1-Purpose:
The role manages all UKNO finances and is responsible for supporting UK donor services and governance, accounting, ensuring accurate monitoring, reporting and compliance, alongside office management and logistical support.

3- Scope (geographical and/or functional), Impact and Autonomy
This UK-based role operates with significant autonomy, holding delegated authority over financial management, systems, and office operations, including safeguarding all funds received. Oversight is provided by the Executive Director and the global finance team. Decisions on finances must be approved by the ED, and in some cases, the Finance and Audit Committee. In addition, the role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day office administration, providing travel and logistical support. The incumbent operates with high trust and independence and is expected to safeguard assets and ensure full statutory, fiscal, and HR data compliance.
4- Leadership and Staff management
The role exercises functional and collaborative leadership with no direct reports, providing guidance and influence across the National Office. This role requires gathering, interpreting, and compiling complex information from a variety of sources - including online banking, financial systems, MCRM, Power BI and fundraising staff to ensure accurate reporting and analysis.

The incumbent is expected to drive process improvements and functional innovations within the National Office—data integrity, financial tracking, and internal collaboration—while supporting others to implement these changes, with major or high-risk innovations subject to approval by the ED.

About the role
At the Motability Foundation, we fund, support, research and innovate so that all disabled people can make the journeys they choose.
We’re building a Transport Solutions Team that can work flexibly across all the tools in our delivery kit – from grants and innovation pilots to research, partnerships, and commercial interventions. This includes a growing portfolio of projects tackling key challenges like inclusive EV charging, complex community transport funding opportunities, and large-scale research such as the National Centre for Accessible Transport.
We are now recruiting four Transport Solutions Managers to help design and deliver high-impact work across this portfolio. These are pivotal roles that combine subject expertise, delivery capability, and leadership and are designed to work flexibly across our matrix structure.
Some roles will focus more on funding: exploring new funding mechanisms and managing end-to-end development and delivery of funding opportunities and a team of grant managers. Others will focus more on direct delivery: leading projects, partnerships or research commissions. But all Transport Solutions Managers will be encouraged to develop and contribute across both areas.

Must haves:

This is a full-time, 12-month fixed-term contract with the potential for extension, offered on a hybrid basis in London with two days per week in the office.
Reporting to the Head of Human Resources, the HR Manager will play a central role in delivering high-quality HR support across a dynamic and collaborative organisation. This is a broad generalist position with both operational and strategic exposure, leading day-to-day HR operations while partnering closely with managers and employees on the full employee lifecycle. The role will involve advising on employee relations matters including performance, probation and absence management, overseeing recruitment processes from job description through to onboarding, and ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and new starters. The postholder will also contribute to the development and review of HR policies in line with UK employment legislation, manage learning and development initiatives, oversee benefits administration and maintain HR systems, data and reporting. Alongside this, the HR Manager will help foster a positive, high-performing culture by supporting employee engagement initiatives, internal communications and organisational development activities, while working collaboratively with the wider operations team on cross-organisational projects and change processes.
The successful candidate will be an experienced HR generalist, ideally operating at HR Manager, HR Business Partner or Senior HR Advisor level, with strong knowledge of UK employment law and the confidence to provide clear, practical advice to managers. CIPD Level 5 qualification, or equivalent experience, is expected. The role would particularly suit someone who enjoys working in a small or medium-sized organisation where flexibility, initiative and a hands-on approach are essential. You will bring experience across recruitment, employee relations, HR policy and process development, alongside the ability to design and implement effective HR workflows and systems. Strong interpersonal and communication skills will be key, as will the ability to build trusted relationships across teams while handling sensitive matters with discretion and professionalism. We are seeking someone highly organised, pragmatic and solutions-focused, who is equally comfortable contributing strategically while rolling up their sleeves to deliver operationally in a fast-moving environment. Experience within the not-for-profit sector, membership organisations, or professional services environments would be advantageous, as would an interest in climate, sustainability or responsible investment.

Fight for Peace has spent over two decades using boxing and martial arts as a gateway to something bigger, education, employability, personal development, and a real shot at a different future for young people aged 7–25 in East London. As our Youth Work Manager, you'll be the person responsible for making sure the youth work at the heart of our Academy is outstanding.
You'll lead our youth workers, shape our programmes, and act as our primary safeguarding lead within primary interventions. This isn't a hands-off management role, you will be present in the Academy at least four evenings a week, visible to young people and staff alike, and actively involved in the delivery of life-changing work.
What you'll own:
You'll take the lead on designing, developing, and quality-assuring our youth work offer, including programmes like Man Talk and Lutadoras, our gender-specific personal development groups, as well as youth leadership initiatives and open-access evening services. Working alongside our Sports Manager and MEL team, you'll ensure every programme has a clear theory of change, measurable outcomes, and personal development woven into its core.
Safeguarding sits at the very centre of this role. You'll be the named lead for safeguarding across primary interventions, responsible not just for managing individual concerns, but for building a culture where every member of staff is vigilant, confident, and fully trained. You'll know your way around Working Together to Safeguard Children, contextual safeguarding, and trauma-informed practice, and you'll bring that knowledge to life in how the team works every day.
You'll also manage a team of youth workers, recruiting, developing, and holding them to high standards through regular one-to-ones, team meetings, and a genuine investment in their growth. Many of our youth workers are young people themselves who have come through our programmes, and supporting their professional development is a privilege that comes with this role.
What we're looking for:
You'll have a strong track record in youth work, ideally in an inner-city or community setting where the issues of violence, exploitation, and social inequality are not abstract concepts but lived realities for the young people you work with. You'll hold a recognised youth work qualification at Level 3 or above, and have experience acting as a designated safeguarding lead or equivalent.
You'll be a confident leader, a skilled relationship-builder, and someone who genuinely thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Above all, you'll believe without reservation that every young person has the potential to succeed, and you'll bring that belief into work with you every single day.

The Role
The Social Media Manager is responsible for all aspects of Global Witness’s social media presence, including day-to-day channel management, content creation, paid social campaigns and influencer/creator engagement. You will work with colleagues from within the Communications team and across the whole organisation to ensure our social media content contributes to our awareness, advocacy and income goals, while remaining aligned with our brand and values. You’ll also lead on reporting and optimisation, using data to inform content decisions, and stay on top of digital trends to help Global Witness make smart choices about which platforms and opportunities to prioritise over time. This is a highly collaborative role requiring creativity, strategic thinking and excellent communication skills.
Who we are looking for
• Substantial experience managing organisational social media accounts across multiple platforms, including content creation, scheduling and community management.
• Proven ability to produce compelling, audience f irst content tailored to different social channels and formats.
• Experience managing paid social campaigns, including targeting, testing and evaluation — ideally for fundraising or supporter acquisition purposes.
• Strong copywriting and editing skills, with the ability to simplify complex issues and craft messages for digital audiences.
• Excellent understanding of social media analytics, tools and reporting, with experience using insights to drive content performance.
• Experience in working with digital influencers and managing outreach and relationships.

Chorlton Good Neighbours is a small, well-loved neighbourhood charity with roots back to the late 1960s, working to reduce loneliness and support older people across Chorlton and adjacent neighbourhoods. Our work is local, practical and volunteer-led: befriending, home visits, transport, weekly activities, monthly teas, intergenerational groups and occasional day trips are all delivered with warmth and care.
Our volunteer base is extraordinary - around 100 volunteers support drivers, befrienders, activity leads, admin roles and trustees - and in 2024–25 we supported 474 people in total. Funding is a mixed model of public grants, local donations and modest earned income and the charity holds healthy funds to deliver our work.
This is a practical, hands-on, delivery-focused leadership role: you will lead a neighbourhood organisation through planned transition, preserving the community culture that makes CGN trusted, while introducing proportionate systems and succession approaches that secure its future. You will also spend substantial time supporting and supervising volunteers and facilitating activities alongside strategic duties.
As our next Manager (Chief Executive), you will:
• Strategy & Impact: Lead the development and delivery of a clear long-term strategy that sustains CGN’s neighbourhood impact and reduces social isolation amongst older people.
• Governance & Finance: Strengthen proportionate financial controls, grant monitoring and reporting while working closely with trustees including the Treasurer.
• Operational Leadership: Manage day-to-day delivery of volunteer-led services and introduce accessible procedures and safeguarding arrangements.
• Income Generation: Support fundraising and bid activity to secure multi-year funding and diversify local income streams.

Who you are
• An experienced, hands-on manager with significant experience of running small, community-facing charities or local services and a hands-on approach to operational delivery.
• Demonstrable expertise in recruiting, supporting and retaining volunteers, with confidence in DBS/safeguarding practice and volunteer supervision.
• Highly organised with strong event/activity planning skills, practical problem solving and attention to detail.
• Financially literate - comfortable with budgeting, grant monitoring and basic financial controls and able to work with volunteer finance leads.
• An excellent communicator: approachable, diplomatic and skilled at building trust with older people, volunteers, trustees and statutory partners.
• Values driven, emotionally resilient and committed to inclusivity and dignity in later life.
• Desirable: experience of Age-Friendly programmes or befriending schemes and local credibility or knowledge of Manchester/South Manchester.
