In 2027, Cats Protection will mark its 100th anniversary — a major milestone in the charity’s history. To support this celebration, we’re developing an exciting Centenary programme, and we’re looking for two Project Managers to lead key workstreams that will bring it to life. From large-scale events and merchandise to celebrity involvement and internal celebrations, this role will be central to shaping how we celebrate a century of caring for cats and how we plan for the next 100 years.
Responsibilities of our Project Manager (Centenary):
- Responsible for all aspects of the project management process, developing and managing the project plan, monitoring and reporting on progress and adjusting plans as necessary
- Act as champion for the project management framework
- Coordinate meetings, resources, and stakeholders to keep projects on track
- Support the creation of business cases, plans, and specifications
- Build and manage relationships with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
- Lead and provide support for workstreams and act as the main contact for project teams
- Identify project risks and issues, ensure these are managed effectively
- Monitor and report on project expenditure against budgets
- Establish the success of workstreams and conduct reviews to assess effectiveness

What we’re looking for in our Project Manager (Centenary):
- Project Management qualification and at least three years experience in a similar role
- Proven track record of successful large-scale project management and delivery
- Experience working with stakeholders at all levels
- Large-scale event development experience
- Experience monitoring and reporting on project expenditure against budgets
- Experience organising and facilitating engagement sessions
- Experience managing multiple workstreams simultaneously

About the role

In this role, you will actively seek and secure new business opportunities while nurturing and maintaining existing accounts, ensuring a steady and growing stream of revenue. You will deliver outstanding customer service, building and maintaining strong relationships with a diverse range of clients, including schools and youth groups. Managing booking processes and systems efficiently, you will ensure smooth operations and resource allocation in collaboration with various teams. Your creative input and support in developing and executing marketing strategies will increase brand awareness and attract more bookings. Additionally, you will assist in gathering and analysing data to inform strategic decisions, contributing to the continuous improvement of our programs and services.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Processing bookings and related paperwork using our booking system, Cinolla.
- Taking a proactive approach to new business.
- Responding to booking enquiries and contracting prospective customers.
- Co-ordinating with the Operations Team to ensure bookings can be resourced.
- Supporting the implementation of the Hindleap Warren marketing strategy to increase overall bookings.
- Managing key accounts to retain customers and reduce churn.
- Collaborating with the finance department to accurately process invoices, credit notes, and refunds.
- Promoting London Youth's policies on diversity and inclusion.
- Contributing proactively to the implementation of London Youth's mission and goals.

As Marketing Executive - Supporter Journeys, you will be responsible for the delivery of supporter journey activity, planning and executing individual and church supporter journey activities across various channels, including direct mail, telephone, and digital.
Do you have the following experience?
- Delivering marketing/supporter engagement campaigns across multiple channels including direct mail, email and telephone.
- Knowledge of CRM systems and how to use data to design and monitor performance
- Project managing efficiently and communicating clearly with multiple stakeholders
- Monitoring and evaluating campaigns and adopting a test and learn approach

- A flexible approach to your work, showing agility to adapt and make changes if required

Hybrid working: This role is eligible for hybrid working and you will be required to work from Teddington's Tearfund office and from your home by agreement with the line manager. This currently means around 2 days per month working from the Teddington office, with the rest worked from home.
This a full time role 35 hours per week, flexible working patterns may be considered.

We are now looking for an Engagement and Development Manager to join our Senior Leadership Team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about community impact, experienced in stakeholder engagement and fundraising, and ready to help shape the future of the foodbank.
About the Role
As Engagement and Development Manager, you will:
Lead on fundraising and income generation, developing strategies to secure support from donors, grants, community events, and corporate partnerships.
Build and nurture relationships with partners, supporters, volunteers, and the wider community.
Develop and deliver marketing and communications campaigns to raise awareness of our work.
Support organisational growth through strategic planning and operational improvements.
Provide line management to staff, supporting their development and fostering a collaborative culture.
This role is central to ensuring the foodbank remains financially sustainable, operationally effective, and deeply connected to the community we serve.
About You
We are looking for someone who has:
Experience in fundraising, stakeholder engagement, or communications.
Strong relationship-building and leadership skills.
The ability to manage projects, prioritise, and work under pressure.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
A positive, professional, and engaging approach.
Experience in the voluntary/community sector and a full driving licence are desirable.
