§ Delivering training sessions for staff and volunteer, sessional workers and placements.
§ Managing regular Co-ordinators meetings
§ Offering quarterly management supervision to staff team.
§ Offering regular management supervision group for volunteers.
§ Assist with the co-ordinating of supervision arrangements for the Staff team and placement students.
§ Publicise service across Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire
§ Demonstrate an ability to empathise, encourage and support women towards recovery.
§ Promote MfM services to women during activities, as appropriate.
§ Collect and collate data, arrange for completion of monitoring and evaluation forms. Write timely reports giving feedback on the services for the CEO and for project funders.
§ Work in close collaboration with MfM colleagues in the development of the services to act in the best interests of MfM at all times.
§ Triage and manage the waiting lists for the services.

As an Employment Coach with our Employcare Project you will be supporting unpaid carers living in Manchester; providing support and coaching in order for them to re-enter paid employment or voluntary roles. The successful candidates will manage a small caseload of carers and provide them with 1:1 support, helping them overcome barriers to employment and training. We are looking for a motivated, creative, and organised Engagement and Communications Officer to join our team. This role is a unique opportunity for someone with a passion for building a fairer legal system through impactful events, engaging member outreach, and powerful communications. Working alongside the Director of Development and the Head of Communications, this role will work across teams to maintain and strengthen engagement through events, communications and corporate outreach. You will play an integral role in communicating our work as widely as possible and improving and increasing engagement with our supporters, including our members, donors and corporate partners.
The Engagement and Communications Officer will work to maximise income and support for JUSTICE through events (approximately 45% of the role), communications (approximately 30% of the role) and membership (approximately 25% of the role). They will report to the Director of Development and Head of Communications.
We want someone who can learn and grow in this role so if you don’t have every skill listed but are organised, motivated, and interested in our work then we want to hear from you.
The JUSTICE team currently work in a hybrid manner. Staff members have access to office space in London, however, attendance is currently optional. Our staff enjoy flexible working conditions, 27 days annual leave, plus the week between Christmas and the New Year, 8% employer pension contribution and access to an Employee Assistance Programme.

We are recruiting for an enthusiastic and proactive individual to join our Finance Team in the role of Finance Assistant.
The Finance Assistant supports all aspects of the Hallé’s work at the Bridgewater Hall, the Hallé Venues and concert halls across the UK.
The Finance Assistant works in a department currently comprising Finance Director, Finance Manager, Assistant Finance Manager and Finance Assistant.
The department is responsible for all aspects of the financial affairs of the Society and its related trusts. The Finance Assistant is responsible to the Assistant Finance Manager.
They take responsibility for processing the day-to-day transactions of the company across purchase ledger, sales ledger and the cash book, and ensure the smooth operation of the office. They will also need to work collaboratively with colleagues across the wider Hallé as well as with external customers and suppliers.
The post is full-time permanent based on a 36.25-hour week. Our core office hours are 09.00-17:15, from Monday to Friday. There is an option to work up to 50% of hours from home.

We are looking for a part time Intervention Worker to join our Domestic Abuse Perpetrator Programme Service – the Your Choice Project (voluntary perpetrator programme).
Our Domestic Abuse Perpetrator Programme Service aligns with the Respect Standards – a framework for safe, effective, and survivor-focused work with perpetrators of domestic abuse in the UK. Due to specific requirements of the role (in line with Respect Standard B6) we are looking to recruit a male candidate to this post.
The Intervention Worker will be responsible for delivering sessions (group and one to one as may be required) with people who recognise that they are or have been using power and control to abuse their partner, ex-partner or family member and who want to address this behaviour. The Intervention Worker will undertake such sessions in a way that prioritises the safety of those at risk from domestic violence and abuse.
We are looking for someone who has experience of providing group work and/or one to one counselling and an understanding of:
