What you’ll do
You will lead the Postgraduate Certificate (Pg Cert) in Leadership for CYP Mental Health Services, ensuring its successful design, delivery and development. You will manage the curriculum in line with NHS England’s Leadership National Curriculum and UCL’s academic standards, oversee teaching and assessment, and ensure the programme remains financially and academically viable. The purpose is to equip managers and service leads in CYP Mental Health Services with the skills, knowledge and reflective leadership capacity needed to drive service transformation and improve outcomes for children, young people and families.
What you’ll bring
Essential requirements:
- Qualifications: PhD/professional doctorate in field of child mental health or a recognised qualification in a core child mental health profession (e.g. psychology, social work, educational psychology).
- Experience: leadership/management experience in CYP Mental Health Services, and experience in curriculum design, teaching, assessment and programme organisation in Higher Education;
- Knowledge: understanding of the national CYP IAPT programme and challenges/opportunities in child and young people’s mental health services;
- Skills: effective communication, interpersonal and organisational skills, ability to work flexibly and collaboratively and capable of managing budgets and ensuring programme financial viability.
- Commitment: dedication to high standards in teaching and assessment, fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment, and demonstrating values of equity, diversity and inclusion.
Key details
Hours: Part time: 7 hours per week. Monday to Friday to be agreed and discussed with manager. Must be available to work on the 12 days during the year that the course runs (currently on Tuesdays).
Salary: £67,830 per annum FTE, plus 6% contributory pension scheme.
Location: Hybrid working (a mixture of onsite and home/remote working). Staff are working onsite for at least 20% of their working hours at our London site (4-8 Rodney Street, London N1 9JH).

About the role
The Senior Digital Campaign Officer will play a key role in our work to end homelessness in Scotland – designing creative ways to engage the public with our latest campaign around the next election, using digital channels, including our website, social channels and email.
You will lead the creation of supporter journeys to mobilise people across Scotland; turning public awareness and interest in homelessness into meaningful actions that lead to change. You’ll work with others to make sure our campaigns are joined up with our digital, data, technology and marketing teams, and to make sure that our digital campaigns have a direct impact on the policies and practices needed to end homelessness.
About you
- Experience of developing digital influencing strategies that result in significant increases in the volume of new supporters and deepened involvement for existing supporters.
- Excellent technical knowledge and experience of digital tools and channels, particularly Engaging Networks and Adestra.
- Ability to think creatively, develop and test digital tools which strengthen campaigning successes.
- Strong communication skills including the ability to write campaigning materials for supporters e.g. website pages, social media posts, campaign emails, campaign actions, blogs.

Reducing the Risk of Domestic Abuse Prevention & Training Officer
Background to the post
Reducing the Risk is an Oxfordshire based charity committed to the safety and empowerment of victims of abuse and of those who support them - and to promoting partnership working. The charity acts as a safe, trustworthy, responsive and inclusive resource for victims and their families, through its services in Oxfordshire, and for volunteers and practitioners nationally through its consultancy and training.
In particular it has developed the Reducing the Risk DA Champion Network. This involves: multi agency training, supporting and linking front line practitioners from a range of services so that they can work together to reduce the risk and promote the wellbeing of victims and survivors.
The charity plans to develop its training service as a self-sustaining social enterprise. The Prevention & Training Officer will play a vital role in the development of the charity’s work.
Scope and purpose of the role
The post holder will be a key member of Reducing the Risk’s Training Team.
The post holder will focus on identifying, building and working in partnership with external partners, local stakeholders and communities regionally and nationally to support the entrepreneurial element of Reducing the Risk. They will, together with the Prevention & Training Manager and CEO, carry responsibility for the development of relationships and opportunities. They will expand and deliver Reducing the Risk’s training offers, scale out Reducing the Risk’s Network of DA Champions and support the development of new and existing stakeholder relationships.
They will also be expected both to design and deliver training and to organise and manage elements of Reducing the Risk’s training workload.
Reducing the Risk’s core values are integral to this post: providing advice, consultancy and training solutions which are safe, evaluated, and inclusive and which enable participants to achieve changes in their practice which increase safety and transform the lives of adults and children affected by abuse.

This is a pivotal role responsible for overseeing and managing the core operational functions of finance, HR and health and safety across the organisation. You will be responsible for leading on all aspects of these areas ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation, supporting our people and maintaining effective financial management.

Main duties:
· Oversee financial operations, including accounts payable accounts receivable, bank reconciliation and petty cash

Key attributes and experience required for the role:

Fundraising Executive Responsibilities
■ Deliver Against Fundraising Targets – You will work to a pre-agreed fundraising target, with a focus on generating income through writing high-quality funding applications to trusts, foundations, and corporate partners.
■ Be a Welcoming First Point of Contact – Provide a professional and helpful response to all supporter and donor enquiries across phone, email, and in-person interactions.
■ Individual Donor Strategy Development – Design and implement innovative and tailored supporter journeys to retain and grow donor engagement, particularly for high-value funders.
■ Third-Party Fundraising – Act as the key contact for all independent fundraising initiatives and offer advice and tools to maximise their success.

The Supporter Care Coordinator role sits within the Supporter Experience team, whose goal is to ensure that all Scope supporters, whether they are giving time, money, or voice, have the best experience each time they interact with us.
The role
As Senior Community Fundraiser, you will play a key role in helping Scope achieve its mission to create a fairer society for disabled people. You will lead community fundraising across the North of the UK, developing inclusive and engaging programmes that empower local volunteers, community groups, and businesses to support our work.
You will:
· Develop and deliver Scope’s Community Fundraising strategy in the North, identifying opportunities that reflect the diversity of local communities.
· Build and nurture relationships with supporters, volunteers and stakeholders, ensuring everyone feels welcomed, valued and supported.
· Monitor and report on fundraising performance, helping to shape future plans and drive income growth.
· Collaborate with colleagues across Scope to ensure our fundraising activities are inclusive, accessible, and aligned with our values.
· Stay informed about sector trends and bring fresh, inclusive ideas to our fundraising approach.
You will report to the Community Fundraising Lead and work closely with teams across Fundraising, Brand and Marketing, Retail, and Services.
About you
We are looking for someone who:
· Has experience in fundraising and is passionate about engaging communities in meaningful ways.
· Is confident managing community fundraising programmes and volunteers, with strong organisational and project management skills.
· Brings creativity and innovation to fundraising, with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
· Communicates clearly and respectfully, and builds inclusive relationships with people from all backgrounds.
· Understands the importance of accessibility, safeguarding, and compliance in community fundraising.
It would be great if you also have:
· An understanding of the social model of disability and the barriers disabled people face
· Experience working with external agencies or managing inclusive fundraising campaigns
· Familiarity with CRM systems and fundraising software
· An interest in inclusive event management and supporter stewardship

About the role:
This role is based in Rochdale Police station along with some hybrid working, you must be prepared to travel across the borough of Rochdale.
As a CYP IDVA you will deliver specialist and enhanced support to Children and Young People aged 4-17 who have experienced Domestic Violence Abuse in the home. You will be responsible for providing high quality interventions to children & young people affected by DVA through the development of individually tailored & risk assessed support and safety plans. You will offer support through one-to-one sessions to address issues of self-esteem, manage emotions and feelings of blame and responsibility with the aim to improve understanding of abusive behaviour, healthy relationships and conflict resolution.
You will need:
To conduct comprehensive needs and risk assessments and ensure each CYP receives an individual tailored support package that fully meets their identified needs, including safety planning, advocacy, emotional and practical support.
To advocate on behalf of children and young people with experience of domestic abuse to ensure the diverse needs of children and young people using the service are met.
Provide one to one support to children and young people living in families affected by domestic abuse.
The ability to review the assessment of risk on an ongoing basis, ensuring appropriate and immediate action is taken in respect of any CYP facing significant harm, making the necessary referrals to MARAC and local safeguarding processes as required given the legal framework relating to the protection of children and the policy and procedures of the Local Safeguarding Children's Board.
To establish links with relevant statutory partners in Social Care, Education, Health, Police and Housing, with the intention of supporting children and young people who have been impacted by domestic abuse. Attend meetings as required.
Ideally a background in Social Worker, Domestic Abuse or Children & Young People services would be advantageous.
