We are seeking a highly motivated and organised individual to join our team as a Community Fundraising Officer to cover the North of the UK.
In this role, you will be an integral member of the Events and Community Fundraising Team. You will work closely with a team of field-based colleagues providing support, ensuring the growth of income and development of long-term relationships with supporters.
Your responsibilities will include supporting the Community Fundraising team, with administration as well promoting fundraising products and campaigns, providing an inspiring supporter journey to our fundraisers, and handling and reporting on data.
You will have the opportunity to learn community fundraising skills, multi-channel marketing and supporter journey techniques as well as developing strong admin processes which support the growth of income across the team.
In this role, you will need to be self-motivated and adaptable to the needs of a fast-moving team and workload. Autonomy and creativity will be vital. As the face of the charity, building strong relationships with colleagues and supporters will be essential, as you collaborate with different teams and stakeholders.
You will be responsible for providing a fulfilling and memorable experience to valued supporters. Travel within the region will be required to meet with our supporters, the wider team and assist at events throughout the year (this may include some evenings and weekends).
Main tasks and responsibilities
1. Fundraising Support
· Check current platforms to collate daily registrations and assign to appropriate region
· Manage Facebook donation report through GivePanel
· Monitor Community Fundraising email inbox, contact supporters and fulfil fundraising pack requests
· Assist with the regional running portfolio and steward runners
· Answer and respond to enquiries on the fundraising hotline
· Assist the community fundraising team with admin, marketing, and stewardship
· Manage our offline fundraising materials through our fulfilment partner, ordering replacement materials when needed
· Contribute content for regional social media
· Ensure all fundraising activities operate within best practice, regulatory guidelines and comply with health and safety requirements
· Act as a champion for fundraising compliance across the organisation, including ensuring adherence to the Fundraising Regulator’s Code of Fundraising Practice, the General Data Protection Act and other relevant legislative requirements.

About the role
Richmond AID have 3 main advice teams: Information Navigation, Benefits Advice and Money Advice. We also administer a number of grants on behalf of local grant giving charities and the local authority. Our teams are busier than ever and this role will play a vital part in supporting the team with administration tasks including; taking client enquiries from the phone, website and email and uploading them to our database, scanning and photocopying.
You will spend your time working directly with clients with a range of physical, sensory and mental health impairments to help them to fill in grant allocation forms and other forms and helping people to know their rights. You will also support our advice teams administratively; arranging appointments, sending emails and letters and uploading information to our database.
You will receive training in a range of advice areas (housing, health and social care, benefits, transport and travel) as well as other relevant topics such as various mental health conditions, managing challenging behaviour, professional boundaries, and case management. You will be supported by a friendly team of experienced advisers who will have the opportunity to shadow and you will also have access to a range of external training and development opportunities.
You will need to have clear written and oral communication skills as you will need to make phone calls and write emails and letters to clients as well as providing progress updates to the team.
You will work closely with our experienced advice team and we can offer opportunities for training and development in a range of areas including social care, housing and benefits to support you on your journey to becoming and advisor.
About you
To be successful in this role you will have solid administration and organisational skills, and a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. You will have strong communication skills across all levels and will be a real team player with a genuine interest in supporting disabled people.
An interest in developing advice skills in essential and experience or a background in advice and information will be an advantage.
You will have excellent communication and IT skills, administrative skills and be fully competent on Microsoft applications. You will have the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

What you’ll do
You will play a key administrative Postgraduate Studies department within the Education and Training Division, supporting the delivery of UCL-accredited postgraduate programmes. What is the Role?

Role description and core responsibilities
The Office and IT Assistant plays a key role in the Foundation supporting a busy office, as well as providing hands on support to IT function.

Office Administration
· Act as first point of contact for general operational enquiries

Job summary
The Registry Manager supports all aspects of training and course administration from first enquiry to graduation. This includes introductory courses, professional counselling and psychotherapy qualifications, and MA programmes validated by Middlesex University. Reporting to the responsible Management Committee Lead, the Registry Manager ensures that we deliver efficient and effective services to support admissions, enrolment, university registration, assessment, progression, HESA data returns, awards, and graduation of our students.
The Registry Manager has line management responsibility for the course administrator, leads on course scheduling, managing student data, organising the Bursaries and Hardship Fund (the Minster Centre Fund), supports key committees, monitors academic progress, and ensures accurate information is presented at Assessment Boards. They will balance day-to-day student matters with supporting the team and working to improve administrative systems.
This is a varied role which is critical for the delivery of The Minster Centre’s strategic objectives and charitable aims. The successful candidate will be educated to degree level, or equivalent, and will have significant relevant experience of administration, ideally within the Higher Education or professional training sectors. Training and course administration

- Work with Admissions, Quality, IT, Finance, Training, and Reception Teams throughout the academic year.

The role
The ECRN Training and Development Manager will work closely with the Head of ECRN and the ECRN Training and Development Officer to deliver the British Academy Early Career Researcher Network (ECRN) and Wellcome Leadership and Advancement SHAPE Programme. LAH invites you to play a key supporting role at our award-winning Saturday Spanish School, inspiring a lifelong love for the Spanish language.
About LAH: We are a community-led organisation driven by and for Latin Americans in the UK. We focus on supporting those in our community, and other Spanish and Portuguese-speaking migrants in London, who face the greatest challenges, individuals in low-paid or insecure work, older adults, and those navigating barriers to social protection without the skills or knowledge to access essential support systems.
About our Saturday Spanish School: Our Saturday Spanish School offers a vibrant, immersive space for children aged 5–12 to explore and strengthen their Spanish language skills. Tailored especially for Spanish-speaking families, the curriculum helps children build confidence in their heritage language through fun, interactive activities. At the same time, we warmly welcome learners from all backgrounds, creating a multicultural environment where language learning happens naturally through play, creativity, and meaningful social connection.
LAH obtained the National Resource Centre for Supplementary Education (NRCSE) Quality Mark at the Advanced Level in 2023.
About the role: As a Saturday Spanish School Teaching Assistant, you will:

Support the lead teacher in preparing and delivering interactive lessons, including setting up materials, worksheets, visual aids, and digital resources

Promote a positive, inclusive, and respectful classroom culture

Accurately record student progress in the designated systems, using LAH’s tools and formats, based on teacher evaluations

Attend relevant training or induction sessions provided by LAH
