Are you an ambitious fundraising and communications professional ready to take the next step in your career? This is an exciting opportunity to lead, shape and grow fundraising and communications at Bolton Lads & Girls Club, helping us create an even bigger impact for children and young people across Bolton.

As our Head of Fundraising & Communications, you’ll take ownership of developing and delivering a strategy that grows and diversifies our income, strengthens our profile and inspires people and businesses to support our work.

This is a varied, hands-on role where no two days will look quite the same. You’ll lead on income generation, identify new fundraising opportunities, build strong relationships with supporters and partners, and oversee communications that tell the story of BLGC and the difference our work makes.

Working within a small team means you won’t just develop the strategy, you’ll play an active role in bringing it to life. We’re looking for someone who enjoys taking ownership, turning ideas into action and bringing people with them.

You’ll be a confident relationship-builder with experience across fundraising and communications and a strong track record of generating income. You’ll be proactive, results-driven and comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.

Most importantly, you’ll share our ambition to give children and young people in Bolton the opportunities, support and experiences they need to thrive.
