The Talent Set are excited to be partnering with a wonderful charity looking for an Interim Head of Fundraising (Trusts and Foundations) to join their team on a 12-month contract.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced fundraiser to lead and develop key income streams, with a particular focus on trusts and foundations. You’ll join a collaborative team and help build strong relationships with funders and partners.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the trusts and foundations portfolio, developing funder relationships, maintaining a strong pipeline and overseeing high-quality applications and reports.

• Support the development and delivery of the fundraising strategy, working towards income targets.

• Identify opportunities to grow income across other fundraising streams.

• Manage and support the Fundraising Officer, providing direction and development opportunities.

• Work collaboratively with colleagues and represent the charity with funders, partners and supporters.

About you

• You have a strong track record in trusts and foundations fundraising, including securing multi-year grants and writing compelling bids.

• You’re confident developing funder relationships and providing thoughtful stewardship.

• You can manage a funding pipeline, set priorities and work independently.

• You’re personable, collaborative and motivated by the opportunity to make a difference through your work.

What’s on offer

• A 12-month interim contract, working four or five days per week.

• A day rate of £197.63 plus £34.93 daily holiday pay.

• A London-based hybrid role, with flexibility around office attendance for the right candidate.

• Interviews taking place on 3 and 4 November.
