This is an exciting time to join Dementia UK’s growing Community Fundraising team as a Community Fundraising Executive (Acquisition), which is expanding in response to sustained year-on-year growth and our ambitious five-year organisational strategy.
You’ll be at the forefront of inspiring new supporters to take action, creating engaging website and digital content and leading national acquisition campaigns that empower individuals, groups and communities to make a difference for families affected by dementia. Job Summary
Working with the Senior Corporate Partnership Manager, this role supports high-value corporate partnerships through engagement, stewardship, and identifying new opportunities aligned with the charity’s goals. About the role

The Senior Corporate Partnerships Manager, a newly established role within the Income Department, will be responsible for delivering our expanding portfolio of Corporate Partnerships while actively seeking out and securing new partnership opportunities.

Having secured three large longer term partnerships, we are now seeking a creative, passionate and knowledgeable Corporate Partnership specialist to lead on launching, relationship management, stewardship and growth and ensure all opportunities are maximised.
Working closely with the Director of Income, Head of Communications and Marketing and Senior Trust and Foundation Manager. You will work across income streams (major donors, trusts and foundations and commissioned partners) to spot opportunities for enhancing existing or developing new long-term, strategic corporate partnerships. As a strong communications generalist, with strategic and operational expertise, the Communications Lead will work closely with employees, volunteers and other key stakeholders to strengthen the charity’s national brand and position. This role covers all aspects of communications including media relations, digital communications, brand communications, stakeholder and internal communications.
The post holder will shape and deliver communications activity that inspires, informs, and engages our key audiences, including volunteers, potential Readers, funders, the media, and partners across the UK.
The successful candidate will be strategic and agile and will enjoy shaping strategy alongside delivering communications activity. This is a standalone role, leading and delivering internal and external communications for the organisation in collaboration with other key partners.
Location: Fully Remote/Home-based with very occasional travel to regional groups as required and for up to 3 team meetings per annum (currently held in Birmingham).

About the role
Having established a strong fundraising capability and team with significant income growth over the last 4 years, Kidney Care UK is now looking for an exceptional Head of Fundraising to take the Charity to the next level.
You will work closely with the Director of Fundraising, Marketing & Communications to develop and implement a new 5-year fundraising strategy for the charity, with direct responsibility for managing Trusts and Foundations, Individual Giving, Legacy, In Memory, Community, Trade, and Challenge Event income streams.
You will be responsible for building a strong, motivated Fundraising team at the heart of the Charity, leading and inspiring a team of 13 fundraisers.
You will lead on developing and delivering the operational strategies, activities and key programmes of work, set budgets, develop supporter recruitment plans and deliver stewardship that offers a best in class supporter experience. About the Role
This exciting Fundraising and Engagement Manager role will work with The Income Generation Manager, The Fundraising and Communications Team and the Senior Leadership teams to ensure that the delivery of Mind BLMK’s current and future offer of fundraising and engagement are effectively planned, developed, and implemented. As the Fundraising and Engagement Manager you will be responsible for supporting the growth of unrestricted income across individual and major donor as well as managing our corporate, and community fundraising.

You will create and deliver inspiring campaigns, optimise donor journeys, and ensure excellent supporter stewardship. You will be able to reach fundraising targets and have a proven track record of tools used in fundraising such as Just Giving, legacy, Charity of the Year, media campaign and fundraising, face to face, corporate and strategic fundraising experience is also needed.
