Our Operations Director will lead the development of the operational infrastructure required to scale Fruitful Work nationally and internationally. Working in close partnership with the Founder & CEO, this role takes ownership of the systems, processes, team and organisational rhythms that enable the charity to grow rapidly and sustainably. This is a senior, hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys building from the ground up, turning vision into reliable execution, and creating the foundations that allow a small team to deliver outsized impact.
You will take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the organisation and lead the recruitment and management of a growing operations team as Fruitful Work expands.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Team: Delivery/ Infrastructure
As a Graduate Engineer, you will help produce technical work by using your developing skills and knowledge. You will work with periodic supervision, within a personalised graduate programme which will support you as you grow your expertise. This includes structured mentoring on the path to ICE chartership. Your work will contribute to delivering high-quality and sustainable solutions that support the mission of the Walk Wheel Cycle Trust.
You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team including designers, engineers, technicians and other technical specialists. Together, you will help deliver projects and programmes that support the Trust’s strategic priorities.

This role is ideal for someone who’s eager to learn, excited by real‑world challenges, and keen to build a wide-ranging technical skillset. As part of a supportive, multidisciplinary team, you’ll get hands‑on experience across live projects, develop your engineering expertise through structured mentoring, and play a part in shaping healthier, more sustainable places for people to walk, wheel and cycle. Product Marketing Coordinator
This role is critical in ensuring Dot Dot Dot’s property offer meets market demand, business needs, and our social mission.
You will manage key parts of the property product lifecycle - from defining value propositions and preparing properties for launch, through to marketing, viewings, and quality control. Working closely with Marketing and Services teams, you’ll help ensure our properties are well‑positioned, well‑presented, and successfully filled.
