What you’ll be doing:
The Head of Product Management will drive the growth and maturity of a newly established team, ensuring digital products and services support healthcare delivery. Role overview:
A pivotal senior position within the Legacy and In Memory Fundraising team, this role works closely with the Head of Legacy and In Memory Fundraising to lead key fundraising initiatives and stewardship efforts. You will be responsible for the implementation and day to day project management of the individual giving programme across our existing and new fundraising products, including our regular giving F2F activity, tribute funds and appeals programme. As part of a small individual giving team you will be working under the direction and authorisation of the Head of Individual Giving.
The Individual Giving team is responsible for income generation from individual supporters and members, using a range of direct marketing techniques via both online and offline channels. This is an exciting time of growth and opportunity for Mothers’ Union and we are looking for an enthusiastic person to take on this challenge and join our successful team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the implementation of Mothers’ Union’s fundraising strategy as defined by the annual Individual Giving fundraising budget and plan.
- To maintain professional standards whilst representing Mothers’ Union, ensuring both the reputation of the charity and adherence to our fundraising standards are maintained.
- To ensure good communication with F2F agencies, internal team members and the public by making sure that external communication channels are kept up to date.

Work Location/Hybrid Working Pattern
This role will be based at our Head Office in central London. Mothers’ Union operates a hybrid working model. Tuesdays are our anchor days where every staff member is expected to be at the office. The 90 days includes anchor Tuesdays. In addition, Thursday is a core working day where part time staff are expected to work, either at home or from the office as needed.

Your role
You will be responsible for the management, development and delivery of marketing and communications to support CWNN’s fundraising strategy. You’ll work alongside our Development Manager to create compelling fundraising campaigns, content and communications, growing engagement from individuals, companies, community fundraisers and potential funders while simultaneously raising our profile among stakeholders through strategic communications and marketing plans. The role
The Global Team Coordinator is a varied and essential new role in the charity that will combine all our people management functions, supporting our international delivery teams, our core team and our vital administrative functions. The central purpose of this role is helping us to engage, support, recognise and retain our most valuable asset: our amazing team of international skilled performers, volunteers and core team.
You’ll be responsible for all things people-related: from ensuring the right people are booked on, supported and looked after on projects; to helping us continually find and train an international, diverse team of new recruits; to establishing an engaging rewards and recognition programme to motivate and retain our fabulous people.

Team coordination:

About the role
As Communications Adviser, you will shape and lead SUN CSN's communications and member engagement strategy — from amplifying community voices to showcasing change-makers across the nutrition sector. You will produce innovative multimedia content, manage digital channels, oversee newsletters and social media, and maintain our website as a go-to hub for news and resources.

• Lead the SUN CSN website strategy and work closely with web developers.
• Manage and grow social media presence to engage network members and key global health audiences.
• Create inspiring, high-quality content — including community stories, newsletters (in English, French, and Spanish), campaign materials, and more.
• Lead and coordinate the annual SUN CSN Excellence Awards.
• Develop and facilitate communications training sessions with materials tailored to Network members' needs.
• Support advocacy efforts through creative communications.
• Collaborate across team members to align messaging and maximize impact.
About you
To be successful, it is important that you have:
• Degree or equivalent experience in communications, international development, public health, nutrition, or a related field.
• Strong writing, editing, and content creation skills.
• Experienced in managing websites (WordPress), social media (Hootsuite), newsletters (Mailchimp), and graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe, Premier Pro).
• Skills in using AI tools to enhance communications efficiency.
• Language skills in French and/or Spanish are highly desirable (or experience working with AI translation tools).
• Commitment to Save the Children's vision, mission and values.
• A commitment to SUN CSN's mission and values, with an interest in nutrition, food security, and global health.

Ways of Working:
The majority of our roles can be performed remotely in the UK, but there are likely to be times when you will be required to come to your contracted office (up to 2-4 days per month or 6-8 days per quarter). This will be agreed with your Line Manager and team and is intended to be time spent on collaborating with colleagues and relationship building.
Please note: travel costs to your contracted office will be at your own expense.
