Our Second Home (OSH) is the UK’s youth movement for people with refugee backgrounds. We support young people to build community, become leaders, and flourish into adulthood in the place they call home.
Each year, hundreds of young people from dozens of countries and living in London & Bristol take part in our residential programmes, leadership training and youth hubs. Our residentials are often the first step – immersive, relationship-rich spaces where young people connect, reflect and begin to see themselves as leaders. From there, many move into leadership training and take on volunteer roles within the movement.
Our work is youth-led and rooted in lived experience. We are now implementing our 2025–2028 strategy, focused on strengthening quality, embedding learning and ensuring our growth is sustainable and safe.
The Head of Programmes is a senior leadership role, reporting to the CEO and managing two senior colleagues. You will hold responsibility for the quality, coherence and safeguarding of all programme activity.

Programme Leadership & Strategy in Practice

Lead implementation of OSH’s 2025–2028 programme strategy.

Oversee the design, quality and coherence of residentials, leadership training and hubs.

Job Title: Human Resources Business Partner

Purpose of the Job

Duties & Responsibilities
· Provide proactive leadership and support in ensuring the delivery of all functional demands. Ensure the functional processes and procedures are appropriately controlled.

The Role

Where you’ll be working
We are looking for 2 Duty Workers to join the expansion of the St Mungo’s Bristol Accommodation Service. Ou will be working at Toll House Court in Southville; which is a historic building with 20 supported housing bedspaces for people experiencing homelessness.
The service provides accommodation and housing related support to people who may have complex needs, including multiple challenges such as physical and mental health issues, substance use and a history of trauma. We are dedicated to providing a safe, high quality and inclusive service to people while they are living in the hostel, and a positive move-on into independent housing.
You will join a dynamic team of managers, day shift and night shift workers, taking part in the renewal of the service, helping us to provide a psychologically-informed environment and a supportive and secure place where our residents can make meaningful life changes.
What you’ll be doing as a Duty Worker
In the rewarding role of Duty Worker, you’ll gain valuable experience working alongside a dedicated team to deliver a safe, inclusive, and high-quality service. You’ll be the first point of contact at reception, helping create a welcoming and supportive environment. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the day-to-day running of the project.
- Managing reception duties, including phones, access, and basic client support.
- Maintaining communal and office spaces.
- Coordinating health & safety checks and admin tasks.
- Providing person-centred support to residents.
Working hours
You will work full time on-site on a 7‑day rolling rota, including early shifts from 7:30am, late shifts until around 10pm, bank holidays, and two extended weekend shifts in every six. Some roles also offer a 20% pay premium for hours worked between 8pm–8am Monday to Friday, and for all weekend hours.

In this role, you will manage the administration and coordination of catering partners working towards or maintaining accreditation, helping ensure venues can safely serve people who need to live gluten free. About You
You will have a proven track record securing five-, six-, and seven-figure gifts from high-net-worth individuals and running sophisticated donor stewardship programmes. Interim Fire Safety Works Support Coordinator (Initial 3-Month Contract – Immediate Start Potential)
Overview We are seeking an experienced interim professional to provide operational support to the Fire and Security Contracts Manager in a large housing association. The role focuses on coordinating the delivery of minor and responsive works arising from fire-related cyclical inspections (including Fire Risk Assessment (FRA) and Fire Door Inspection (FDI) actions) across a diverse property portfolio.
This is a hands-on, autonomous position requiring strong initiative, with an emphasis on ensuring safe, timely, compliant, and budget-controlled outcomes for residents. It is ideal for a contractor with proven experience in fire safety compliance and works delivery in regulated environments such as social housing, construction, or property management.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the full delivery cycle of outsourced and internal minor/responsive fire safety works, including scoping, issuing instructions, monitoring progress, verifying completion evidence, and managing contractor performance.
- Review completed FRA and FDI actions; ensure evidence is satisfactory, validate/audit works (particularly fire door replacements) against manufacturer instructions, accreditation bodies, and relevant technical guidance; upload approved evidence to relevant systems (e.g., SharePoint or compliance hubs).
- Conduct site inspections, quality audits, and regular meetings with subcontractors to confirm health & safety compliance and adherence to regulatory/legislative requirements.

Survivors in Transition has supported survivors of sexual violence and abuse for over a decade. We provide specialist recovery services across the East of England, working alongside statutory and voluntary partners to ensure survivors receive safe, compassionate and effective support.
We are looking for a Sexual Violence Caseworker / Practitioner to join our Navigation and Engagement Service.
This role sits at the front door of our service, supporting adult survivors of sexual violence and historic child sexual abuse as they take their first steps towards recovery.
You will carry out trauma-informed assessments, provide short-term advocacy and case coordination, and support survivors to access counselling and therapeutic services safely.
Salary: £28,000 – £30,000 depending on experience

Leeds Survivor Led Crisis Service (LSLCS) exists to provide compassionate, person-centred, trauma-informed crisis support to people across Leeds and West Yorkshire. Founded in 1999 by individuals with lived experience of mental health crisis, the organisation has grown to deliver a range of services for adults, children and young people while remaining rooted in survivor leadership and empowerment. LSLCS has a long history of innovation and excellence; receiving multiple national awards.
The CEO holds overarching responsibility for the current service provisions, with the support of operational directors and service managers. Rights of Women (ROW) is looking for a woman criminal lawyer to join our team as a Legal Officer (Family & Criminal Law) Locum. The postholder will be part of Rights of Women’s Family Law team and will play a key role in delivering the organisation’s core services to women affected by sexual violence and other forms of violence against women and girls (VAWG).
The post holder will provide specialist legal advice through Rights of Women’s telephone advice lines, contribute to the delivery of training, and support the development of accessible legal information through publications and other resources. They will also support survivor engagement and contribute to Rights of Women’s policy work, helping to drive systemic change for women’s rights.
The Legal Officer will play a leading role in maintaining and developing Rights of Women’s online peer-to-peer forum, which builds the capacity of professionals supporting women survivors. This includes supporting the online community, producing legally accurate and relevant public-facing content in response to queries and emerging themes, and contributing to a regular online newsletter.
Salary: £16,191.20 (14 hours / 2 days) per annum (Gross Pay) plus 3% pension contribution. Full-time equivalent (FTE) salary: £ 40,478.01
