In this role within the Public Giving and Communications team, you’ll take ownership of the supporter acquisition strategy, developing campaigns that bring new supporters on board, inspire them to take action, and deliver long term value. You'll work across a mix of digital and offline channels, guiding media strategies, creative development, performance analysis, and budget management.

As a Supporter Acquisition Manager you will:

• Lead the long term supporter acquisition strategy in line with wider fundraising objectives
• Forecast campaign performance and long term ROI, modelling audience journeys
• Collaborate on integrated campaign planning across owned, earned, and paid media
• Manage supplier procurement and contract negotiations for acquisition services
• Define and track KPIs to monitor campaign effectiveness

• Oversee end-to-end delivery of acquisition campaigns across all relevant channels
• Develop or commission high quality creative and copy for campaign assets
• Monitor and optimise campaign performance in real-time
• Manage external agencies, freelancers, and internal contributors
• Work with data teams to ensure selections and targeting are audience appropriate

• Support innovation and product development within the public fundraising portfolio
• Contribute to the organisation’s digital transformation, particularly through acquisition touchpoints like the website

To be successful, you must have experience:

• Leading customer or supporter acquisition campaigns, including large budgets
• Deep understanding of digital and direct marketing strategies
• Strong project management skills from setup through delivery and evaluation
• Experience working with creative, media, and data suppliers
• Understanding of fundraising compliance, including GDPR and data protection

In this essential role, you will lead the development and delivery of our inspiring legacy and in-memory fundraising activities. You’ll help our supporters celebrate their loved ones, mark special occasions and make lasting contributions through gifts in wills. Working closely with colleagues across fundraising, communications, and supporter engagement, you’ll ensure that every supporter feels valued, informed, and connected to the impact of their gift.

Your responsibilities will include delivering Yorkshire Wildlife Trust’s legacy marketing strategy and in-memory giving programme. You will steward legacy supporters and next of kin with empathy, care, and professionalism. You will also coordinate legacy events, campaigns, and communications with legacy pledgers. In addition, you will manage legacy administration, liaising with solicitors and executors to ensure gifts are handled sensitively and effectively.

To succeed in this role, you will need to be a confident communicator with excellent written and interpersonal skills. You will be organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage sensitive and confidential information. Experience in fundraising, supporter care, or legacy and in-memory giving—or transferable skills from a relevant sector—will be essential. You will also be empathetic and supportive when working with bereaved individuals or those planning for the future.

Experience in legacy administration, event planning, or using CRM systems (e.g. Access Charity CRM, Raiser's Edge or similar) is desirable but not essential – we’re open to candidates who can demonstrate the right values, skills, and potential.

What we need…

We are looking for an experienced fundraiser keen to step in and lead our efforts to scale our fundraising here in the UK. You will be a hands-on leader, getting stuck into everything from fundraising to operations, while ensuring impeccable financial sustainability.

The ideal candidate would have more than 5 years leadership experience (with a sales, marketing, or fundraising background), ideally in international development, but a background in charity is not essential. You’ll have managed a team and worked collaboratively with a Board in a previous role.

Job Purpose

As Corporate Partnerships Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting and growing Jessie May’s corporate income. You’ll nurture existing partnerships while developing and managing a robust pipeline of new prospects, in line with our wider fundraising and organisational strategy.

Your work will involve creating tailored stewardship journeys, compelling proposals, and clear impact reports that build strong, lasting relationships and deliver a sustainable income stream.

Main Responsibilities

Relationship Management and Stewardship

• Manage a portfolio of corporate partnerships, building strong, strategic relationships and delivering high-level stewardship to encourage ongoing support and long-term sustainability.
• Plan, manage, and deliver corporate cultivation and stewardship events, visits, and meetings with existing supporters and new prospects, while developing a corporate partnerships calendar of activities to enhance and grow relationships
• Identify key senior contacts within each partnership and drive stakeholder engagement, leveraging internal relationships to deepen commitment across all levels of the organisation.
• Ensure all corporate relationships comply with the Fundraising Regulator and internal due diligence requirements, and that all partnership activity aligns with Jessie May’s brand and values. 
• Maintain accurate records of corporate support on Donorfy, tracking engagement and financial contributions to inform future strategies and reporting.

Pipeline Development

• Research, identify and cultivate new corporate partnership opportunities through proactive and strategic pipeline management.
• Secure new multi-year corporate and charity of the year partnerships through strong prospect research, tailored proposals, and confident pitching.
• Research, evaluate and develop new corporate fundraising opportunities including strategic partnerships, Charity of the Year partnerships, commercial partnerships, payroll giving, cash or gift in-kind donations, sponsorship and pro-bono opportunities.
• Represent Jessie May at networking and events to promote our work and develop new leads.

Other Responsibilities

• As directed by the Head Fundraising and Communications, deliver regular activity and income reports, and participate in the budgeting and reforecasting of corporate income.
• Represent Jessie May at fundraising events, including weekends and out-of-hours. 
• Monitor and evaluate fundraising performance, ensuring all activities align with best practices and compliance standards.
• Be flexible and carry out any other associated duties that may arise, develop, or be assigned.
• Adhere to legal requirements for fundraising and general activities, including GDPR, The Fundraising Code of Practice, and others.

Discover! The delivery of the programme is led by ScreenSkills in partnership with over 25 organisations and through collaboration with industry, education, and careers professionals.

Discover! The programme will run until the end of March 2026, and will involve working across partners and in collaboration with creative industries organisations across 12 sub-sectors across Wales.

Role Summary

This exciting Project Coordinator role is central to the delivery of Discover! Creative Careers, Cymru, a high-impact initiative designed to open creative sector pathways for young people, particularly those from underrepresented communities.

Working closely with Into Film Cymru’s team and delivery partners, the Project Coordinator will manage the day-to-day planning, logistics, communications, and coordination of Discover! events, workshops, and in-school activity across the nation with support and guidance from the Project Manager.

This role requires excellent organisational skills, strong bilingual (Welsh/English) communication, and a commitment to inclusive practice.

The successful candidate will ensure smooth delivery of activity during a busy delivery window and support accurate data collection and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.

Main Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the planning and delivery of Discover! Creative Careers, Cymru activities in partnership and with support from a wide range of partners. Events to include in-school and online events, creative careers talks, workshops, and live showcases.
• Act as the main point of contact for participating delivery partners and where needed, educators and Careers Leads during the project period.
• Support partners to manage bookings, scheduling, travel logistics, and delivery arrangements for all events, ensuring quality and consistency across different locations.

Minimum Requirements:

Hearing Dogs for Deaf People, whose mission is to see a time when no deaf person feels alone, is seeking a Principal Gifts Manager responsible for identifying, cultivating and stewarding high-value donors to the charity giving £100,000 plus.

Hearing Dogs for Deaf People has been creating life-changing partnerships between hearing dogs and deaf recipients since 1982. As well as acting as an ear to their partners and alerting them to sounds, the charity’s clever and expertly trained dogs help deaf people to live life with confidence and independence, whilst providing love, companionship and emotional support.

Following on from a strategic review, the charity is now looking to build a new Income Generation Directorate, to enable them to transform many more lives across the UK. This role will be critical to help Hearing Dogs reach their goals to significantly grow and diversify income.

Reporting to the Head of Philanthropy, the post-holder will work closely with senior leaders, trustees and senior stakeholders to solicit high value gifts, typically of six and seven figures, and to build and deepen long-term relationships between donors and the charity.
