About East London Rape Crisis Service

East London Rape Crisis provides free, confidential specialist support for women and girls who have been raped or experienced any other form of sexual violence or abuse at any time in their lives, regardless of whether or not they have reported to the police. We offer confidential and independent support.  Services include advocacy, emotional and practical support, one-to-one counselling and group work.

About You

The Women’s Caseworker provides proactive short-term support and casework to female victim-survivors of sexual violence. You will work as part of a growing feminist Rape Crisis service that is developing to meet the needs of women and girls. This post involves travel across East London, and a hybrid model of home, outreach and office working.

We’re looking for a highly organised and self-motivated woman who is passionate about ending violence against women, girls and children. You’ll have a ‘can-do’ approach and demonstrable commitment to nia’s feminist approach to supporting women and girls. JOB TITLE

Project Manager & Operations Officer,

The BARBARA Alliance (3-4 days/week, Hybrid (1 day per week in person)

The jobholder will provide high quality Project Management and Operational support to the leadership team and Board of Trustees. The role combines organisation, communication, meeting & stakeholder coordination, and digital/social media support to keep projects on time, on budget, and up to agreed quality standards.

The BARBARA Alliance is a public-private initiative engaged by HM Government agencies to develop and implement a delivery plan, through engagement of a broad range of stakeholders, for the Dame Barbara Windsor Dementia Goals Programme.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / MAIN DUTIES

Project Management, Planning & Governance

• Provide Project Management support for internal projects by maintaining documentation, tasks list and work progress trackers.
• Use project management tools to input, update, and archive project information.
• Help maintain risk and issue registers on behalf of the leadership team, highlighting and escalating issues where required.
• Ensure quality, compliance, and record-keeping requirements are met by in the preparation of documentation and reports.

Meetings, Events & Board Support

• Assist executive team with preparation for all Board meetings and Board Sub-Committees including management of Minutes and Action logs and Risk Register.
• Assist with the planning and delivery of internal events, workshops, and leadership sessions, by coordinating schedules, preparing agendas, managing logistics, and issuing invites.
• Capture meeting notes, actions, and decisions accurately, and provide clear follow-up information for leadership and project teams.

Communication & Reporting

• Support the preparation of reports, updates, and briefing papers by collating inputs, drafting content, and formatting to a high standard for leadership review.
• Assist with creating presentations, and analyses using Microsoft Office tools, ensuring leadership has professional and well-prepared materials.
• Help coordinate the flow of communication across project teams and stakeholders, ensuring updates are shared in a timely and consistent manner.
• Coordinate with the team to provide social media / digital communication support as needed: draft posts, maintain content calendar, monitor engagement.

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Essential

• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, Kanban, PRINCE2, or equivalents; practical experience using PM software (e.g. Asana, Monday, Trello, MS Project) or similar cloud based platforms.
• Relevant background in a project support, coordination, or assistant role where you have managed project workflows, tracked tasks and deliverables, ensured process compliance, maintained risk RAID logs and prepared accurate documentation and records.
• Strong time management and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks, multitask effectively, and manage deadlines in a dynamic, small team environment.
• Project finance and analytical capabilities, including experience with budgeting, managing project costs, preparing financial reports, and using data analysis to monitor project performance and identify risks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a track record of producing clear, accurate reports, meeting agendas, presentations, and supporting senior stakeholders.
• Comfortable with end-to-end meeting and event organisation, including scheduling, logistics, attendee management, meeting notes and minutes preparation (including using AI meeting notes tools), documentation, and actions follow-up.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, adapting flexibly to changing priorities in a small team setting, with a proactive, self-confident approach and sound judgment.
• Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and cloud based collaboration tools (e.g. Teams, Zoom, Asana).
• A genuine commitment to working within a charitable organisation, supporting the leadership team in making a real impact on dementia treatment and care.

Desirable:

• Experience working in the life-sciences industry or a not-for-profit organisation.
• Experience supporting social media and digital communications (e.g. drafting posts, monitoring engagement, content scheduling).
• Background in event coordination, workshops, or stakeholder engagement activities.
• Awareness of project management methodologies or formal training/certification. 
• Experience liaising with external partners or stakeholders.

About Working Well Trust 

Working Well Trust is a mental health and employment charity in London. All of our projects share the aim of improving the lives of people with mental health support needs, learning disabilities and/or complex issues through training and employment. 

We are now recruiting an IPS Employment Advisor to join our Connect to Work service across Enfield. This is a full-time, permanent role working 35 hours per week, following the principles of the IPS model to support people into paid employment. 

This role is specific to being co-located on site with probation services within Enfield. Candidates must be willing to undergo a vetting form including digital ID verification technology, right to work checks, proof of identity, proof of address and a DBS. Previous experience/understanding of probation services and MAPPA restrictions are essential to the role.

If you were working with us, your days would be varied and people-centred. You would manage a caseload of clients with mental health support needs, people experiencing homelessness, and people with offending histories, offering one-to-one support to help them secure and sustain employment that matches their preferences. 

You would provide person-centred guidance using the IPS approach (training is provided), helping clients build confidence, prepare for work, and navigate challenges that may arise. A key part of the role involves engaging employers, promoting the value of our service, and identifying suitable job opportunities.

You would work closely with external teams, contributing to an integrated approach to recovery through employment. This includes attending team meetings, coordinating support, and maintaining clear, client-led communication. The role also involves working to agreed targets while maintaining a high-quality, supportive service.

Background Information and Purpose of Post

Main Duties and Responsibilities

Media relations

· Draft and distribute press releases, statements and reactive lines, including during breaking news and emergencies.

Cloudesley is recruiting a new permanent, part-time Finance Manager (2.5 days per week). This varied role includes regular financial management tasks, reporting, budget setting, liasion with property and investment managers and lawyers, as well as policy development and advising Trustees on strategic issues.

About Cloudesley

Cloudesley is an independent charitable trust that makes grants to people, organisations and churches in Islington of c. £ 2million per year. Our grants budget is split equally between our Health and Church Grants programmes.

In June 2025, Cloudesley’s total assets were £57 million and the annual gross income was £1.5 million. Currently, around half of Cloudesley's endowment is held in financial market investments managed by Cazenove, and the other half is in c. 90 residential properties on the Cloudesley Estate in Islington. To fund its work, the charity uses income and a prudent element of capital gains generated from both the investments and properties.

This is an interesting time to be joining Cloudesley as it continues to manage its finances to ensure it can support both current and future needs in Islington, implements its property strategy, and helps to respond to the multiple challenges facing people, organisations and churches in Islington.

Finance Manager role

This wide-ranging role includes:

• Administration of regular financial transactions, including relating to grants and the charity's property assets
• Preparation and monitoring of annual budget
• Production of management accounts and a variety of financial, investment and property reports
• Preparation of draft annual accounts and work with the auditor
• Working with the charity's investment and property managers
• Working with a range of external advisers and lawyers on property matters

Staffing, governance and history

Cloudesley has a small team of four permanent staff. Staff work on a hybrid basis, with part of each week spent at the charity's office in King's Cross.

The charity has up to 15 Trustees at any one time, and a single corporate Trustee, Richard Cloudesley Trustee Limited. The Board of Trustees meets three times a year, and the Finance and Endowment Committee and Grants Committee meet quarterly. 

The charity dates back to 1517, when Tudor yeoman and Islington resident Richard Cloudesley wrote his will and left two 'Stony Fields' to Trustees.

The role

As Digital & Data Transformation Manager you will have an ability to influence in digitisation, data and IT and work cross-organisationally with Care/Housing operations, Finance, HR, suppliers, Trustees and Executive leadership. Our need is to co-create the digital strategy, influence ways of working and problem solve at a practical level. This role will lead and add momentum to the digitisation of Keychange. The process has begun and this role will coordinate and add cultural sensitive impetus to the change.  We want to multiply the gains already made to continue the transformation of the organisation. 

The focus of the role includes:

• Digital and data transformation, including identifying emerging digital technologies that can support or enhance our operations and the development of a digital organisational dashboard
• Digital and data management, including data protection governance, data security and data management
• Operational delivery, including oversight of our outsourced IT contractor and technical management of our intranet development

This is a management role with real impact – both within Keychange and ultimately in the lives of people we support.

 About you

We are looking for a values-led manager who brings:

• Experience in leading the development of digital systems, information governance, cyber-security improvement or digital transformation in a charity, care, housing, education or public sector environment
• Strong supplier-management skills
• Working understanding of cyber-security governance
• Ability to explain technical and governance issues clearly to non-technical and non-IT colleagues
• Ability to work at both management and practical implementation levels

Role Description

The Senior Fundraising Manager will play a key strategic role in supporting the mission and ministry of St Edmundsbury Cathedral by developing and delivering a diverse range of fundraising activities, with a particular focus on Trusts and Foundations, major funding opportunities, donor stewardship and the growth of sustainable income.

Working closely with the senior leadership team, the role will identify and develop new funding opportunities, build strong relationships with Trusts and Foundations, and lead the preparation and submission of high-quality funding applications and reports. The postholder will also oversee the Cathedral’s Patron and donor relationships, legacy and regular giving activity, and provide strategic oversight of major fundraising events and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Legacy and Appeals

• Support and develop the Cathedral’s legacy giving strategy, helping to encourage and secure gifts in wills.
• Work with colleagues and volunteers to develop appropriate legacy communications and stewardship activity.
• Provide strategic support for the delivery of fundraising appeals, including the biennial ‘Gift Day’.

• Develop and implement a Trusts and Foundations fundraising strategy to increase income and diversify the Cathedral’s funding base.

Donor Acknowledgement and CRM Management

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date donor records in the fundraising CRM database, Donorfy, including donation history, communications and engagement activity.
• Ensure appropriate systems and processes are in place for effective donor stewardship and relationship management.
• Produce reports and analysis from Donorfy to support fundraising planning, decision-making and income monitoring.

Planned and Regular Giving
