We have an exciting new opportunity to join our Membership Events team as Membership Events Officer.

Part of a hard working, fantastic team, this role will see you delivering, supporting and coordinating RBL Membership Directorates busy catalogues of events. This includes Annual Conference, County Chair Seminars, Awaydays, Meet-ups and meetings.

This role will see you working within our Membership Policy and Compliance team supporting on a range of high profile events across the year.

Reporting to the Membership Events Manager, key responsibilities will include:

· Lead and manage workstreams for organisation of Annual Conference, including chairing Working Group meetings, coordinating exhibitions, managing registration, accommodation and catering bookings, venue sourcing, IT and AV requirements and more

· Work alongside Membership Services, Communications and Compliance teams, as well as Brand, to collaborate cohesively on events

· Create and distribute registration forms for all events and manage responses and attendee requirements

· Liaise with venue staff, raise relevant payments, negotiate prices and conditions, and finalise event agreements according to changing requirements

· Use appropriate and effective event planning tools to manage workload, deadlines and reporting

You will bring with you experience in events planning and management and strong administrative and minute taking experience. You will be confident using various systems including Microsoft Office and databases and will be an exceptional communicator with groups and stakeholders at all levels.

You will be contracted to our London, Haig House, Hub with a minimum expectation of two days per week working in person at the London Hub and flexibility for working remotely/at home when not on site.

Product Marketing Coordinator

This role is critical in ensuring Dot Dot Dot’s property offer meets market demand, business needs, and our social mission.

You will manage key parts of the property product lifecycle - from defining value propositions and preparing properties for launch, through to marketing, viewings, and quality control. Working closely with Marketing and Services teams, you’ll help ensure our properties are well‑positioned, well‑presented, and successfully filled.

This is a varied, hands‑on role combining strategic thinking with operational delivery, and desk‑based work with regular visits to properties. You’ll be supported in role by our senior marketing coordinator and head of marketing and business development.

The fundamentals of the role

Marketing and sales enablement

• Develop property messaging, value propositions, and supporting materials.
• Ensure each property has strong visual assets, including photography, video, and written content.
• Create and maintain property information sheets for internal and external use.
• Coordinate property‑related communications, including Mailchimp viewing emails and location‑based social media content.
• Work with the Marketing team to deliver campaigns, promotions, and go‑to‑market activity.

Viewings organisation and coordination

• Plan, schedule, and continuously improve the property viewings process.
• Supervise and support a small team of property viewing assistants (PVAs), including training, quality oversight, and timesheet approval.
• Ensure PVAs have accurate, up‑to‑date product information, sales guidance, and customer engagement support.
• Occasionally attend viewings to assess quality and gather feedback.

Go-to-market planning and execution

• Visit properties to understand condition, local context, and customer appeal.
• Support property launch planning, including pricing, audience targeting, and marketing tactics.
• Coordinate with Marketing to implement campaigns that attract high‑quality guardians.
• Track and report on the performance of property launches and viewings.
• Work cross‑functionally to ensure alignment between product, marketing, and service standards.

Product vision and positioning

• Support the definition and development of clear, compelling property value propositions.
• Ensure property products align with business objectives, customer needs, and market trends.
• Work with Marketing and Services to connect operational quality with external positioning.

Market and customer insight

• Research market needs, pricing, locations, and competitor activity.
• Develop and refine guardian personas to support effective targeting and communication.
• Share insights across the business to inform marketing, sales, and product decisions.
• Handle applicant information responsibly, ensuring personal data is recorded, stored and shared in line with GDPR requirements and Dot Dot Dot’s data protection policies.

Product lifecycle management

• Liaise with Services during property setup to ensure standards and product features are embedded from the outset.
• Oversee the property journey from setup through launch and occupation.
• Ensure properties are ready for viewings and occupancy through clear coordination and communication.

Job Summary

Main Duties

1. Assessing, planning and implementing, in partnership with the individuals you support, programmes of support and/or care that meet their general needs and maximise their independence, presence and participation within the community and to ensure the quality of service delivery.

Jangala is seeking an ambitious and strategic Fundraising Manager to sustain and grow our income from trusts, foundations and corporate partners. This is a hands-on role for an experienced fundraiser who enjoys translating complex work into compelling funding propositions and building strong relationships with supporters. Reporting to the Head of Fundraising, you will lead on our trusts and foundations pipeline, manage key corporate partners, write high-quality funding applications and support the development of our stewardship and wider fundraising strategies.

This is initially a 6 month contract, with the aim of becoming permanent subject to funding. As Jangala is a growing organisation, you will also help shape fundraising tools/processes and there is potential for this role to evolve according to your skills, interests and development goals over time.

Key responsibilities will include:

Trusts & Foundations

• Leading a pipeline of UK and global trusts and foundations and other grantmakers, including researching and cultivating new opportunities, developing proposals, coordinating internal inputs and submitting high-quality bids

• Managing relationships with our current funders, with a focus on stewardship, reporting and renewals, ensuring accurate, timely and engaging updates on progress and impact

• Working with Head of Fundraising to review our current pipeline, refine our trusts and foundations strategy and identify our approach for priority opportunities, including National Lottery

• Developing and implementing a clear stewardship strategy for trusts and foundation funders

Corporate Partnerships

• Account managing key corporate partners to maintain strong relationships and identify opportunities to deepen engagement over time

• Leading on partnership planning, relationship management, partnership storytelling, impact reporting and, where relevant, corporate volunteering activities

Fundraising Strategy & Support

• Working with programme and technology teams to develop a strong understanding of Jangala’s work and translate this into compelling fundraising narratives

The person we're looking for

The salary range for this role is £35,000-£40,000 per annum, with consideration for part-time arrangements.

Responsibilities

General management

· Ensure the Reserve Centre is managed appropriately to achieve exceptional standards, demonstrating best practice to maximise conservation benefits, in line with work taking place on the reserve. 

· Lead the management of internal and external relationships of the Trust effectively, including Volunteers, NRW, G24, Land Agent and Solicitors.

· Ensure all aspects of the Centre and Reserve are managed within the agreed service levels and both internal and external measures.

· Ensure contracts are managed in a timely manner including utilities and insurance, with the Contract Clerk, providing the Trust with cost effective and suitable solutions.

· Demonstrate professional acumen, together with the motivation, creativity, initiative, and leadership skills to support the conservation team and overall strategy of the Trust.

· Coordinate the management of day-to-day operations in accordance with the agreed management plans, providing regular updates and reports to the Trustees.

· Undertake public engagement activities to build on the support of visitors and local communities.

· Make informed and balanced decisions, whilst taking a proactive approach to problem solving and seeing tasks and challenges through to successful completion.

· Promote the use of the Centre and the Reserve to local residents and communities.

Staff management

· Lead the Reserve management team, providing leadership, management and support to colleagues as required. Currently 3 members of staff and volunteers

· Carry out regular 121’s and performance reviews with all staff providing feedback on performance and implement HR processes as and when required.

· Set annual objectives for staff, and monitor performance against objectives.

· Regularly review and update staff policies, ensuring clear communication to all and adherence.

Marketing

· Work with the mangers, staff and Trustees creating effective, inspiring posts on social media, writing articles for our webpages and writing press releases.

· Review opportunities to increase visibility of the work being carried out by the Trust, maximising public awareness of the Reserve.

Risk & Compliance

· Manage the compliance and risk management relating to facilities management for the centre.

· Overall administration of Health and Safety, CDM regulations, Emergency Procedures, Fire and Security procedures and legislation. Ensuring all legislation is adhered to.

· Ensuring the centre meets the cleaning schedule standards.

· Ensure relevant risk assessments are carried out and logged for any event or work carried out in the centre or on the land.

Business Budget management

· Compile the business accounts and reconciliation in preparation for the accountant.

· Day to day management of the income and outgoings of the Trust.

· Provide regular financial updates to the Trustees.

· Ensuring staff adhere to our expenses policy.

Charity Commission

· Ensuring all Accounting and Charity Commission deadlines are met for key updates.

· Work with the Trust Clerk to ensure all meeting minutes are produced and shared in a timely manner, with all actions completed within given deadlines.

· Work with the Trust Clerk to ensure all relevant information is provided to the Charity Commission within the required timeframes.

· Trust policies and procedures are regularly maintained and compliant.

At the Motability Foundation, we fund, support, research and innovate so that all disabled people can make the journeys they choose. 

We’re building a Transport Solutions Team that works flexibly across all the tools in our delivery kit – from grants and innovation pilots to research, partnerships, and commercial interventions. Our growing portfolio includes flagship projects tackling challenges such as inclusive EV charging infrastructure, complex community transport needs, and large-scale research like the National Centre for Accessible Transport. 

We are now recruiting a Transport Solutions Manager to lead the design and delivery of high-impact work focused primarily on accessibility considerations around emerging Autonomous Vehicle (AV) technology, alongside other initiatives related to our Private Transport Theme. This is a pivotal role that combines technical understanding, programme delivery, and stakeholder leadership, and is designed to work flexibly across our matrix structure. 

While your core focus will be on accessibility of emerging Autonomous Vehicle (AV) technology, you also may be expected to lead and/or contribute to other transport projects across the transport themes. 

This is an opportunity to join a collaborative, purpose-led team driving change in the transport system for disabled people, and to work on some of the most complex and impactful projects in the sector. 

What you’ll be doing 

• Lead the Foundation’s work to understand the impact of AVs on transport equity for disabled people, working closely with Programme Directors and partners across government, industry and the charity sector. 

• Scope, commission and manage projects related to AVs – such as pilots, commercial partnerships, research studies or funding opportunities – ensuring alignment to strategic priorities. 

• Bring technical, regulatory, and market understanding of AVs to shape the Foundation’s approach in this space. 

• Manage end-to-end delivery of specific initiatives, including planning, budgeting, due diligence, contracting, risk management, and governance reporting. 

• Use insight, evidence and stakeholder engagement to shape new programmes of work and ensure delivery reflects the needs of disabled people. 

• Work flexibly across our matrix team, contributing to projects or funding rounds outside your own portfolio as needed, and supporting colleagues with specialist input or delivery resource.
