The role

We are looking for an energetic, organised and enthusiastic Corporate Development Officer to join our ambitious Fundraising team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in corporate fundraising or B2B account management who is confident building strong, long-term partnerships.

You will play a key role in growing our corporate income by stewarding existing relationships and cultivating new ones. Working closely with the Partnerships Manager and Deputy Head of Fundraising, you’ll help the organisation prepare for significant planned growth and an upcoming capital appeal.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver against corporate income targets in line with our fundraising strategy.
• Identify, cultivate and secure new corporate partnerships, including Charity of the Year opportunities, sponsorships and corporate fundraising campaigns.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to join the Sister Circle team and lead our contribution to a newly formed partnership to deliver integrated, trauma-informed, culturally attuned support to minoritised women survivors of domestic abuse who are accessing or have accessed safe accommodation across London.

As the Project Manager, you will lead Sister Circle’s Healing Conversations Programme contribution to the SafeRoots DASA Partnership. The role has three deliverables: Providing trauma counselling, peer support for pregnancy/baby loss and birth trauma and our Women’s Conversation Cafe sessions, as part of a wider support offer through our SafeRoots Partnership (funded by MOPAC/DASA).

South East London Mind has been delivering a young person’s counselling service to students at Southwark College for several years.

We are seeking a Sessional College Counsellor until the end of the summer term. You’ll provide an age-appropriate counselling service that allows the students to explore their mental health and wellbeing, along with the socioeconomic factors that impact this. You’ll manage a caseload of students, triaging new clients to the service, coordinating the waiting list and capturing data and outcome measures on a CRM database.

We are looking for someone with a professionally recognised diploma or equivalent in Counselling or Psychotherapy who has experience of providing counselling to young people aged 14 upwards. As you’ll be working closely with pastoral staff on-site, an ability to work independently but collaboratively, to be proactive and show initiative is essential for this role.

The role will involve:

• Offering age-appropriate counselling sessions, including assessments and risk assessments 
• Working with teachers and pastoral staff to ensure that students are triaged and the relevant level of care and support is offered
• Record keeping: maintaining up-to-date records of work undertaken, including session notes, service records and Views CRM database records
• Contributing to quarterly monitoring reports, including reflections on key themes and issues experienced by students, case studies, and outcome measurement tools
• Liaising where appropriate with other SEL Mind staff, school/college staff or agencies including local statutory and voluntary sector professionals and organisations
• Attendance at regular supervisions with the Head of Services and meeting with other College Counsellors to keep abreast of key issues and needs across the service

About the role

As Research Grants Manager, you will establish and manage Macmillan’s research funding activities. You’ll help develop our research strategy, build a programme of grant funding, and ensure robust, equitable and transparent processes across the full research funding cycle.

As The Grand Appeal continues to grow in scale, complexity and long-term investment commitments, we are creating a new Group Financial Controller role to strengthen financial leadership across the organisation and its subsidiary activities. This is a pivotal role at the heart of the charity. The successful candidate will ensure that the organisation’s financial systems, commitments and reporting remain robust, transparent and capable of supporting ambitious future plans - from major capital projects to long-term programme investment. Working closely with senior leadership and external advisers, the Group Financial Controller will help ensure that donor funds are stewarded responsibly and that the charity remains financially resilient as it evolves and grows. The role also covers the charity’s significant commercial and retail activity delivered through its trading subsidiary, requiring clear financial visibility of trading performance, margins and income streams. You will ensure this activity is reflected confidently within group reporting, supporting disciplined growth and long-term financial resilience. Job Purpose

To lead and embed a consistent, high-quality people experience for the organisation’s volunteer workforce across the full lifecycle.

This role is responsible for ensuring volunteers are recruited, inducted, supported through change, and managed in line with organisational policies, values and strategy, while enabling operational teams to lead volunteers day-to-day within their departments.

The postholder will act as the organisational expert on volunteer lifecycle, ensuring a unified people approach that strengthens capability, retention and culture.

Key Accountabilities

Volunteer Lifecycle

· Own and manage the end-to-end volunteer lifecycle framework.

· Design, maintain and continuously improve volunteer policies, procedures and guidance.

· Ensure volunteer processes mirror staff approaches where appropriate.

· Act as the subject matter expert for volunteer people matters.

Recruitment, Onboarding & Induction

· Support the volunteer recruitment processes.

· Develop recruitment pipelines and partnerships.

· Design and deliver a robust volunteer induction model.

· Support managers through tools, templates and guidance.

Volunteer Training and Development

· Design and oversee a structured volunteer training framework aligned to organisational values, policies and role requirements.

· Work with departments to identify core and role-specific training needs.

· Ensure volunteers have access to appropriate learning resources to enable confidence and effectiveness.

· Embed ongoing development opportunities to support engagement, retention and succession.

· Enable managers to deliver training locally through guidance and best practice.

Cross-Team Collaboration

· Lead people aspects of change impacting volunteers working closely with the Head of Change.

· Collaborate with departments on role design and expectations.

· Upskill managers through guidance and training.

About You — Skills & Experience

• Experience in a People or Volunteer Management with responsibility for volunteer or workforce lifecycle activity
• Strong knowledge of recruitment, onboarding and development processes and how to create consistent people experiences
• Ability to design and implement policies, frameworks and practical guidance that support managers day-to-day
• Confident working across teams, building relationships and influencing without direct line management responsibility
• Experience supporting organisational change
• Skilled in developing learning and training approaches that build capability and engagement
• Organised and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
• Clear communicator with a collaborative, coaching style

• Experience working with volunteers or within the charity / not-for-profit sector desirable

We are recruiting a Van Peer Coordinator to support our Hepatitis C peer project in the Oxford & Thames Valley area. This role involves driving a van across the region and working with people affected by substance use and hepatitis C. 

Peers use their lived experience to raise awareness of hepatitis C, reduce stigma, and help people access testing and treatment. 

About you 
You will: 

• Be confident driving a van and travelling long distances 

• Have experience working with people affected by substance misuse 

• Have lived experience of hepatitis C, or experience supporting someone who has 

• Be reliable, compassionate, and well organised 

• Have good communication skills 

• Hold a clean driving licence (essential) 

What you’ll do 

• Recruit and support volunteer peers 

• Work with NHS hepatitis C teams, drug and alcohol services, and homelessness services 

• Coordinate education sessions and community-based hepatitis C testing 

• Support people into hepatitis C treatment and ongoing care 

This role requires regular travel across Oxford & Thames Valley. 

Centre 404 is looking for an experienced and ambitious Fundraising & Engagement Manager to lead and grow our fundraising and engagement activity—helping us provide vital support to people with learning disabilities and their families. 

You will oversee the development and delivery of innovative fundraising initiatives, donor stewardship, and engagement campaigns, ensuring sustainable growth and increased visibility for the organisation.  As an expert in your field, you will work collaboratively across teams and with external partners, to champion Centre 404’s mission within local communities and beyond.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of Centre 404’s fundraising strategy and drive innovative approaches across individual giving, corporate partnerships, trusts and foundations, and community fundraising.  You will play a key role in shaping our income generation, increasing our visibility, and maximising our impact.

Key Responsibilities 

• Lead Fundraising Strategy - develop and deliver a dynamic fundraising strategy across multiple income streams. Identify new opportunities and drive year‑on‑year income growth.
• Engage & Inspire Supporters - build strong relationships with donors, corporate partners, and local communities.  Create compelling fundraising campaigns, events, and cases for support. Nurture long‑term supporter loyalty, including legacy and in‑memory giving.
• Secure Grants & Manage Bids - research and secure funding from trusts and foundations.  Monitor reporting requirements and maintain excellent funder relationships.
• Grow Community & Corporate Partnerships - network widely to raise Centre 404’s profile.  Secure financial support, gifts in kind and employee engagement.  Support individuals and teams to succeed in their own fundraising efforts.
• Strengthen Communications & Impact - work with the Communications Team to create engaging digital content and newsletters.  Champion consistent, mission‑driven messaging across all platforms.
• Lead with Purpose - Embed a fundraising culture across the organisation.  Implement a CRM system to manager data effectively. Contribute to organisational strategy as a member of the management team.

About You

• Substantial experience in fundraising from at least one of the following: trusts and foundations, corporates or individual giving.
• Substantial understanding of charity sector regulations, compliance requirements, and ethical fundraising standards.
• Knowledge of donor stewardship and supporter engagement strategies.
• A track record of achieving and exceeding fundraising targets.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to craft persuasive proposals and campaigns.
• Excellent project management, data monitoring, and CRM experience.
• A proactive, innovative mindset and a commitment to equality, diversity, and inclusion.
