Role purpose 

To lead the creation, development and optimisation of high-quality, audience-targeted content that supports marketing campaigns, strengthens brand awareness, and enhances engagement across a growing and increasingly diverse range of stakeholders. 

The role will address current capacity gaps within the Marketing and Communications team by generating, repurposing and managing multimedia content that supports programme promotion, brand storytelling and organisational positioning.

Key responsibilities 

Campaign Support: 

• Work closely with the wider Marketing and Communications team to provide content for campaigns and central communications
• Support delivery of increased campaign volume, scale and impact

Content Optimisation and Repurposing: 

• Repurpose content into multiple formats for use across channels (social, email, web, campaigns etc.)
• Ensure content is effectively reused to maximise reach and value
• Maintain a pipeline of diverse content to support audience segmentation

Content Creation and Development: 

• Develop multi-format content (video, written, visual, digital) tailored to different audiences and sectors 
• Generate evergreen content that can be reused and adapted across campaigns and channels 
• Produce content that supports strategic content aims 

Stakeholder Engagement: 

• Build and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders to generate authentic, impactful content
• Facilitate user-generated content, including youth voice and partner contributions

Insight and Continuous Improvement: 

• Gather feedback from stakeholders and audiences to refine content effectiveness
• Contribute to test-and-learn approaches to improve engagement and conversion

About the role:

At the heart of Camden’s response to street homelessness, the Rough Sleeping Outreach & Hub Service works across streets, transport hubs and a central support hub to ensure that no one is left facing rough sleeping alone. This is an integrated, borough-wide service focused on early engagement, reducing harm and supporting people to move away from the streets towards safety, accommodation and longer-term stability.

As an Outreach Worker, you’ll be a consistent and trusted presence for people sleeping rough or at risk of rough sleeping. Working flexibly across street outreach and hub-based support on a rota basis, you’ll build meaningful relationships, carry out trauma-aware assessments and coordinate practical support that helps people take their next steps.

You’ll work within a 'No Wrong Door' approach, supporting people wherever and however they engage. That might mean meeting someone early in the morning on outreach, supporting them to access the hub later that day, or working alongside partners to remove barriers that have kept them excluded in the past.

This is a role with variety, challenge and real impact. You’ll respond to complex situations, manage risk thoughtfully, and support people through moments of crisis and change. The work can be unpredictable and includes early, late and weekend shifts as part of a 7-day rota – but you won’t be doing it alone. You’ll be supported through reflective practice, supervision and training, as part of a skilled, compassionate and determined team.

At the Motability Foundation, we fund, support, research and innovate so that all disabled people can make the journeys they choose.

We’re building a Transport Solutions Team that works flexibly across all the tools in our delivery kit – from grants and innovation pilots to research, partnerships, and commercial interventions. Our growing portfolio includes flagship projects tackling challenges such as inclusive EV charging infrastructure, complex community transport needs, and large-scale research and systems change activity through the National Centre for Accessible Transport (NCAT).

We are now recruiting a Transport Solutions Manager to play a leading part in the management of NCAT, which will make up around half of the role, while also contributing to the design and delivery of other high-impact transport solutions activity across the Foundation’s portfolio. This is a pivotal role that combines programme leadership, stakeholder management, governance, and delivery, and is designed to work flexibly across our matrix structure.

The successful candidate will act as a key point of coordination for NCAT, supporting its effective mobilisation, delivery, governance and partner relationships, while also working across other Transport Solutions priorities in line with the expectations of broader internal Transport Solutions Manager roles.

What you will be doing:

• Act as a key point of coordination for NCAT within the Foundation, bringing together cross-functional input across areas such as delivery, innovation, governance, operations, insight and evaluation.

• Significant experience in programme or project management roles, ideally within complex or multi-stakeholder environments and as a funder.
• Strong understanding of programme delivery, governance and reporting, with the ability to coordinate multiple workstreams and stakeholders effectively.
• Excellent organisational and record-keeping skills, with the ability to maintain accurate information for monitoring, reporting and decision-making.
• Financial literacy, with experience in analysing budgets, monitoring spend and managing financial risks.

About this role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Philanthropy Assistant to join the Charity team here at Alder Hey, the UK’s busiest Children’s Hospital.

The postholder will work closely with the Philanthropy Support Lead to provide operational support and administration for the team, including events, donor meetings and visits, mailings, prospect research, data and use of the charity CRM (Salesforce).

Events

The Marketing Projects & Partnerships Lead will play a pivotal role within the Bikeability Trust's Strategy team, supporting both the Marketing & Communications team and Fundraising team to achieve their 5-year strategic goals – namely income generation and dynamic behavioural change programmes.

This is a project management focused marketing role, spanning marketing project delivery, partnership activation, and stakeholder engagement. The role requires an exceptionally organised individual who can manage and prioritise multiple concurrent projects, ensuring activity is planned, aligned, and delivered on time. 

You will be responsible for keeping complex workstreams moving—coordinating internal teams and external partners—while bringing a solid understanding of marketing channels and approaches to support effective delivery. 

We are looking for a manager to lead on the relationship with the project funder, to lead a team of two co-ordinators and take ownership of project monitoring, analysis and reporting. We are expanding our team to allow us to significantly grow and develop one of our key projects, Jericho Works. The project enables us to maximise our impact and take Jericho’s expertise out into the community, engaging with community organisations to reach those who face challenges in finding work and helping them progress in their journey towards employment. Jericho Works offers one-to-one employability support, short-term work tasters and placements, support into progression opportunities including volunteering, training and employment, and employability-focussed hardship and practical support.

What you will be doing: 

· Maintaining and developing our relationship with the key funder and their team

The role

As Supporter Care Assistant, you will play a key role in delivering an outstanding experience for Population Matters’ supporters, ensuring that every interaction is timely, professional and engaging. You will help create positive and meaningful relationships that inspire supporters, increase satisfaction and deepen engagement, ultimately strengthening long-term support for our mission.

Acting as a first point of contact for supporters, you will:

• provide a high standard of customer service across a range of channels

As the Operations Support Coordinator at SSAFA’s Glasgow’s Helping Heroes, you will ensure the smooth day to day running of the service while supporting delivery of projects for serving Armed Forces personnel, veterans and their families across Glasgow.

You will act as a first point of contact for beneficiaries and partner organisations. You will provide a welcoming and responsive service, manage enquiries, coordinate appointments and maintain accurate records. You will direct individuals to the most appropriate support and use effective triage to ensure timely access to services.

You will provide consistent administrative support across the team. You will coordinate office activity, manage data and support reporting requirements. You will maintain accurate client records across systems and ensure information is handled in line with policy and data protection standards.

You will support delivery of projects, events and activities that benefit the Armed Forces community. You will work with colleagues and partners to plan and deliver these effectively. You will also support social media and communications activity, helping to produce clear and accessible content that raises awareness of available services.

You will work closely with colleagues across Glasgow’s Helping Heroes and the wider SSAFA network to support a person centred approach. You will help improve outcomes by ensuring people access the right support at the right time.

The role requires strong organisation, attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities. You will work across office, community and partner locations as required. We are a dog friendly organisation.

About the team

GHH, based at the Pearce Institute in Govan and delivered in partnership with SSAFA and Glasgow City Council, provides trusted support to serving personnel, veterans, and their families. Our trauma‑informed, holistic approach offers wraparound assistance that addresses housing needs alongside wider wellbeing challenges, helping beneficiaries build resilience and sustain long‑term housing solutions.

The service operates a gateway model, giving the Armed Forces community a single point of contact for housing, financial, employability and wider support.

You’ll be part of a highly collaborative network, working closely with local and national partners such as Citizens Advice Scotland, Veterans Housing Scotland, Erskine, Scottish Veterans Residences, Defence Medical Welfare Services, Homeless Casework Teams and Homeless Network Scotland. The role also involves attending stakeholder events that may occasionally fall outside of standard office hours.  

About you

You will maintain confidentiality and manage data responsibly in line with requirements.

Experience supporting people with complex needs is desirable, alongside knowledge of statutory and voluntary services in Scotland. Understanding the Armed Forces community is essential, and knowledge of veterans’ services is beneficial.

You will work collaboratively, support others and help achieve positive outcomes. You will stay calm, resilient and professional in challenging situations. You will commit to learning, travel locally and work flexibly, including some evenings. Disclosure Scotland check will be required for this role. You will also contribute to service improvement and support effective coordination of activities.

About the Role

The Safeguarding, Risk & Incidents Specialist will support the organisation in maintaining safe, effective and compliant services by coordinating the management of safeguarding, incidents, complaints, risk and data protection matters and ensuring concerns are appropriately identified, investigated, resolved and learned from.

Action for Refugees in Lewisham is a thriving, dynamic community charity supporting asylum seekers, refugees and migrants across South East London. This is an exciting new role to the organisation forming a senior management team alongside the Executive Director, Casework Manager and Education and Finance Manager. This key senior position combines line management of central staff, high level fundraising, grants monitoring and compliance, development of enhanced member co-production, oversight of operational systems and management of pilot projects emerging from AFRIL’s 2027-30 strategy.

Job Purpose:

• To manage and coordinate the operations of the organisation, overseeing high level day to day operations including IT and systems, GDPR, Health and Safety, volunteer management, operational policies and procedures.

• To provide leadership and line management to the Monitoring and Operations Officer, Experts by Experience Coordinator and Community Activities Coordinator. With possible additional line of other project staff as organisational capacity requires.

• Lead the enhancement of processes and systems which support AFRIL’s frontline systems to work effectively and holistically together, providing capacity and support to project managers and leads.

• Lead the development and delivery of AFRIL’s co-production work, supporting the Experts by Experience Coordinator to amplify members' voices at all levels of the organisation.

• Supporting the Director in delivering the organisation's fundraising strategy. Writing a range of funding applications, holding key funder relationships and developing new funding relationships, including the establishment of enhanced individual, community and corporate fundraising relationships.

• Leading on the management and oversight of the grants compliance and reporting cycles, producing monitoring reports for funders with the support of the Operations and Monitoring Officer. Overseeing and developing evaluations and impact measurement systems alongside the Director.

• Assist the Director with the implementation of AFRIL’s strategy, taking a leading role in the delivery of new projects and areas of work to advance the mission and vision of the organisation.

• Supporting the Director with the development and implementation of a communications strategy, enhancing awareness of the organisation's work and impact.

About Working Well Trust

Working Well Trust is a mental health and employment charity in London. All of our projects share the aim of improving the lives of people with mental health support needs, learning disabilities and/or complex issues through training and employment.

We are expanding our team of IPS Employment Advisors in our IPS service in the London Borough of Tower Hamlets. You will be based in one of NHS mental health treatment teams in Bethnal Green, Isle of Dogs or Stepney and Wapping areas, working 35 hours per week. This IPS services at Working Well Trust has been awarded the IPS Grow quality mark and adheres to the principles of the IPS model in supporting people in to employment. This role will be working with clients who have mental health support needs, wanting to gain paid employment. 

Experience of employment support is not essential, it is more important that you share our passion and commitment to employment as an integral aspect of wellbeing and supporting people to find the right job for them. You will receive training on the IPS model and in supporting people with mental health issues. We welcome applications from people with lived experience of mental health, either personally or through a close contact.

You need to have a desire to support people to achieve their employment goals, and the ability to multitask and manage your workload effectively. Good organisation skills are essential for this role, in addition to an interest in mental health, and the role it plays in the workplace. The successful candidate will need to become comfortable in approaching employers, and showcase the advantages of our service in order to work with them to recruit our clients to fill vacancies and sustain employment.

What you’ll be doing

You will work with clients (managing a caseload) who have mental health support needs, to assist them in securing sustainable paid employment in line with their preferences. You will deliver the IPS approach (for which training will be given); providing person centred support and guidance to clients, whilst building positive relationships with local employers to enable clients to move into suitable employment.

You will work as part of a mental health team (NHS Trust) maintaining positive and integrated relationships, fostering a holistic approach to recovery through employment. You will work closely with clinical teams, providing a coordinated approach that always remains client led.  

You will spend up to 65% of your week working in the community of Tower Hamlets to provide localised support to residents of the Borough.

You will also be working to contract targets whilst maintaining a high-quality service. 

What you’ll need

Experience in employment support is not essential. We are looking for someone who brings:

• A genuine desire to support people into meaningful employment.
• Commitment to person-centred work and either experience of or enthusiasm to learn the IPS approach.
• Confidence engaging with employers and promoting the benefits of our service.
• Good organisation skills and the ability to manage a caseload effectively.
• Beneficial (but not essential): experience working with people with mental health difficulties.
• Beneficial (but not essential): local knowledge/ experience of the Borough
