Churches Conservation Trust works with communities to look after 357 historic churches, over two million visitors annually and hundreds of events both private and public. These ancient, listed sites are among the most beautiful locations in England.
You’ll be visiting sites in your patch regularly, encouraging new supporters, holding local meetings, and raising funds to meet each building’s unique needs. We are looking for 1 full time and 1 Part Time (0.5) Community Engagement Practitioners.
This is an innovative new service, integrating the expertise, skills and knowledge of the VCS network in Barnet with NHS Mental Health services. The purpose of the role is to provide psycho-social support to clients, working within specialist Mental Health teams and the partners of the Wellbeing Together CIC.
The role will carry an active caseload supporting access into services appropriate to their level of need, with a focus on recovery and independence, and improve self-management of their wellbeing through intensive support. CEPs will support the core community mental health teams working in alignment with Primary Care Networks as part of the new model.
The CEP team will focus on empowering clients to achieve socio-economic goals with clear mental health and wellbeing benefits, and team members will also have specific training in areas such as employment and housing to support the wider PSS service team. The post holder will help to facilitate and co-deliver recovery focused groups and contribute to the development of new community resources.

Are you passionate about improving support for families affected by substance misuse?
This could be the perfect role for you! The Family Support Worker is an exciting role within a growing and dynamic team, where you can help to make a real difference to the lives of unpaid carers in Lambeth.
Having identified a gap in the identification of young carers and adult carers looking after someone with substance misuse issues, over the past year we have successfully piloted a project to identify and provide long-term support to these carers. We are now entering the second year of the project, and are looking for a new Family Support Worker to bring their expertise, enthuasism and ideas to the next stage of the project.
The Family Support Worker will work across our Young Carers and Adult Carers Service to provide support to families affected by substance misuse, through whole-family assessments and reviews. The successful candidate will ensure that adult and young carers, and their families, have access to a range of emotional and practical support appropriate to their needs.
The successful candidate will have an understanding of working within the substance misuse field and an understanding of associated health and social issues. They will preferably have experience of working with both adults, children and young people. We are seeking candidates with a professional qualification in health & social care, youth or community work, and/or direct experience of delivering family focused interventions.

This role is central to connecting supporters of Clatterbridge Cancer Charity with the challenge of their lifetime. The Challenge Events Fundraiser will promote events such as runs, marathons, abseils, bike rides and skydives. We run a monitoring programme to capture our social and environmental impact and effectiveness across a range of indicators and are looking for an enthusiastic, creative person to help with this work and become our Impact Coordinator. Our chief areas of charitable engagement include Education, Rural and Community Regeneration, Arts, Culture, Heritage and Science, Environmental Protection and Improvement, and Health and Wellbeing.
The purpose of this role will be the accurate measurement of the effectiveness and social value of the projects we deliver for our owning Charitable Trust. This role will suit a graduate with degrees, or equivalent experience, in the Social Sciences, Sustainable Development, Management or related fields. This is an opportunity for an ambitious candidate to jump straight into a well-supported role on a big project and produce well-presented, evidence-based stories about the project’s impact using numbers, text, and multimedia for a variety of different audiences.
Data
We gather social value data and KPIs, and have a burgeoning collection of testimonials, feedback, and imagery. We need someone to help build and maintain our qualitative and quantitative data library. This will very much be a “doing” role, involving time spent with spreadsheets and reports, as well as time spent with the team helping them with the same. We are collating the story of the project to date for a key report in Q1 2025.

We’re looking for a proactive Community Engagement Officer with an eye for detail and a can-do attitude who is willing to learn, grow and take ownership of this newly created and unique role.

You’ll work closely with the Community Engagement Manager on any events. The yearly ‘Scoliosis Awareness Day’ event, along with the Zorab Symposium which takes place every three years and any patient meetings that take place.

You will need database experience. We use E Tapestry, but Raisers Edge or other charity database experience is relevant.

Working within the supporter care team you will be responsible for processing a high volume of donations. To do this, you must be able to understand the impact of Regenerate’s work and creatively demonstrate its worth to a variety of current and potential stakeholders. You must also be able to accurately keep records and ensure data on applications, reports and other fundraising sources is well managed. In addition, you may be required to support the other areas of fundraising.
Regenerate is a youth charity established to work with young people who live on housing estates in Roehampton and Putney and surrounding areas.

About the Role
1 in 10 children in the UK have serious emotional and behavioural difficulties, which place them at further risk of negative outcomes later in life. Chance UK’s mission is to help support them to reduce these difficulties, find and acknowledge their strengths and talents, and to help them flourish. We do this via a structured 1:1 weekly mentoring programme, which matches them with specialist youth workers to mentor them for up to a year, alongside a range of support for their parent/carers.
Our approach is different from other services – we are there with the child and the family to understand what’s important to them, what they need, and give them the support, space and time to ensure the whole family is stronger. Chance UK’s Parent Programme Managers play a vital role in engaging parents in the mentoring support their children are receiving in order to get the best outcomes and lasting long-term positive change for the children.
