The Director of Corporate Partnerships will lead the development of strategic corporate partnerships with key organisations in priority sectors, generating significant income for Kew, influencing and supporting the implementation of nature positive strategies across the business sector and helping to facilitate business voices in influencing key audiences. With your team you will be responsible for building a pipeline of potential partnerships at a variety of levels, including an effective corporate membership scheme, corporate sponsorship and long term project funding. 

You will work to lead change across Kew to embrace the full potential of corporate partnerships navigating the organisational and logistical challenges required to deliver long-term transformation. You will be a member of the Development Directorate leadership team and work closely with the Kew Director, Trustees and Development Council to maximise the potential of high-level networks. You will build Kew’s external profile with potential corporate partners, proactively implementing a business development plan and working with key stakeholders such as marketing and comms, science and horticulture to facilitate this.  You will carefully steward and grow Kew’s existing corporate partners, foster long term loyal connections.

About this role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Reprieve team as our Head of Digital and Mass Engagement covering parental leave. With the support of the Deputy Director of Development, you will lead our fast‐moving and creative Mass Engagement Team, who power fundraising across multiple channels. Purpose

Reporting to the CEO, the Fundraising Support Manager will support the Fundraising Manager in the fundraising efforts of Crustacean Compassion. This will be  role building on two specific areas of work already undertaken, specifically reviewing, and supporting major donors’ proposals, and developing the supporter journey and engagement process.

The applicant will need to have an active knowledge and warm contacts with potential funders, be able to prepare and create proposals immediately as well as use CRM or external screening sources to identify and communicate with potential major donors. • At least five years of experience working in fundraising, with a proven track record of securing five to six figure gifts ideally in the Animal Welfare field.
• Experience in developing non-profit fundraising strategies, particularly for Major Donors and in developing a supporter journey.
• Evident track record of successfully meeting and exceeding fundraising targets.
• Knowledge and understanding of fundraising, including research sources and funding criteria.
• Evidence of developing successful fundraising applications to institutional and individual grant funders, especially within the Effective Altruism community.
• Demonstrably skilled and experienced in networking to build relationships, as well as able to build strong and lasting relationships with key stakeholders.
• Advanced prospect researching skills.
• Outstanding written communication skills, including the ability to write engaging copy which presents Crustacean Compassion as an appealing partner for donors.
• Excellent negotiating, diplomacy, and people skills.
• Able to demonstrate a commitment and sensitivity to the aims and objectives of Crustacean Compassion.
• Comfortable working in a small team, liaising effectively with colleagues to drive income alongside campaign objectives.
• Strong financial management and budgeting skills.
• Knowledge of Fundraising Regulator guidelines.
• Strong understanding of UK GDPR and data protection.
• Experience in the effective use of a CRM database.
• Able to work effectively remotely, both independently and as part of a team.

Desirable

• Experience in working for animal welfare organisations.
• An interest in marine animal welfare
•  A Fundraising Diploma or professional qualification is advantageous but will not outweigh experience.

Bow Foodbank is proud to be a community solution to the problem of food insecurity in East London. Volunteers are involved in every area of foodbank life, from carrying out day-to-day tasks to supporting back office functions and governance of the Foodbank. This role is vital to make sure our volunteers have a positive experience and can contribute to our work.

You will support the Operations Manager in ensuring volunteers are equipped to come to our sessions and support the work of the foodbank. You will be responsible for managing every stage of the volunteer journey, from onboarding to providing feedback.

• · You will work with the trustees and senior team to ensure volunteers have a strong voice within the foodbank, 
• · You will be the volunteer platform super user, leading volunteer administration and record keeping.
• · You will be responsible for monitoring volunteer training, ensuring that volunteers are equipped to volunteer safely            and uphold  the values of Bow Foodbank as we interact with members of the community.
• · You will maintain the volunteer CRM and be the main point of contact with the platform provider.
• · You will roll out and maintain the Volunteer Handbook, ensuring all volunteers have access to Bow Foodbank                    Policies and  Procedures.
• · You will work with the Corporate and Community Manager to plan group volunteering sessions.
• · You will work with the Volunteer Wellbeing Lead to ensure volunteers have access to the same signposted                        services as our guests.
• · You will support volunteer communications and consultation (many of our volunteers have English as a second                  language).

St Hilda’s East has a 135-year history of combating deprivation and social exclusion in East London. We welcome people of all ages to our large community centre in Shoreditch where we offer a wide range of activities for local people which provide opportunities to enhance wellbeing, learn new skills and meet people of diverse backgrounds. We also run a day centre in Shadwell, with a focus on supporting elders from the Bangladeshi and other communities. 

We are currently in search of a passionate and committed male older peoples’ programme worker to join our team and lead a weekly a men’s group, as part of the thriving Over 50’s programme. The role involves designing, leading, and facilitating various activities and sessions aimed at improving physical and mental wellbeing, and improving community connection amongst older people. About the Role

The CEO will provide leadership to Embracing Age and to be responsible for the management and administration of the charity, in partnership with and reporting to the trustees. You'll lead, inspire and motivate staff and volunteers, whilst upholding and developing the Christian ethos, vision, mission and values of Embracing Age, along with the strategic objectives and priorities.
