We are looking for a Finance Business Partner Programmes (Job Share) to join our busy Finance Team in Brooke UK. The role is for 3 days per week and reports to the Head of Financial Planning & Analysis. You will share the role with another Finance Business Partner to drive financial process improvement in our Country Programmes in Ethiopia, Senegal, Nicaragua, India, Pakistan and Kenya, as well as the UK Programmes Department. This is an exciting time to join Brooke as we are about to embark on planning our new multi-year strategy.
You will be responsible for:
- Supporting Country Programmes and UK Programmes Department in the effective management of financial resources, with timely financial reporting
- Leading on communication and coordination of financial planning, forecasting and budgeting processes for Country Programmes and UK Programmes Department
- Providing the Director of Programmes with analysis of financial performance of Country Programmes and UK Programmes Department
Criteria
In order to excel in this post you will need:
- A professional accounting qualification, or qualified by experience
- Extensive experience of managing budgeting and forecasting processes
- Proven experience of using SUN financial system or similar
- Knowledge and experience of donor fund management
- Business partnering experience including skills to analyse, interpret and report financial data

Oasis Community Hub Hadley encompasses a variety of integrated and diverse community projects which together have a common aim to bring transformation to the whole person and the whole community.
Oasis Community Hub Hadley is looking to recruit a Sessional Youth Worker to join the Oasis Youth & Community Team.
Our team offer a wide variety of Youth Work activities that promote the development of young people, including open access youth club sessions, holiday clubs, mentoring, sports activities as well as targeted support. Training will be given.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Working as part of a team be responsible for supporting on activities for young people within a number of sites in which we operate, including Oasis Academy Enfield, Oasis Academy Hadley, Ponders End Youth Centre and Bell Lane Youth Centre as arranged.
- Ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all young people accessing our projects.
- Leading on activities that support the holistic development of young people.

About the opportunity
As Accounts Assistant focusing on Treasury and Accounts Receivables, you'll play an important role in delivering a high-performing, efficient financial transactions operation with partnership and improvement at its core. This is both an operational and developmental role, offered with the possibility of pursuing a formal qualification such as a financial accounting apprenticeship or another appropriate finance or administration-related qualification.
You'll be part of our Finance & Assurance directorate, reporting to the Financial Transaction Team Officers and working alongside other assistants and trainees. Focusing specifically on Treasury and AR activities, you'll gain broad experience across cash management, income processing, and receivables. From recording and processing financial transactions to supporting month-end and year-end processes, you'll monitor daily communications and role-model brilliant partnership and customer service, support reconciliations and audits, and work in an agile way across multiple projects and workstreams.
This is a role where your success is built on strong collaboration across multiple teams. You'll have opportunities to undertake specific improvement projects, identify ways to enhance processes, and support colleagues across the organisation to operate within best practice when it comes to financial transactions.

About the opportunity
As Treasury and Accounts Receivable Officer within our Finance & Assurance directorate, you'll be at the heart of our financial operations. Ensuring we have the cash flow, systems, and processes that keep the Society running smoothly. This isn't a back-office role; you'll be a highly visible partner working across directorates, building relationships that drive better financial practice and performance throughout the organisation.
You'll lead our Accounts Receivable function and manage our treasury operations. From invoice generation and debt recovery to cash flow forecasting and banking relationships.
