This role will support the delivery of Sarcoma UK’s challenge events portfolio, with a particular focus on supporting the expansion of the London Marathon into a two-day event and providing excellent stewardship to a growing number of challenge event fundraisers.

Duties and key responsibilities

Challenge Event Support

• Provide day-to-day support to the Senior Challenge Events Officer across Sarcoma UK’s challenge events portfolio.
• Act as a point of contact for fundraisers participating in challenge events, responding to enquiries and signposting them to the right support.
• Support the delivery of the London Marathon, including stewardship and the setup of the Running Show and after party.
• Help administer the challenge events process, including registrations, deadlines, record-keeping and post-event evaluations.
• Assist with the organisation of event-day experiences, such as cheer stations and receptions, to support participants and celebrate their achievements.
• Help compile reports and evaluations for events within the challenge event portfolio.
• Support research into new challenge events to help grow the charity’s portfolio.

Communications

• Support the creation of challenge event content for online and offline channels, including the website, working with the Senior Challenge Events Officer and the Communications team.
• Help compile impact messages for fundraisers.
• Help gather fundraising stories, case studies and achievements to share with the Communications team.

Supporter Care

• Provide friendly, gold-standard support to challenge event fundraisers, helping them access the resources they need to maximise their fundraising and stay involved long term.
• Help deliver personalised stewardship journeys to support participants in meeting or exceeding their fundraising targets.
• Respond promptly to fundraising enquiries by post, email and telephone.
• Help ensure fundraisers receive timely recognition, including letters, certificates and impact updates as appropriate.
• Send fundraising materials and packs to supporters.

Administration and Compliance

• Maintain accurate supporter records using Sarcoma UK’s database (Raiser’s Edge).
• Help ensure Gift Aid is captured at every opportunity.
• Help monitor and manage event fundraising stock.
• Work in line with fundraising legislation, including GDPR, risk management, health and safety regulations, and the Fundraising Regulator’s Code of Conduct.

Other

• Provide event support, which may involve occasional weekend or evening work.
• Adapt to the evolving needs of Sarcoma UK by undertaking other duties as required.

Do you have a successful track record in a trusts and foundations role, with experience of developing and maintaining key relationships over a sustained period?

We're looking for a Trusts and Foundations Officer to support the delivery of our trusts and foundations strategy, from identifying and cultivating new opportunities to nurturing long term relationships.

What does this role do?

As Trusts and Foundations Officer, you'll:

• manage a personal portfolio of existing and new trusts and foundations ensuring a first-class cultivation and stewardship journey, which sets us apart from other charities in our sector and inspires trusts and foundations to contribute to our work,
• contribute to the delivery of the team strategy, from communications of enquiry to hosting and attending meetings and events with new and existing donors,
• develop a pipeline to generate new trusts and foundations income for Dogs Trust,
• ensure data is recorded accurately on our internal CRM system and that relationship management is delivered to the highest standard.

This role is a fixed term, family leave cover contract until December 2027. Interviews are provisionally scheduled for 4th August 2026, and will take place on Teams.

About the role:

Too many young people are left waiting, repeating their story, or trying to navigate mental health systems that were never built with their lives in mind. In this role, you’ll help change that. As Mental Health Practitioner, you’ll help young people in Camden Young Person’s High Support Accommodation Service build trust, understand their options and access the health and mental health support they need to move towards safety, wellbeing and independence.

You’ll hold a focused caseload of young people with higher mental health and wellbeing needs, carrying out screenings, building clear health profiles, supporting referrals and helping young people engage with appointments, treatment and care planning. You’ll work alongside young people at their pace, recognising that confidence, choice and trust are often built through patience, consistency and strong relationships.

You’ll also support colleagues to feel more confident when responding to mental health need, distress, crisis, risk or barriers to engagement. Working closely with CAMHS, adult mental health services, primary care, substance use services and other health partners, you’ll help create a more joined-up response so young people are not passed between systems, but actively supported to access the care they deserve. What the job involves

We’re looking for a Customer Journeys and Experience Manager to join our Customer Engagement and Experience Team on a fixed term basis for six months.

We’re about to launch our new, organisation-wide, segmentation project – Designed Around You, where you’ll play a key role in using this new insight to support teams to deliver the experience our customers have of Prostate Cancer UK. You’ll be responsible for developing and delivering multi-channel customer journeys that provide a consistent and engaging experience to all customers of Prostate Cancer UK. You’ll lead the ongoing development and optimisation of how we welcome customers to the organisation, as well as our engagement journeys, ensuring that customer needs are met, and behaviours and interests are tracked across every touchpoint.

You’ll take a lead on briefing, journey design development, analysis, and reporting, to optimise customer engagement and income. Additionally, you'll act as a liaison between data delivery, insights and product teams, sharing insights and best practice across the organisation. Coaching and collaborating with colleagues and external agencies is essential to ensure successful deployment of programmes.

We’re looking for someone who genuinely cares about giving our customers a great experience and always thinks about how messages will land with different audiences.

You’ll bring strong experience from a communications or direct marketing environment, with a clear track record of delivering multi-channel customer journeys for a range of audiences. You’re comfortable using data to guide your decisions, with the ability to turn analysis into clear, meaningful insights that others can easily understand and act on.

You build strong relationships at all levels and work well with both internal teams and external partners, including agencies and suppliers. Alongside this, you’re organised and proactive, with solid experience of planning projects and putting marketing activity into action from start to finish.

The role focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships with partner organisations, supporting firms throughout their participation in the Suicide Prevention Action Lab (SPAL) programme, and ensuring they remain motivated, accountable, and on track to deliver their commitments.

We’re bringing together six representatives from financial services firms to explore ways to improve support for customers experiencing suicidality. The Partnerships Officer will play a key role in supporting the delivery of the SPAL, working closely with participating firms to assist them in developing, testing, and implementing practical changes to help prevent suicidality. 

The Partnerships Officer will manage relationships with multiple firms simultaneously, each at a different stage in their journey to testing and embedding new and improved approaches to identifying and supporting customers experiencing or at risk of suicidality. Success in the role requires excellent organisation, persistence, and relationship management skills, alongside the ability to understand the challenges and competing demands faced by participating firms and to support them in maintaining momentum and delivering results.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their skills in partnership management, stakeholder engagement and influencing change within organisations. The role offers significant autonomy and responsibility, with opportunities to build expertise, lead stakeholder relationships, and contribute directly to the SPAL’s growth and impact.

While the role will predominantly focus on the SPAL, the postholder will also contribute to the continued development of the wider Action Labs research-to-impact offer.

Key tasks in the role will include:

• Acting as the primary day-to-day contact for participating firms, building strong and productive relationships throughout their involvement in the SPAL. Coordinating and supporting consultancy and coaching meetings with participating firms.

We want someone who is:

• A skilled and confident executor, who is experienced in consumer marketing and promoting a wide range of projects including public events to the right audiences.
• A confident email marketeer, with experience of welcome and supporter journeys and supporter e-newsletters.
• Creative in crafting compelling marketing content to deliver effective, multi-channel marketing campaigns.
• Experience of working with a range of partners to help raise awareness and engagement, as well as suppliers such as designers and photographers.
• Relevant marketing experience in a military, charity, cultural or public organisation would be particularly advantageous.

Context and Background

The NSPCC’s mission is to end cruelty to children by fighting for every childhood. To carry out its charitable work the NSPCC relies on the fundraising support of people across the UK for 90% of it’s income. Within fundraising our aim is to provide maximum resources for the NSPCC. We aim to provide the best possible supporter experience, building long-term relationships to create an experience which is different, better and more rewarding than that of supporting any other charity.

The Associate Head of Mass Participation Fundraising is a member of the Supporter Led Fundraising Leadership Team and the Philanthropy & Partnerships Department. The role contributes to the overall leadership and management of the team and department as well as implementing the fundraising plans and strategies for the Engagement & Fundraising Directorate.

Mass Participation Fundraising is an important component in the NSPCC’s Engagement and Fundraising strategy. The post holder will lead and develop a first-class team to develop our portfolio, engaging and deepening the relationship with participants into long-term supporters and optimising the fundraising income they generate.

A key element of the role is to provide leadership across a diverse team, which includes Third Party Events, DIY fundraising and Schools Fundraising. The role will work collaboratively across all departments to build the best possible supporter relationships to generate income and promote key organisational messages to external audiences.

Job purpose

To deliver effective fundraising activities from a mass participation portfolio of diverse products, events and opportunities. To manage relationships with suppliers and agencies, while providing leadership and management to fundraising staff within the Mass Participation Fundraising team. Continually refreshing, improving and growing the portfolio, facilitating increased income generation across all teams.

• To have accountability and responsibility for the budgetary performance of three core Mass Participation income generation streams (Third Party Events, DIY Fundraising, and Schools Fundraising)

• To form and deliver the strategy of acquisition, stewardship and retention of mass participants

• To identify synergies and best practice across similar operations within and beyond Engagement & Fundraising, applying principles of Supporter Centricity across participants and their connected supporters

Main duties and responsibilities

• To work with Head of Supporter Led Fundraising to develop ambitious strategies and business plans to optimise and grow income

• To guide and direct the implementation of agreed strategies including influencing the plans and activities across other fundraising audience streams

• To develop, deliver and be accountable for teams' annual budgets through monitoring, managing and reforecasting financial performance, ensuring that contingency plans are in place as required

• To guide and direct efficient acquisition strategies across Third Party Events, DIY Fundraising and Schools Fundraising and ensure all supporters are onboarded to the organisation appropriately, supporting retention.

• To seek and commission insight of sector-wide fundraising opportunities through a range of markets and/or supporter groups, to inform the team strategies

Person specification

1. Experience of leadership to successfully drive income growth from event participation, DIY or schools fundraising either in the commercial or charity sector

2. Skilled in strategic planning and development to find new ways to drive growth in an established market

3. Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively share complex information, propositions and business cases

4. Substantial experience of budgetary management and financial planning

5. Understanding of acquisition marketing strategies and integrated marketing planning approach.

At Single Homeless Project (SHP), our Lewisham Vulnerable Adults Accommodation Service (LVAAS) provides safe accommodation and specialist support for adults experiencing multiple disadvantage, including rough sleeping, mental ill-health, substance use, offending, street activity, antisocial behaviour and exclusion from essential services. As Team Manager, you will play a key role in helping the service remain steady, responsive and ambitious for people who may have been let down by systems before.

Working closely with the Service Manager, you will support the day to day leadership of the service, guiding frontline staff, volunteers and peer mentors to deliver support that is trauma-informed, strengths-based and focused on recovery, safety and move on. You will help maintain clear standards across safeguarding, risk, housing management, support planning, partnership working and service performance, while creating a team culture where staff feel equipped, accountable and able to do challenging work well.

This is a varied and purposeful leadership role, with space to shape practice, strengthen partnerships across the Lewisham pathway and contribute to continuous service improvement. • You bring experience of leading, supervising or coordinating staff in supported housing, homelessness, health, social care or a similarly complex frontline setting.

Health Consultant Role

This role is an essential part of CoramBAAF’s multi-disciplinary offer for CoramBAAF members, providing expertise, knowledge and experience of health practice and policy within Adoption, Kinship and Foster care. Key responsibilities include

• Providing leadership and direction in respect of CoramBAAF’s goal to promote positive health outcomes for care experienced children and young people including adopted children and children in kinship care.

• Developing policy and good practice guidance for health and social care professionals and services in a multi-disciplinary context.

• Facilitating the CoramBAAF Health Group and the Health Advisory Committee and ensure that the work of the health group continuously develops to meet the first two objectives.

As a professional membership organisation CoramBAAF is responsible for delivering high quality research-based policy advice and briefing updates to its members and other relevant stakeholders, including central and local government. This role sits within the policy, research and development (PRD) team. The PRD team is led by the Managing Director of policy, research and development and consists of consultants who specialise in different forms of family placement from an interdisciplinary perspective including social work, legal, health and research. Core to the team’s role is the contribution to membership services and products, including publications, conferences, briefings, practice notes and forms. The team also convenes a number of advisory committees and special interest groups that support and feed into these primary functions.
