As Senior Manager, Individual Giving, you'll lead the development and delivery of an ambitious strategy that grows sustainable income through inspiring campaigns, appeals and supporter experiences. You'll bring substantial experience of leading a successful Individual Giving programme, with expertise across acquisition, retention and supporter development. You'll have a strong track record of delivering sustainable income growth through multi-channel campaigns, developing long-term strategies and managing significant budgets. You'll be confident challenging constructively, influencing senior stakeholders and working alongside fellow leaders to deliver shared objectives. You'll bring fresh thinking, encourage innovation and use insight and data to identify new opportunities and continuously improve performance.
Most importantly, you'll be motivated by the opportunity to make a lasting difference for families affected by dementia. If you're an ambitious and collaborative leader who wants to shape the future of Individual Giving at a growing national charity, we'd love to hear from you.
