Responsibilities of our Senior Corporate Partnerships Communications Officer:
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, coordinating and delivering strategic communications opportunities that magnify Cats Protection’s objectives and goals through our Corporate Partnerships.
The role will work closely with the Corporate Partnerships team to build innovative and impactful communication strategies and marketing plans for current and new partners, as well as generate creative ideas for prospects.
About the Research and Engagement team:
We sit within the Marketing & Income Generation directorate.
The Research and Engagement team sits within Philanthropy and Partnerships and brings together prospect research, communications and events to ensure a coordinated, insight-led and supporter-centred approach supporting fundraisers to grow pipelines, build meaningful relationships, and maximise long-term income for Cats Protection.
What we are looking for in our Senior Corporate Partnerships Communications Officer:
Significant corporate partnership account management experience with particular expertise in the creation and delivery of partner marketing communications
Extensive experience of developing strong relationships with supporters/ clients/colleagues
Experience of developing bespoke propositions/presentations/proposals
Experience of working with marketing teams to develop marcomms campaigns
Significant charity experience

The Corporate Partnerships Development Manager will play a key role at Cats Protection by raising new and transformational funds in support of the organisation’s 10 year strategic objectives.
The role will lead the Corporate Partnerships new business team, to build profitable, multiyear relationships with companies, ensuring propositions are maximised and new partners onboarded to the highest standards
About the Corporate Partnerships team:
We sit within the Marketing & Income Generation directorate.
The corporate partnerships team is split between new business and account management, made up of driven, passionate and dynamic corporate fundraisers
We currently have a team of one full time and one part time Senior Corporate Partnerships Development Officers in new business. On account management side our team consist of a Corporate Partnerships Development Manager, Corporate Partnerships Account Manager and Corporate Partnerships Officer. This is in addition to a Lead Corporate Partnerships Manager who oversees the entire corporate partnerships team.
What we are looking for in our Corporate Partnerships Development Manager:
Significant experience of developing relationships and raising money from new businesses and other corporate organisations.
A demonstrable track record of delivering significant financial results against agreed targets and timescales.
Experience of leading fundraising teams to deliver and drive income and growth
Significant experience of managing a diverse range of stakeholders and relationships at a variety of levels
Excellent organisational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities.

Responsibilities of our Facilities & Warehouse Assistant:
- Prepare and dispatch orders using the stock management system
- Receive and organise incoming deliveries and maintain accurate inventory
- Conduct regular stock counts and quality checks
- Sort, distribute and frank post and parcels
- Provide general facilities support, including light maintenance and site logistics
- Ensure a clean, safe, and well-maintained working environment across the NCC site
About the Facilities team:
The Facilities team is organised into three key areas:
Warehouse – responsible for storage, stock control, and the movement of goods.
Maintenance – covering building upkeep, repairs, and preventative servicing.
Fleet Management – overseeing company vehicles, servicing schedules, and compliance.
This role will be based primarily in the Warehouse function, working alongside two colleagues to support day-to-day operations.
What we’re looking for in our Facilities & Warehouse Assistant:
- Experience working in a facilities, warehouse or logistics role (desirable, but not essential)
- Experience working in a fast-paced, multi-functional environment
- Understanding of health and safety practices in a facilities or warehouse setting
- Manual handling training or willing to undertake this training
- IT skills, familiar with stock systems and Microsoft Outlook
- Team player with proactive and positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills
- Flexible, adaptable, organised and able to prioritise

Responsibilities of our Associate Director of Community & Retail
This role leads the strategic development of Cats Protection’s community, events, retail and e-commerce functions, all of which are undergoing significant transformation. It is responsible for delivering the vision of maximising grassroots community engagement while improving retail profitability, customer experience and overall value.
The successful candidate will ensure these income-generating activities strengthen regional presence, align closely with service delivery teams and increase visibility in areas where the charity is less established. The role is accountable for realising both the financial and brand value of these activities, ensuring they work effectively together.
As a senior position within the Marketing and Income Generation (MIG) Leadership Team, the role works closely with the MIG Director and peers to drive high performance, collaboration and excellence across the directorate. It also leads and supports cross-directorate initiatives to improve impact, integration and organisational outcomes for Cats Protection.
About the Community & Retail team:
We have a large network of versatile charity shops covering England, Wales and Scotland and a growing and diversifying ecommerce operation
What we’re looking for:
Significant experience of the range of community fundraising disciplines and/or charity retail and trading
Experience of working as part of a senior leadership team and a thorough understanding of how to develop strong and effective collaboration with a range of stakeholders

Deliver proactive operational and administrative support to Volunteer Teams, Centres, and regional Operations staff, managing communications, enquiries, and departmental processes

Lead on organising meetings and events, sourcing cost-effective venues, managing logistics, and supporting project implementation across regional teams

Our day-to-day work includes; maintaining branch information on the database; arranging events lottery licenses, PetPlan, cat relocations, NCC visits and processing Annual Returns; supporting Operations staff with projects and collating and dispatching mail outs to Volunteer Teams and centres
We currently have a team of 8 AND ONE TEAM LEADER
What we’re looking for in our Branch Support Unit Advisor:
Administration experience preferably within an office environment
A customer service background with experience interacting with members of the public
Proven ability to multi-task and work on own initiative, accurately and under pressur
A confident communicator, particularly using the telephone
Strong Microsoft Office knowledge including Word and Excel
A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is preferred
Able to travel away from home with some overnights
