We are looking for a Fundraising and Events Administrator to provide administrative and operational support to the Fundraising Managers (Corporate, Major Donor, Legacy, Individual Membership, Trusts & Foundations) and to the Head of Services by administering donor and supporter records and assisting with events and general operational duties.
Main Responsibilities
Fundraising General (65%)
- Organizing and maintaining membership and donation data in the CRM database (Donorfy)
- First point of contact for supporter enquiries (email/phone)
- Taking telephone donations when required
- Flagging contact/donations to relevant team members
- Printing and posting thank you letters for offline donors
Events (20%)
- Monitor the events@inbox
- Monitor event bookings and process invoices as required
- Liaise with speakers, attendees and sponsors as appropriate

- Ensure website and Eventbrite accurately reflect current and coming events are upto date including event details.
General (10%)
- Monitor Tinnitus UK email info@ inbox responding to emails or directing to colleagues as necessary
- Stationery and mailroom stock checks and replenishing of stock as required
- Assist the Office Manager with office administrative tasks
- Work across the Tinnitus UK team and assist in all areas of work
- Attend internal and external meetings, events and training
- Assist the office manager with bookings of meetings/conference venues for Trustee Board and other meetings/training days
- Organise travel and accommodation as and when required
- Undertake training (In-house and external) as required
- Be flexible and carry out associated duties that may arise, develop, or be assigned in line with the broad remit of the post
Stewardship (5%)
- Provide a basic level of stewardship to event fundraisers - (thanking, providing publicity materials, passing stories to communications colleagues)

PERSON SPECIFICATION
Essential
- Good basic education to GCSE standard or equivalent (GCSE grade C or equivalent in Maths and English)
- Entitled to live and work in the UK
- Experience of database administration (CRM desirable)
- Fundraising admin and stewardship

- Handling phone, digital and postal enquiries
- Experience of using a number of different IT systems including Microsoft Office 365 - such as Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word & Powerpoint

The job
- We’re looking for an experienced and highly motivated fundraiser to join Chetham’s as Senior Development Manager to manage the development team in securing over £600k of income per annum across Chetham’s School of Music, Library and The Stoller Hall. Key Accountabilities
· To maintain and update records on Remember A Charity’s CRM database and E-Comms mailing lists for charities, legal supporters and partner organisations. To run CRM reports as required.
· To assist with the onboarding of new joiner charities and legal sector supporters.
· To use the website content management system (CMS) to build member charity and legal sector supporter online profiles; and to make any amends to these profiles and other website pages as required.
· To manage the central In-Box and respond to all enquiries or signpost to the relevant team member.
· To co-ordinate the programme of rolling annual membership renewal and new-joiner invoicing, including credit control of all invoices.
· To prepare monthly engagement report collating key activity metrics for members and legal sector supporters
· To assist with online and in person member, prospect and legal sector supporter events, including creating registration links, managing attendee information on the CRM and other events preparation and follow-up required.
· Representing Remember A Charity at key charity and legal sector exhibitions when required.
· To capture minutes from all key meetings.
