Job description

CLEAR

CLEAR is a project of City Life Church Southampton. CLEAR offers education, advice, information and guidance for refugees, asylum seekers and other migrants. CLEAR’s employment service provides support to clients with their job search process. CLEAR runs ESOL classes and is an approved Adult Learning Provider offering a range of courses which are primarily aimed at increasing the skills needed for work and volunteering opportunities for its client group.

THE OPPORTUNITY

CLEAR has a vacancy for an experienced administrator to work within the Learning Team. The role involves processing key paperwork in respect of learner applications, tracking learner attendance, submitting learner and tutor data to the City Council and preparing online submissions for examinations.

THE CANDIDATES

Candidates will be highly organised, efficient and motivated. They will have experience of working in a busy environment and be confident of their ability to remain focussed and to work to strict deadlines, with excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and client database management systems. They will be excellent communicators in English and perhaps another language common amongst our client group.
