This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced high-value fundraiser to play a key role in driving philanthropic income, building meaningful donor relationships, and helping deliver ambitious impact.

As Senior Philanthropy Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of major donors and prospects, creating tailored cultivation and stewardship plans, and securing significant gifts (particularly at c.£10,000 / mid-value level) to support The Felix Project's work. You'll work closely with colleagues across the organisation including the Prospect Research Manager and other fundraising colleagues, to identify opportunities, shape compelling proposals and new products, and deliver an excellent donor experience from first engagement through to long-term relationships.

We are looking for someone with a strong track record in relationship-led fundraising, including experience of securing major gifts and developing donor pipelines. You'll be a confident communicator with excellent written skills, able to build trust with a wide range of stakeholders and create new products to engage donors giving at mid-value level. You'll be organised, proactive, and comfortable balancing strategy with hands-on delivery.

You will lead a team of experts across marketing, communications, digital, press, content and advocacy, shaping how War Child UK engages supporters, partners and decision-makers. You will oversee the delivery of high impact campaigns and communications on the worst crises affecting children and across a portfolio of bold music, art, gaming and corporate partnerships and events.

The Role
As Head of Grants and Inclusion, you will be a senior member of the team, leading grants programmes and championing inclusive, community‑centred funding across the region.

This is a strongly external and public facing role. You will spend much of your time out in Oxfordshire’s towns, villages and neighbourhoods—visiting groups, attending community events, and building deep, first‑hand understanding of local needs. These in‑person connections are essential to how the organisation works and to the intelligence they provide to donors, partners and grantees. This leadership role will be the primary point of contact for leaders from the grassroots charities and community groups funded by the organisation. They will assess need, monitor grants, offer support, and build trusted relationships. They will be representing the organisatio at external forums and occasionally speaking to community audiences.

The Head of Grants and Inclusion is responsible for leading the organisation's grants decision‑making processes whilst ensuring fairness, rigour and inclusion. They are the key staff link with the expert Grants and Impact Committee which oversees the organisation's grant-making for the Board. They also present to and participate in monthly decision-making Grants Panels drawn from community volunteers. Monitoring and evaluating the impact of the organisation's funding is a key responsibility and this person will be responsible for utilising and developing the organisation's CRM database (Salesforce), including playing an active role in its upgrade. They will work closely with colleagues in the Oxford office, including attending the all‑staff day each Tuesday.

The Person
The successful candidate will have an established track record as a Senior Grants Manager in the UK and will be an organised, confident and natural relationship‑builder who believes that inclusion is essential to successful grant making.

They will have a strong educational background, excellent written and verbal communication skills with a good eye for detail and accuracy. They will also have strong organisational skills and the ability to manage your own workload and support others to deliver on time (line management experience would be an advantage).  Fantastic customer‑service mindset, with empathy for volunteers and small organisations and the confidence working with databases and systems, ideally including Salesforce and a collaborative, solutions driven approach and a willingness to get involved across the breadth of a small organisation. Our client is a specialist ‘by and for’ organisation providing refuge, supported accommodation, and wraparound support programmes for Black and minoritised (Global Majority) women and their children who are survivors of domestic violence and abuse. They manage refuges and dispersed accommodation across Newham and Haringey and provide trauma-informed, culturally responsive support including advocacy, counselling, immigration and family legal advice and specialist projects.

They are now recruiting for a new Head of Services, a senior leadership role with responsibility for the strategic, operational, and financial oversight of all frontline delivery across the organisation. Our client is the UK chapter of the global anti-corruption movement, working to tackle corruption and promote transparency, accountability and integrity across government, business and society. Through research, advocacy and partnerships, the organisation addresses corruption risks in areas such as global health, defence and security, helping to drive systemic change both in the UK and internationally.

As Head of Development and Partnerships, you will lead fundraising and partnership development across all programme areas, setting and delivering multi-year income strategies. You will oversee the Programme Development Unit, drive new funding opportunities across a diverse donor base, and build strategic partnerships to support long-term sustainability. Working closely with senior leadership and programme teams, you will lead on high-quality bids, pipeline development and performance reporting, while ensuring a collaborative and insight-led approach to income generation.

The ideal candidate will bring significant experience leading fundraising and partnership development in a complex organisation, with a strong track record of securing income from institutional donors, foundations and the private sector. You will be a strategic thinker and strong relationship builder, with excellent communication, analytical and influencing skills. A proactive and collaborative approach, alongside the ability to navigate complex funding landscapes and deliver against ambitious targets, will be key to success in this role.

The organisation now requires a Senior Patrons Manager and Prospectus is pleased to lead the search.

The Senior Patrons Manager will be responsible for leading the Patrons team to raise more than £2m per year from donors giving £1,000-£12,000 to the organisation each year. This includes five distinct levels of giving with amazing support in each, and the postholder will personally lead on the cultivation and stewardship of the two highest levels. Leading the Patrons Team and direct reports, the Senior Patrons Manager will maintain strong working relationships with colleagues in the development department and beyond, including maximising support through the American friends programme.

The appointed candidate will have experience securing four and five figure gifts rom individuals and will have experience of managing relationships with high-net-worth individuals and senior volunteers, including providing bespoke tours and maximising engagement via events. The postholder will have experience of line management and will be stepping into an organisation planning the next three year business cycle, so experience of setting budgets and high levels of communication skills are essential.
