The Opportunity:
This is a dual-remit role combining ownership of our office environment with high quality support to our Core group. The Core group is the c.40-person team that brings together the firm’s central support services
The successful candidate will be the person who keeps our single-floor, c.60-desk open plan office running smoothly day-to-day, and who provides reliable ‘EA-type’ support to the CFOO and the heads of the Core group’s sub-teams. The role is fundamentally service-orientated: you will be the first person colleagues and visitors turn to, and your standards will set the tone for how the Core group serves the organisation.
This is a varied, high-trust role for someone who wants to be the person that makes things work and who has a desire to provide service that delights. What you will do:
Office Management

What you will bring - Qualifications & Experience:

About the role
In this key management role, you will work closely with the Head of Community and Events to deliver our community fundraising strategy and business plan, driving income growth while ensuring exceptional supporter experiences.
You will lead a team of Community Fundraising Officers, providing day-to-day management, coaching and support, while overseeing the delivery of a diverse portfolio of fundraising products, campaigns and projects. The Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-focused Finance Officer to join our Support Services Directorate. This is a hybrid role based at NEA’s Newcastle office, with a minimum of one day per week on site.

Role Overview
The Chief Operating Officer (COO) is a key member of HCPT’s Senior Leadership Team, responsible for the effective delivery and high performance of all operational and business support aspects of the charity’s work. Strategic & Operational Leadership

This Community and Events Fundraising Officer role could work up to 40% of the week remotely. While 60% of the role would be ‘office based’, in practise this could mean out in the community meeting groups, delivering presentations, or at events.
