Are you passionate about seeing children come to know Jesus for themselves and grow in all he has for them? We’re looking for a Kids Pastor to join our team. This is a one-year, fixed-term contract based in the centre of Cambridge.

Alongside the Senior Children’s Pastor and Children’s Pastor (Infants and Babies), you will be responsible for pastoring the children of HT in Years 3–6 and their families, bringing hands-on leadership to the wider team involved in HT Kids, and reaching out to children and families in Cambridge who don’t yet know Jesus. A major part of this role will be managing staff and volunteers to increase their confidence and fruitfulness as they work with children. You will be a leader of leaders, with a heart to invest in and facilitate the ministry of others.

The role is a full time and fixed term contract for one year.
The Cafes Manager will take full responsibility in leading and operating a successful cafes and catering operation, giving our student members an excellent service experience every day, looking to implement our cafes operation with new and innovative ideas led by the Head of Commercial Services. This role forms a key part of our Operations team, led by the Director of Operations. Comprising of both front facing and behind the scenes departments including; Cafés and Bars, Retail, Bloomsbury Fitness Gym, Human Resources, Facilities and Systems, the team delivers core functions and central services for the Union, as well as providing a diverse range of quality facilities accessible to our 55,000 members. The Operations team, and this role, are central to the successful delivery of our new strategic plan that will set us on the path to become one of the best students’ unions in the UK, and more importantly a better students’ union for our members.

The role is a full time and permanent position. This role is based at our Bloomsbury campus with flexibility to work from home on an 80/20 basis (80% working from the office).
We are looking for a Commercial Marketing Coordinator to coordinate and support the commercial marketing activity of the Students’ Union. The Union operates multiple commercial services, including bars, cafés, shops and a gym. As the Commercial Marketing Coordinator, you will work with different teams and managers to develop innovative and effective marketing campaigns which are aimed at increasing engagement and revenue in relation to our commercial spaces. The successful candidate will also coordinate the successful delivery of these impactful and creative marketing campaigns across the Union. The role holder will be a brand champion and support departments in the successful application of our brand.
