Help people across Sefton access the advice they need

Citizens Advice Sefton is looking for an experienced adviser to join our welfare benefits team, providing high-quality advice and support to people across Sefton.

You will advise clients on welfare benefits, Universal Credit, debt and wider social welfare issues, working from our offices and outreach locations including  community venues, job centres and mental health settings. You should have recent benefits advice experience, strong communication and advocacy skills, the ability to manage a busy workload, and a commitment to equality, diversity and the aims of Citizens Advice.

You’ll join a team committed to tackling poverty and social injustice, with 28 days annual leave plus bank holidays, ongoing training, a Cycle to Work scheme and a 7% employer pension contribution.
