About the Role

As our Director of Finance and Resources, you’ll be a key member of our Senior Leadership Team, leading on:
 

• Strategic financial planning and advice for future growth and sustainability of the Charity
• Operational Financial Management, Reporting and Performance 
• Financial Accounts and Annual Reports
• Financial Control, Governance, Audit, and Compliance
• IT, Facilities, and Information Governance
• Management of teams and contracts in the Finance and Resources Directorate

You’ll work closely with the CEO and Board of Trustees to support our strategic vision and ensure sound financial stewardship to deliver support for survivors now and into the future.  The position is offered on a flexible, hybrid and part time basis. 
 

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:
 

• Professionally qualified (or equivalent) in finance management and accountancy
• Experienced and deeply knowledgeable in senior financial leadership and strategy development in the voluntary sector/an equivalent size charity 
• A skilled and experienced leader and manager of people, contracts and major service change projects
• Collaborative, analytical, and proactive in problem-solving
• Committed to feminist principles and to equity, diversity, and inclusion
• Ideally also skilled in overseeing IT, building and premises management and information governance, with training and support available where required. 

As well as experienced Directors, this role would also suit an exceptional Head of Finance looking to step up into their first Director role.

What you will be doing

• Lead on the development and implementation of a successful trusts and foundations strategy that achieves £2.5m of restricted and unrestricted income by the end of 2026 and delivers growth from 2027. 
• Offer inspirational leadership to the Trusts and Foundations Team, line managing a T&F manager and a T&F officer. 
• Take overall responsibility for developing and managing a robus pipeline of trusts and foundations and statutory funders that enables London Youth to hit its income targets, coordinating the distribution of responsibilities across the team, including the implementation of a quarterly mailout.
• Work in close collaboration with appropriate teams across London Youth to ensure all applications and proposals produced by the team are compelling, accurate, produced to the highest possible standards, and submitted to deadline. 
• Ensure contracts or MOUs are in place with all funders and that all conditions and reporting requirements are clear and met. 
• Ensure all information is recorded in an accurate and timely manner on Salesforce, enabling you to track progress against monthly income targets and KPIs, and expertly steward and manage all relationships with funders. 
• Lead on the development of the annual Trusts and Foundations budgets and the monthly review of management accounts for your area. 
• Produce appropriate reports and presentations for team, directorate, senior team, committee, and board meetings.

Our partner, a well-established international organisation, is seeking an experienced senior finance leader to provide strategic support. This is a high-impact interim role, working closely with the CEO, senior leadership team and Board to ensure that any reviews of the organisation’s operating model are financially robust, evidence-based and deliverable.

Essential Criteria

• Significant experience in talent management, artist relations, or high-level PR/communications

• Proven track record of building and maintaining high-level relationships with celebrities, influencers, and their management teams (agents, publicists, and assistants)

• Extensive experience in talent-led PR, end-to-end media campaign management, and protecting brand integrity through strategic reputation oversight 

• Ability to collaborate with multiple teams, managing multiple stakeholders with competing priorities

• An existing, active network of contacts within the UK entertainment, sports, or digital creator industries

• Experience working alongside Marketing & Comms teams to brief and deliver industry-leading collaborative content and campaigns  

• Demonstrable experience in drafting and managing talent contracts, service level agreements, and data management (ideally using Salesforce)

• Experience working collaboratively with fundraising teams to leverage talent for corporate partnerships, major gifts, and multi-channel public appeals

To help us deliver our regional model, we are looking for one healthcare professional to take on the role of Regional Clinical Lead on a consultancy basis in the North East of England and Yorkshire.

About the role 

In this role, you’ll:

• Co-opt a multidisciplinary leadership team to support you in your role. This team should reflect the multi-professional composition of regional services, as well as the geography and should include at least one person with Parkinson's.

• Drive engagement and participation with the Excellence Network at a regional level. 

• Inspire, challenge and collaborate with the health and social care professional community to drive significant improvements to Parkinson’s services across your region.

• Act as a professional ambassador for the Excellence Network and help represent the professionals in your region.

• Engage with Integrated Care Board (ICB) leaders to help influence the development of your Integrated Care System (ICS).

• Work closely with the Professional Engagement team at Parkinson’s UK to organise and hold engagement opportunities in your region. This will include working with the team to hold and lead at least one in-person meeting in your region per year.

• Attend the annual in-person PEN national and regional clinical Leads meeting.

• Support the PEN national calendar of events through attendance or promotion. This includes Excellence Hub meetings and other activities centred around our national priorities.

• Work closely with the PEN National Clinical Leadership Team (CLT) to discuss and review national and regional priorities. Attend a virtual meeting with CLT 2 times per year. 

What you’ll bring:

• You’ll be a UK-based clinical healthcare professional, working in Parkinson’s or with extensive interest and expertise in the condition, with exceptional interpersonal and influencing skills. Healthcare professionals living with Parkinson’s are also encouraged to apply.

• You will have a good understanding of the landscape of health and social care delivery, education and workforce development to support the strategic aims and objectives of Parkinson’s UK.

Centrepoint, the UK’s leading youth homelessness charity, is looking for a Senior Philanthropy Officer to join our Philanthropy team based in London or Manchester.

Centrepoint operates a hybrid working model. The requirement is a minimum of 50% of your working week to be worked in the office. As our Fundraising Manager, you will be both strategic and hands-on, leading income growth while helping us nurture and evolve our overall approach to fundraising.
