We are seeking a highly organised and systems-savvy Senior Administrator to play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our programmes, systems, and records. This role is particularly well suited to someone who enjoys working closely with data, systems, and processes, and takes pride in maintaining accurate, well-structured records that help teams run efficiently.
A significant part of the role involves working with databases, spreadsheets, and CRM systems, so confidence using Excel (including formulas and data management) is essential. You will be comfortable navigating multiple digital systems and able to quickly learn new platforms, while maintaining high standards of data accuracy and organisation. Experience working with CRMs such as ImpactED, Beacon, Salesforce, or Blackbaud would be advantageous.
You will be confident working across Microsoft Office 365 beyond Outlook, using tools such as SharePoint, Teams channels, and collaborative data systems to manage information and keep records up to date. The role requires someone who is methodical, detail-oriented, and proactive in keeping systems organised and information accessible.
This is a 6-month maternity cover position, expected to run from June through November, with the possibility of extension depending on organisational needs and circumstances.
You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth coordination of our administrative, data management, and operational processes. Joining a highly motivated and committed team of home-based colleagues who are passionate about improving the lives of young people through our specialist youth programmes, you will help ensure that the systems, records, and processes behind our work run efficiently and reliably.
Your role will focus on maintaining and managing organisational systems and records, supporting programme delivery, and ensuring accurate and up-to-date data across our CRM and impact tracking platforms. You will sit within the operations team and coordinate key operational processes including volunteer and recruitment administration, liaising with external providers, and supporting the logistics and record-keeping of IT equipment and other programme resources. The role also includes general administration, coordination, and governance support to help keep the organisation running smoothly.
You will be self-motivated and comfortable working remotely while staying closely connected with a collaborative team. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and clear communication will enable you to manage competing priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism.

The Philharmonia Orchestra is seeking a talented and driven Trusts and Foundations Co-ordinator to help the Development team deliver growing, sustainable fundraised income. Working closely with an experienced senior grant-writer, the Trusts and Foundations Co-ordinator will steward existing funders and develop funding applications for:
Our programme of 150 concerts a year, including landmark multi-disciplinary concert series;
Our award-winning Learning & Engagement projects that engage over 15,000 people annually;
Our talent development programme through which we help improve representation in the talent pipeline;
Our sector-leading visionary digital and immersive technology programme including our multi-award winning and globally recognised Virtual Orchestra (VR) immersive experiences.

Key Responsibilities and Tasks
The primary responsibilities of the Trusts and Foundations Co-ordinator are fundraising from and stewarding Trusts and Foundations, achieved by undertaking the following tasks:
1. Delivering the Trusts and Foundations fundraising strategy, with a particular focus on:
Identification and cultivation:
Producing lists of prospects to share with the Development Board, via the Director of Development.
Identifying opportunities for cultivation at projects, events and concerts.
Application development:
Responsibility for developing small to mid-range Trust, Foundation and statutory applications up to £25,000 including copy development, application budget creation (using signed-off source budgets), and sign-offs from project manager and line manager.
Maintaining a strong momentum of application submissions, aiming to fundraise a year ahead of project delivery where possible.
Collaborating with Development colleagues to agree stewarding responsibilities, review prospects, report on Trust & Foundation income vs. targets and identify prospects whose giving objectives align with the Philharmonia’s work.
Working closely with colleagues in the Learning & Engagement, Concerts and Marketing departments to build strong, collaborative working relationships in order to source project information to support the development of funding bids.
Stewarding
Ensuring timely report development and submission, to maximise re-application rates.
Ownership of accurate and comprehensive Trust, Foundation and Statutory accreditation in all collateral and online.
Proactive and consistent conduit between prospects and the Philharmonia, managing invitations to supported projects and ensuring consistent, warm and professional relationship management.
2 Ensuring efficient administration of Trusts and Foundations fundraising, including:
Managing all Trusts and Foundations pledges and grants on our CRM Tessitura, and ensuring data capture and processing is in line with GDPR and other privacy laws.
Population and updating of Trusts and Foundations submissions, stewarding and reporting tracker.
Accurate records of all correspondence held in SharePoint.
Other tasks include
Representing the Philharmonia externally when required.
Undertaking any other duties reasonably required by the Philharmonia.

About the Role
This is a self-employed, project-based opportunity. Assignments typically require 4-5 days of work (not full-time) and include:
· Lease renewals and rent review advice
· Development of client property strategies
· Options appraisals
· Property acquisition advice
· Property disposal advice
You may also have opportunities to design and deliver property-related webinar training.
Our Associate Property Advisers work flexibly from home, with occasional client site visits across England, Wales, and Scotland.

Support Coordinator
This is an exciting opportunity to work with stroke survivors and their families to support them following stroke. We are looking for an innovative, passionate and professional individual with excellent interpersonal and organisational skills to join the Stroke Recovery Service based in Stockport.
Position: S11359 Stroke Support Coordinator
Location: Homebased, Stockport. However frequent travel will be required as part of this role (Will include team meetings, other work-related meetings and home visits)
Hours: Part-time, 21 hours per week
Salary: Circa £17,000 per annum (FTE circa £28,340.58 per annum)
Contract: Fixed Term Contract until end of March 2027. Services are contracted and there is currently funding for this contract until 31 March 2027.

The Role
We’re looking for a curious, compassionate and committed individual with excellent communication and organisational skills to join the Stroke Recovery Service in the Stockport area. This is an exciting opportunity to work directly with stroke survivors and their families, supporting them in rebuilding their lives after stroke.
The service operates in fast-paced, person-centred environment, where Coordinators identify and respond to the evolving needs of stroke survivors and their carers. This includes delivering structured reviews at six months post-stroke, supporting stroke survivors in their ongoing recovery and helping them achieve their personal goals.

Job Summary
The post holder provides support to the Head of Chancery, ensuring the delivery of high-quality ceremonial events that reflects the values, traditions and customs of the Order of St John. The role contributes and support the charity’s strategy as an enabling function in line with our ‘Thriving People’ aim, through the delivery of events which celebrate our people and their achievements and help to foster a sense of belonging.
This role supports the planning, management and delivery of a range of events from our annual St John’s Day celebrations, Investitures, other services held in the Priory Church and our involvement in national ceremonial occasions (such as Remembrance).
This role demands a strong attention to detail, ability to manage and prioritise complex workloads and excellent communication skills. You will have experience in event planning and delivery, preferably with a background in managing ceremonial events, and a proven ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
About You
You will be educated to Educated to GCSE level or equivalent (Grade C) including Maths & English, you will have experience of planning and delivering highly complicated ceremonial events, experience of planning and delivering highly complicated ceremonial events in the context of an Order of Chivalry and excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to influence effectively at all levels.
