Role Overview

During the nine month contract, you’ll be responsible for project-managing the roll-out of our refreshed brand across all channels, event and audiences. You’ll bring your brand design and expertise to projects to ensure high quality brand implementation, acting as a brand guardian and increasing brand capability amongst our staff.   

About You

We’re looking for people who can learn fast and have brand and design skill gained at a charity. You’ll need solid marketing experience and a flair for writing for different audiences. You’re a strong project manager with and leadership skills and you’ll ideally have experience of delivering complex brand projects. Prior experience of working in the health sector would be a bonus.

Our Location

Our head office is in Hatfield, Hertfordshire, so we are easily accessible by road and rail. This is a hybrid role with plenty of scope for working from home, although there will be times when you will need to be at face-to-face meetings. About This Job

This is an exciting training role in Army Cadet Headquarters responsible for assuring that First Responder training supported through ACCT UK for the Army Cadets is delivered in accordance with appropriate national governing bodies or appropriate awarding bodies, and that the appropriate qualifications are recorded on Westminster.

Role

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Office Manager who will report to the Head of Strategy & Operations, and be responsible for health & safety, and HR for the organisation. Key Responsibilities

Office Management

• Develop and implement office policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal, and Health & Safety requirements.

Company Secretarial Duties

About Working Well Trust 

Working Well Trust is a mental health and employment charity in London. All of our projects share the aim of improving the lives of people with mental health support needs, learning disabilities and/or complex issues through training and employment. 

We are now recruiting IPS Employment Advisors to join our IPS service to join our Kingston & Sutton team. About the Role

The primary role of a Family Support Worker is to provide effective, efficient, and supportive service to children and their mothers residing in refuge with Solace Women’s Aid. The staff member will lead on the development of a child and family-centered approach to work in the refuge. In so doing, they will:

• Develop and deliver a range of trauma-informed services to children and young people (0-16 years) and their mothers within the refuge and when they are resettled into the community
• Ensure the completion of comprehensive assessments of family needs and risk of families, ensuring an integrated approach with children and adult services (internal and external)
• Ensure ongoing development of age-appropriate children activities
• Promote ‘Integrated Working’ through internal and external mechanisms in partnership with colleagues and community partnerships

Senior Caseworker – Pathways

Location: Disability Action & Advice Centre, 4, Waldegrave Road, Teddington TW11 8HT

Contract: Permanent, Full-time, 35 hours per week

Salary: £30,000 to £36,000 (depending on experience)

Ruils is run by, and for, Disabled people. We exist to remove the barriers that prevent Disabled people from living independent lives. Our vision is a society where all individuals have choice and control to live independently. We provide information, advice, advocacy, befriending and activities to our clients and their families.

Pathways is a specialised welfare advice service that provides information, advice, advocacy and representation for Disabled adults (over the age of 18) living in the Richmond Borough. We work with clients, supporting them to navigate the complex Housing, Benefits and Social Care systems. In this role, you would be providing information, guidance and advice to Disabled people and their families, enabling them to have more choice and control over their lives.

We are also part of a larger network of Disabled-led advice services. Working together, we have developed pathways for Disabled trainee case workers, collated data on Housing and Benefits issues and have fed into important consultations and campaigns.

This is a unique and rewarding opportunity for you to work one-to-one with clients to effect change, whilst also having a positive impact on the wider system.

We are looking for someone who:

• Will bring experience of supporting people with complex welfare, housing or social care issues.
• Is confident advocating on behalf of clients when needed.
• Has an understanding of the welfare benefits system, disability rights and the Social Model of Disability.
• Can break down complex information so it feels clear and manageable.
• Works in a calm, methodical way, keeping accurate records.
• Is compassionate, patient and values-driven.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide timely and accurate advice on welfare benefits, housing and social care to support Disabled people to live independently.
• Analyse clients’ situations, identify solutions and guide them through complex systems, signposting where appropriate.
• Work with clients on a short to medium term basis, helping with referrals, forms, letters, appeals and navigating processes.
• Support clients to gather evidence and prepare for Benefit or Housing applications and appeals, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Attend key meetings and appeals with clients, advocating for them and helping them put their case forward confidently.
• Develop accessible information resources (guides, bulletins) to help clients navigate health, care, benefits and housing systems.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, contributing to forums, campaigns and shared problem-solving.
• Provide supervision and support to trainee caseworkers, including induction, case file reviews and contributing to their development.

We are looking for a Later Living Community Manager to provide high-quality management to one of our Later Living communities. You will support residents to maintain their independence, resolve repairs and maintenance issues, and ensure safety and security across the premises. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and external partners. Our Later Living communities provide homes and services to residents generally over 55 years of age who benefit from additional support and security.

What you’ll do

As a Later Living Community Manager, you will be the key point of contact for residents, providing practical assistance and managing their expectations. You will assess residents’ needs, signpost to specialist services, and identify safeguarding concerns where necessary. You will oversee tenancy sign-ups, support new residents, and maintain accurate case management records. The role involves monitoring repairs and maintenance, supervising contractors, and ensuring compliance with health and safety requirements, including fire safety. You will also foster a sense of community by organising activities that promote wellbeing and engagement, while line-managing a Domestic Assistant/Premises Assistant to maintain high standards of cleanliness. Covering other communities when required and attending training will also form part of your responsibilities.

What you’ll need

• Experience supporting vulnerable adults and knowledge of health and social care issues in a residential setting
• Experience conducting risk assessments and managing housing-related tasks, including reporting repairs and health and safety
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with proven ability to deliver excellent customer care
• Competent IT skills, including Microsoft Office and case management systems
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and maintain professional boundaries
