Responsibilities of our Senior Mid Value Officer:

This role will manage the development of the Cats Protection Mid Value Programme and associated mid value product. The successful candidate will oversee the implementation of stewardship strategies for the conversion, retention and growth of mid value donors and build a pipeline for major giving to increase sustainable net income for Cats Protection.

What we’re looking for in our Senior Mid Value Officer

Significant experience in related fundraising role(s), such as mid value, major donor, individual giving or direct marketing. Where primary experience is in one area, hands on experience and good understanding in the other is required.

Demonstrable experience of developing strong long-term relationships with supporters & stakeholders

Experience of implementing supporter segmentation processes for database marketing purposes

Proven track record of achieving income against agreed financial targets as well as other KPIs

Responsibilities of our Financial Accountant:
- Support the Senior Financial Accountant to manage financial processing for the organisation
- Support the development and implementation of financial controls and system improvements
- Maintain and reconcile the balance sheet, ensuring that ledgers are complete and accurate
- Oversee PCard management, monitoring card access, expenses submission and reconciliation
- Approve payment runs and bank payments
- Support the year-end closedown process and the annual statutory audit
About the Finance team:
The Finance team has 22 staff, and within this the Operational Finance team has 15 staff, consisting of the Financial Accounting, Accounts Payable, Systems, Payroll and Branch Finance teams. The Financial Accountant works with the Senior Financial Accountant on all Financial Accounting processes, and supports the Accounts Payable and Systems teams.
What we’re looking for in our Financial Accountant:
- Fully qualified AAT, or part/fully qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent
- Experience of working within the charity sector
- Experience of managing a balance sheet
- Experience of financial controls and reconciliations in a medium or large organisation
- Experience of statutory audit processes and statutory accounts production
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels within the organisation
- Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships
- Knowledge of Microsoft programs including Excel (lookup formulae, SUMIF, MATCH, pivot tables etc), Outlook and Word

The Data Import Developer role is designed to provide dedicated delivery capacity for data development and change work that enables Marketing & Income Generation and, beyond that, wider charity system developments, supports compliance, and reduces operational risk.

This role will focus on improving and building data processes and flows (including CRM side Extract, Transform and Load (ETL) processes) so that issues are addressed at source, technical debt is minimised, and data is consistently reliable and usable across teams.
About the Data & Analytics team:

The Data & Analytics team are a department of 17 people in the Marketing & Income Generation directorate consisting of four sub-teams : data processing, data selections, data analytics and customer journeys.

The data processing sub-team are responsible for importing supporter data into our main CRM from numerous different data sources and developing the import routines to do so, they are also responsible for data integrity; ensuring data is accurate and up to date, and maintaining our single customer and supporter view.
What we’re looking for in our Data Import Developer:

Experience developing, improving or implementing data processes, flows, validation or matching logic within a CRM or comparable data environment.

What we’re looking for in our CRM Project Manager:
- We’re looking for someone who can start immediately or has a notice period of less than four weeks, due to the fixed-term nature of this role. Please bear this in mind when applying
- Proven experience leading the end-to-end delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM implementation, working within an Agile methodology and framework such as Scrum or Kanban
- Relevant professional project or programme Management qualification (e.g. PRINCE2, APM)

Responsibilities of our Health and Safety Officer:
- Conduct in-person health & safety and fire risk assessments across centres and shops, ensuring compliance with legislation and internal policies
- Investigate accidents and incidents, analyse trends, and recommend preventative actions
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, training, assessments, and incidents in line with data protection requirements
- Work with colleagues across teams to implement remedial actions from inspections and audits
- Promote completion of H&S e-learning and identify additional training needs
- Build strong relationships with staff and volunteers to foster a positive safety culture
- Lead regional H&S Committee meetings and contribute to team discussions and continuous improvement of SHE practices
- Support wellbeing and mental health awareness by signposting relevant resources
- Collaborate with colleagues on H&S elements of projects and activities across the charity
About the Health & Safety and Environment team:
The team manages most Health and Safety functions in-house and works closely with departments across Cats Protection. It includes a head of department, senior officer, environment and sustainability lead, administrator, and four regional officers covering the UK. The team supports retail outlets, Cat Centres, accident investigations, DSE, and branch volunteer enquiries.
What we’re looking for in our Health and Safety Officer:
-Lives in or around the South-West of England or South Wales
- NEBOSH general certificate (or equivalent) and membership of a relevant professional body
- Significant experience (3+ years post qualification) in a similar health & safety role, ideally in public sector, facilities, or charity setting
- Experience working across multiple sites
- Strong knowledge of health & safety legislation and best practices
- Excellent communication and influencing skills across all levels
- Able to work independently, manage workload, and perform under pressure
- Organised, pragmatic, and professional with a flexible, positive attitude
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Holds a full UK driving license and has access to a vehicle
