Teaching Resources at Unifrog
One of the most important parts of Unifrog is a searchable library of hundreds of teaching resources, covering careers guidance, progression, SEL, and PSHE.
Each week the lessons are used by tens of thousands of teachers in the UK and around the world.
We aim for our lessons to be plug-and-play, to be truly educational, to make it easy for schools to make the most of the Unifrog platform, and to be fun even when they deal with difficult subjects. We always try to make the learning as active as possible.
In December 2023, we launched our Courses tool. Students can browse and take short online courses in a range of engaging and challenging topic areas, many of which are created in partnership with universities and employers.
We create courses that fit into five main strands:

‘Careers in…’ courses introduce students to a career sector and spotlight a few specific roles within the sector, e.g. ‘Careers in art’.

University subject tasters give students an idea of what studying a particular university subject is like, e.g. ‘The complicated reality of criminology’.

Life skills courses help students prepare for life after school/college, e.g. ‘Preparing for the workplace’.

Virtual work experience courses combine a series of work-based tasks and live webinars with an employer, e.g. ‘Virtual work experience with the BBC’.

Teacher/counselor courses help staff members in various roles get the most out of the Unifrog platform.

Essential: QTS and relevant secondary school teaching experience

Working together
You’ll work in our existing Teaching Resources team, which consists of experienced teachers and resource creators. You’ll also be in regular contact with the Written Content team, plus people on our marketing, sales, account management, and strategy teams.
In the Teaching Resources team, we commonly brainstorm new ideas as a group, share insights from our own teaching experiences, provide feedback on other team members’ work, and get feedback from teachers and students at our partner schools.
You’ll be managed by the Head of Teaching Resources.

ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Procurement Administrator to support the procurement function within Harris Federation. This role is essential in ensuring that all goods and services are sourced efficiently, cost-effectively, and in compliance with public sector procurement regulations and institutional policies.
You will play a key role in supporting the Procurement Team by ensuring timely delivery of resources and services, providing administrative support to the Team and having responsibility for procurement processes and policies.

MAIN AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
Procurement processes and files
- To maintain and have responsibility for the Procurement Team’s eFiling system/SharePoint folders.
- Responsibility for overseeing the registration of new suppliers onto the Procurement Team’s e-tendering portal.
- To issue, collate and consolidate information requests from stakeholders at various levels.
- Requisition and reconciliation of purchase orders with invoices and liaise with the finance team to ensure timely and accurate payments.
- To manage low level categories where appropriate.
- Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual procurement reports and spend analysis for the Procurement Team and Senior Leadership.
Administration and diary management
- To provide administrative support to the Procurement Team; team calendar management, scanning, shredding, downloading and filing documents.
- To arrange and co-ordinate supplier presentations; organizing meetings rooms, receiving guests, taking meeting notes etc.
- To deal with day-to-day enquiries from internal and external stakeholders in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist academies with their requests relating to the scheme of delegation, approval thresholds, purchase requests, conducting benchmarking exercises and in some instances obtaining competitive quotes via our frameworks or recommended suppliers to ensure best value.
- Maintain a procurement calendar to manage contract renewals, tender deadlines, and key procurement events.
- Coordinate supplier meetings and performance review meetings with suppliers.
- Maintain and have responsibility for procurement mailboxes.
- To maintain Procurement’s intranet pages.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

About the Role
Are you an experienced A level tutor? Can you support under-resourced young people to reach their full academic potential?
We are looking for passionate and qualified A level tutors to deliver high quality group tuition to our cohort of almost 1,000 students. This is an exciting opportunity for experienced tutors with a love of learning to help bright students overcome barriers to academic achievement. Tutorials are delivered online to groups of up to 4 students via our bespoke online learning platform.
Tutorials generally take place between the hours of 3pm and 8pm on weekday evenings, with flexibility around the schedules of our tutors and students.

Role Summary
An exciting opportunity to join Into Film and lead on the production of all audio-visual content for the UK’s foremost film education charity. Overseeing an in-house production team of six, the Production Lead will work closely with colleagues from across the organisation to identify, develop and deliver an exciting and wide range of content for classroom resources, social media channels and the Into Film website.
The role is initially available for a fixed term through to 31st March 2026, but may become permanent pending continuation of funding.
Main Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Joint Heads of Programme and Head of Marcomms to identify audio visual requirements in support of the Into Film strategy, including income generation.

Responsibilities:

Lead and co-ordinate NASP’s national work on social prescribing with partners across the faith sector.

Build understanding and awareness within NASP and across other sectors of what is required to support the effective provision of services, activities and information in the faith sector to promote health and wellbeing through social prescribing.

Liaise with and support new and existing initiatives to build an evidence base for faith-based social prescribing.

Build a community of practice of health-engaged faith leaders to help consult on the workstream and to act as ambassadors for faith-based social prescribing.

Ensure engagement of faith communities themselves in developing social prescribing strategy and policy, working with relevant partners.

Provide high quality advice and insight on faith activity and services in support of NASP’s strategy development, communications and external briefings and meetings. and to enable NASP’s healthcare integration team to support the strategic development of faith SP at Integrated Care System level and secure place-based investment.

Map current tools, resources, guides and evidence and publish a ‘one stop shop’ online to enable better commissioning and delivery.

Build consensus on the key policies required for the scale and spread of social prescribing for faith communities across stakeholders; a joint vision of ‘good faith-based SP’.

Identify and shape partnership opportunities to secure additional funding and resources to help build capacity to enable future social prescribing activity to better support people’s health and wellbeing outcomes.

Enable awareness raising, shared learning, training and best practice within the faith sector and with other key social prescribing sectors.

Budget Management - including day to day management, raising and processing payments and reporting.

The Royal College of Radiologists (RCR) is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of External Affairs to lead a high-performing team and drive our external engagement strategy. The Head of External Affairs will lead a talented team of experts with focus on building the RCR’s influence, authority and impact across government and the health sector. Bringing together policy, public affairs, campaigns, AI, census and insight and media, the external affairs team will drive the agenda for change in our key policy areas, ensuring that our positions on workforce, cancer, AI and more are heard and listened to by decision makers; that the RCR is seen as the authority on all things radiology and oncology; and that our positions are clear and unequivocal.
What you’ll do:
- Policy – Lead the development of evidence-based, clinically informed policy outputs that influence change through public affairs, media, and stakeholder engagement.
- Census and Insight – Oversee the delivery of impactful Censuses and ensure all external affairs work is grounded in robust data, insight, and real-world case studies.
- Public Affairs – Drive strategic engagement with parliamentary stakeholders and build partnerships to amplify the RCR’s influence on key health policy issues.
- Press and Media Relations – Secure high-profile, targeted media coverage aligned with RCR priorities; support Officers as expert spokespeople and foster strong media relationships.
- Stakeholder Engagement – Build and maintain influential relationships across the health sector, government, and within the RCR to extend reach and impact.
- AI Strategy – Secure the RCR’s place as a leading organisation in the healthcare space by driving the development of expert thought leadership, impactful programmes of work and a solid AI strategy for the College

The service plays a crucial role in empowering clients to take steps toward a more stable and self-sufficient future.
The working rota for this role is 25 hours per week 8am - 4:45pm Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
Westminster:
Joining our team in Westminster, the role is key in ensuring that everyone feels welcome and included in the service creating a safe, welcoming and supportive environment for our clients. The Kean Street hub is located in Aldwych and supports clients with high supported needs, with two low supported accommodation services in Oxford Circus.
The working rota for this role is 37.5 hours per week 8am - 4pm Monday to Friday.

As Senior Volunteer Co-ordinator, you’ll play a central role in growing and supporting our network of local support groups.
