About the Role
Join us as a National Programmes Administrator and help drive the smooth delivery of our Education, Training & Employment, Money Management and Client Involvement programmes. You’ll coordinate grants, placements, mentoring activities and digital learning resources, ensuring clients can access opportunities that build confidence and independence. With strong organisational skills and attention to detail, you’ll manage programme data, produce clear impact reports, maintain efficient systems and research external support agencies to strengthen our national directory.

Key deliverables:
• Support with the administration of grants to clients
• Provide organisational and administrative support in the coordination of the volunteer mentoring, client placement project, client representative role, alumni role and other client involvement initiatives.
• Research and collate information pertaining to external agencies and services to support Depaul clients in their progression.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships/engagement within the Programmes Team
· Collate performance, value and impact information, and generate reports to evaluate and demonstrate the value of the programme delivery
· Support and promote client engagement activities to meaningfully engage clients and keep service colleagues aware of client involvement work.
• Produce regular reports, case studies detailing client engagement and participation with the programmes
• Manage and monitor inbox communications, responding promptly and professionally while providing detailed support, and proactively flagging any areas of uncertainty to the manager for guidance.
• Work collaboratively to identify and share relevant, interesting, and useful information for the monthly newsletter that benefits colleagues and staff.
Your Development

The Data Officer for our Finance and Data team will play a key part in ensuring accurate, timely data flows into Dynamics CRM and other platforms, supporting Fundraising, Marketing and Communications colleagues to make informed decisions, run effective campaigns and deliver brilliant experiences for our supporters.

The role of BOP spans project development (working with Government and others to design and launch the service), project management (coordinating the delivery phase, managing performance, and liaising with the various stakeholders) and project finance (funding the project until it starts to earn outcomes payments). Our own funding comes from a group of pioneering social investors, including The Office for Civil Society, Big Society Capital, Pilotlight, Trust for London, who, like us, are motivated by improving lives and changing the system for the better.

Greater Manchester Better Outcomes Partnership (GMBOP) is a place-based partnership supporting people across Greater Manchester who are experiencing, or at risk of, housing insecurity and homelessness.
We bring together voluntary, community and public sector organisations to deliver joined-up, holistic and preventative support. Through our central hub and delivery partners, we ensure people can access the right support at the right time, without having to repeat their story.

The Operational Lead plays a key role in ensuring the programme runs smoothly and delivers high-quality support for participants.
You will work closely with delivery partners to strengthen referral pathways, support effective programme delivery, and ensure learning and insights help the programme continually improve. You will also support the Programme Director in monitoring performance and achieving programme outcomes.
This is a collaborative role that involves building strong partnerships, using data and insight to inform decisions, and ensuring participants’ voices help shape how services are delivered.
Key Responsibilities
1. Referral, Engagement & Onboarding
Oversee referral processes across delivery partners to ensure they are accessible, responsive and effective.
Build and maintain positive relationships with referring agencies and stakeholders.
Monitor referral pathways, identify challenges and work with partners to improve engagement and flow.
Identify opportunities to widen referral routes and strengthen links with community organisations.
2. Operational Management & Service Improvement
Provide operational guidance and support to delivery partners.
Identify barriers to delivery and work collaboratively to develop practical solutions.
Support a culture of continuous learning by sharing insights, good practice and emerging opportunities.
Help embed co-production, ensuring participants’ voices and experiences shape programme design and delivery.
3. Stakeholder & Relationship Management
Build strong working relationships with local authorities, delivery partners and community organisations.
Represent the programme in external meetings, networks and partnership forums.
Encourage collaboration across partners and promote shared learning and innovation.
4. Data, Impact Management & Reporting
Support delivery teams to use case management and data systems effectively.
Analyse and interpret programme data to monitor performance and inform decision-making.
Work collaboratively with the programme analyst to develop clear and meaningful reporting for internal and external stakeholders, including commissioners and governance groups, helping to identify trends, insights and opportunities that strengthen service delivery and outcomes.
5. Quality Assurance & Compliance
Support quality assurance processes such as case audits, observations and learning reviews.
Promote high standards of data integrity and ensure data protection requirements are met.
Work with delivery partners and commissioners to ensure outcomes are accurately recorded and evidenced.
6. External Relations & Community Asset Development
Support the development of strong local networks and service pathways.
Identify community assets and resources that can strengthen support for participants.
Coordinate training, learning opportunities and shared development across delivery partners where needed.

• Confidence working with information or data to monitor progress, identify trends and support improvement
• Ability to organise and prioritise work, managing multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
• A proactive and solution-focused mindset, with the ability to identify challenges and work with others to find practical solutions
• Experience contributing to the delivery or coordination of services, programmes or projects (this could come from a range of sectors including community, social impact, housing, youth, education or wellbeing)
Desirable
It would be helpful, but not essential, if you also have:
• Experience supporting partnership working across multiple organisations
• Experience using case management or data systems
• Experience of quality assurance, programme performance monitoring, or service improvement
• Coaching, mentoring or facilitation skills
• Ability to travel within the programme geography if required (We are happy to discuss flexible ways this requirement can be met.)

The Role
Having launched our Youth Adventure Programmes in Somerset in 2024, we are now looking for somebody who wants to take the next step in their fundraising career to build on the foundations of the last two years and significantly increase our presence in the county.
As our Regional Corporate Fundraiser, you'll be the driving force behind our local business partnerships, working with both large companies operating in the region and smaller local businesses looking to support their communities.
Your role will encompass:
Relationship building: Identifying and securing new corporate partnerships while providing high-quality stewardship to our existing Somerset-based supporters.
Community Engagement: Championing our work in Somerset by giving engaging talks to community groups and networking with local businesses.
Event delivery: Playing a key role in delivering local fundraising challenge events, the bi-annual Somerset Adventure Dinner and developing new opportunities to unite the Somerset business community behind our mission.
You'll work closely with the Corporate Partnership Manager and the Director of Fundraising and Communications to ensure each proposal is bespoke and every corporate partner understands the impact of their support on local young people. You must live in Somerset, have a good local awareness and be willing to travel around the county and beyond to nurture long-lasting, strategic relationships.
About You
We are looking for a people-person, who is self-motivated and highly organised. You are as comfortable in the board room engaging business leaders as you are standing on a mountain side in your waterproofs! You will be:
Experienced: A proven track record in building successful corporate partnerships and achieving income targets;
A relationship fundraiser: building long-lasting meaningful relationships should be at the heart of every single corporate partnership;
An inspiring communicator: You will be telling our story in a variety of different ways to inspire support and grow our networks;
Self-motivated: You are comfortable working from home but eager to be ‘out and about’ in the business community;
Pro-active and creative: No corporate partnership is the same, so you will be proactive in understanding a corporate partner’s motivation and coming up with creative ideas to build successful relationships;
Local: You must live in or near Somerset to maximise local networking opportunities, attend regular in-person meetings and events and confidently talk about local issues facing both businesses and the young people we support through our programmes;
Outdoorsy: A genuine love for the outdoors, comfortable in wellies and waterproofs with an understanding of 'the power of the outdoors'.
The Charity
At the Youth Adventure Trust, we use outdoor adventure to empower vulnerable young people from Swindon, Wiltshire and Somerset to fulfil their potential and lead positive lives in the future. We work with them to build resilience, develop confidence and learn skills that will last a lifetime, helping them to face the challenges in their lives. Dedicated support, guidance and mentoring from our staff and volunteers ensures young people receive the maximum benefit from our long-term intervention. Our aim is to make a lasting improvement to the lives of vulnerable young people. All our services are provided completely free of charge to the young people who are nominated by schools and other youth organisations to take part.
We’re proud to offer our programmes completely free of charge to participants which means the fundraising team is crucial. With ambitious plans to help more young people from Somerset over the coming years, our Regional Corporate Fundraiser role is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference for local young people. Whilst you will have the flexibility of a 21-hours-per-week role, this could increase as more corporate partnerships are secured. You’ll be part of a small fundraising team with a big heart, with plenty of opportunities to visit our programmes and see the tangible impact of your work.
