Job description

Role Overview:
We are partnering with an impactful charity to recruit an Account Manager on a 6-month contract. This role is key to ensuring the smooth delivery of client projects and the success of ongoing partnerships. You will take ownership of account management activities, support wider partnership initiatives, and help maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main liaison between the client and internal teams.
  • Manage multiple workloads and competing priorities to keep projects on track.
  • Adapt plans quickly in response to evolving client needs.
  • Maintain strong engagement with external stakeholders, ensuring relationships are proactive and positive.
  • Support ad-hoc tasks to contribute to wider partnership objectives.
  • Oversee day-to-day account management, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.


Person Specification:

  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Demonstrable experience adapting plans and achieving positive outcomes when circumstances change.
  • Strong experience maintaining and developing relationships with external stakeholders.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and collaborative with excellent attention to detail.
  • Background in account management, client services, or executive support.
  • Excellent communication skills and a professional approach to client engagement.


What’s on Offer:

  • A day rate of £135 to £158 per-day + daily holiday for the successful candidate.
  • A hybrid working pattern with just 2 – 3 days per-week in the organisation’s Central London Office.
  • A 6-month contract in a wonderful organisation.
