This is an exciting opportunity to join the Challenge Events Team at Dementia UK, where you will help coordinate a portfolio of third-party challenge event activities, driving both participation and income for the organisation. You’ll manage our Ultra Challenge Series, of whom we are a Series Partner, our Skydiving program and our Berlin Marathon team.
As a Challenge Events Executive, you will leverage your knowledge and utilise data-driven insights to identify new opportunities and shape budget plans. You will be responsible for driving and delivering marketing plans with a focus on email and digital activity, as well as coordinating the production of marketing collateral to ensure excellent supporter experiences and efficient delivery.
You will also work with the Database and Supporter Care teams as well as Challenge Events Assistants to ensure that supporter data is collected and stored efficiently, so that supporters are thanked appropriately, and post-campaign analysis is comprehensive. Additionally, you will be responsible for coordinating the production of stewardship collateral including copywriting, compiling design briefs and liaising with internal teams and expert suppliers.
To be successful in this role, you will have experience of coordinating fundraising events or campaigns. You should possess hands-on experience utilising relationship databases, coupled with an understanding of effective marketing channels, particularly digital.
Additionally, expertise in stewardship techniques will be crucial for increasing remittance rates and maximising average gifts. You should also have an understanding of how to use insights, data and market trends to identify opportunities and make recommendations.

CoppaFeel! are the UK’s only youth focused breast cancer awareness charity, and we’re on a mission to get every 18-24 year old checking their chest. We educate people on the signs of breast cancer and encourage them to check their chests monthly, so that if they notice something unusual they are empowered to contact their GP and advocate for themselves.
We do this because when diagnosed early, breast cancer treatments are more effective and survival rates are higher. Early detection can save lives.

The Role
This Corporate Partnerships Manager role plays an essential role in helping the Fundraising Team achieve our ambitious income target, as the role will primarily support the planning, development and delivery of our hugely successful partnership with Asda Tickled Pink.
Raising over £92 million since 1996, Asda Tickled Pink has been the largest supporter of breast cancer charities in the UK over the last 29 years. It has been a major driving force in breast cancer research breakthroughs, funding life-changing services and championing vital breast awareness messaging to its customers, colleagues, and suppliers. Asda Tickled Pink works closely with two charity partners, CoppaFeel! and Breast Cancer Now, to raise funds for better treatments, vital education and life-changing support, for anyone who needs it. As we head towards the exciting milestone of Asda Tickled Pink’s 30th Anniversary in 2026, we are looking for someone to join our team who will continue to amplify CoppaFeel!’s unique voice, creativity and perspective through the partnership to ensure we are reaching as many people as possible with our life-saving message.
As Corporate Partnerships Manager, you will support the Head of Partnerships in the delivery of all elements of the Asda Tickled Pink partnership, encouraging colleagues, customers and suppliers to fundraise and raise vital chest-checking awareness for us. You will deliver a variety of activities across the partnership, from working closely with the team at Breast Cancer Now to brainstorm and develop exciting new colleague engagement opportunities, to reviewing and signing off creative assets and communications that will be seen across Asda stores and channels nationwide.
As the day to day lead on the partnership, you will be responsible for achieving the ambitious annual target. The role will involve lots of hands-on account management to ensure that the partnership continues to be successful and works towards achieving both its ambitious awareness and fundraising objectives. There is opportunity to identify areas for growth within the partnership which would work towards achieving key objectives both for Asda Tickled Pink, and also for CoppaFeel!.

This is a hybrid role, with the expectation that you will attend the London office 2 days per week. Duties and Responsibilities

RSTMH is a membership society formed in 1907, with around 1,800 members and Fellows in over 100 countries. We work to improve tropical medicine and global health by enabling and promoting research, sharing knowledge and convening networks through our members and Fellows and beyond. The Communications Manager will have the opportunity to develop and enhance RSTMH’s reputation as a credible and trusted voice in tropical medicine and global health.
This is a wide-ranging and exciting role. You will lead on implementing the organisation’s communications strategy, working with the leadership team to ensure it meets the aims of the wider RSTMH strategy. You’ll maintain and further develop the website and social media platforms, build links with media contacts, and source, commission and develop content. We are also in the process of developing our new 5-year fundraising strategy, so you will be instrumental in creating an ambitious new plan to develop a diverse and sustainable mass fundraising portfolio, covering the key areas of donor acquisition, retention, and growth, with a focus on maximising our Challenge and Community events portfolio, and increasing Legacy, In Memory and Regular giving. Purpose of Role
The Digital Fundraising Growth Manager will manage our digital paid media planning and delivery, driving audience engagement at all stages of the marketing funnel, specifically with the aim of delivering growth in our supporter base and income.
The post holder will directly oversee all digital paid media activity in line with agreed campaign and year round engagement and fundraising strategies and plans, including but not limited to social media advertising, search marketing, programmatic display, and emerging channels ensuring plans are fully integrated with other engagement and fundraising activity (including owned and earned media across all channels and wider organisational efforts).

Essential criteria
· Proven experience in paid digital media management, ideally in a growth-focused role within a charity, agency, or brand.
· Technical expertise:
- Demonstrable experience using digital advertising platforms, including Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok, YouTube, and programmatic display.
- Experience in audience acquisition and growth strategies, particularly in driving engagement and fundraising through digital channels.
- Excellent data analysis skills with experience using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and campaign performance dashboards.
· Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously, deploying excellent project management, in a fast-paced environment, able to identify risks, issues and dependencies within a project / campaign and to use this information to inform decision making in a timely and accurate way.
· Understanding of and experience of using a CRM system and related analytics or marketing tools.
· Experience of annual planning and year-round budget management, including ability to set detailed budgets and KPIs, reforecast and proactively manage campaign budgets.
· Experience of and capability in briefing and analysing complex data and insight information to produce clear briefs and effective marketing plans.
· Experience of managing marketing planning and tracking, including media planning KPIs and metrics across online and offline channels, and creating campaign alignment and channel integration to optimise campaigns with a focus on income generation.

We are looking for a creative and proactive Communications & Digital Associate to join our London-based team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a positive attitude and a collaborative mindset to help drive our digital marketing efforts and contribute to impactful work that transforms lives.
You’ll work closely with the Director of Communications & Operations to plan and deliver digital marketing campaigns, create engaging content for social media and our website, assist with graphic design of communication materials and lead promotional outreach, including working with influencers and media contacts.
Duties & Responsibilities
The Communications & Digital Associate position holds responsibility for delivering engaging digital content and supporting Walkabout Foundation’s communications strategy across multiple platforms. The role includes campaign planning, content creation and digital platform management, with a strong focus on social media, email marketing and design. You will work closely with the Communications & Operations Director and collaborate with other departments to ensure clear, consistent, and impactful messaging.

Experience & Skills
- 1-3 years of experience in digital communications or marketing
