office at least four days per month (pro rata for part-time colleagues) to collaborate, build relationships, and support projects and decision-making. You can choose where to work the rest of the time. Travel to the office is a commute, so we pay our own travel costs.

Additional in-person attendance will be required during your first few months for induction and training, to support you to learn the role and get to know colleagues.
