WCCM seeks to appoint an experienced, highly motivated, talented, resourceful, emotionally intelligent and hardworking Senior Finance Manager to manage finance and governance across our international office in London and our Retreat Centre based in Bonnevaux. Working with the Executive Director and Trustees, and with the support of a small, dedicated team, you will lead on WCCM’s financial strategy and planning, ensuring compliance with statutory and non-statutory bodies, working to maximise income and automate processes. You will also have responsibility for core organisational support functions such as HR, GDPR and Health and Safety. You will have significant experience in finance roles, with knowledge and experience of UK charity finance, and operational support functions. Occasional trips to France. Interest in Christian Meditation/Spirituality an advantage.

How we work with Employers and Higher Education Institutions
At Unifrog, we partner with universities and employers to help them connect with our global network of highly engaged students, teachers and careers leaders.
Our partnerships allow universities and employers to co-create content which can be accessed on the Unifrog platform (including online subject taster courses and day-in-the-life videos), share upcoming events and opportunities with relevant Unifrog students and teachers, and take part in a series of events throughout the year aimed at providing students at Unifrog schools with all the information they need to make the best decisions for their futures, and create the strongest applications.
The Employer and HE teams exist to support each of Unifrog's university and employer partners to make the most of their partnership with Unifrog, and to secure new partnerships with universities and employers who could benefit from a relationship with Unifrog.
The role and responsibilities
As New Business Lead for Employer and HE Partnerships, you will play a pivotal role in driving Unifrog’s growth in our employer and higher education markets. You’ll need to be target driven to help create a wider network of universities and employers to support Unifrog students from around the world to find their best next step.
You will be given support by both the HE and Employer teams but will also have the autonomy to lead your own campaigns and projects.

Your key responsibilities:

Design tailored campaigns involving emails, phone calls, webinars and social media, to target employers and higher education institutions in a smart and engaging way.

Communicate with interested employers and higher education institutions to explain the work we do at Unifrog and the partnerships we offer in a compelling manner to secure online demonstrations for our Employer and Higher Education Partnership Managers.

Attend conferences (sometimes overseas) to promote the work we do at Unifrog and network with relevant stakeholders in the employer and higher education sectors.

Be the first port of call for partnership/collaboration enquiries from employers and higher education institutions.

Work with our team of Employer and Higher Education Partnership Managers to understand the challenges they face and how you can support them in growing their partner bases.

Analyse data from the Unifrog platform to inform your research around suitable higher education institutions and employers that we don’t work with but who would benefit from a partnership with us.

Support with other projects such as organising conferences, analysing our competitors, and reviewing our marketing collateral.

Communicate information about our line up of online and in-person events to non-partner HE institutions, to secure their attendance at these events.

You’ll be working with the HE and Employer teams, alongside the Partnerships Director for International Schools and HE (who will be your line manager), the Partnerships Director for UK Schools and Employers, the Head of Employer Partnerships, and the Head of HE Partnerships. Your projects will also see you collaborating closely with the Marketing team.

We are seeking a talented storyteller and strategic communicator to join our busy, dynamic, and focused team of professional activists as a Copywriting Coordinator. With a natural flair for persuasive writing and a background in direct response marketing, you will craft powerful narratives that expose the reality of animal farming, inspire action, and mobilise financial support for our life-saving mission.
You will be responsible for creating compelling content across print and digital platforms – from fundraising appeals and newsletters to blogs, campaign pages, and supporter journeys. Combining creativity with analytical rigour, you will ensure every piece of copy both engages hearts and delivers measurable results. You will proudly champion Animal Equality’s tone of voice, supporting fellow team members to apply our messaging to their copy.

- Be a brand champion: Develop engaging, accurate, and impactful copy that embodies Animal Equality’s tone and mission, sharing the experiences of farmed animals with donors and potential supporters.
- Deliver multi-channel content: Produce persuasive copy for appeals, newsletters, websites, campaign pages, blogs, magazines, impact reports, and petitions, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery.
- Support fundraising growth: Write powerful long-form and short-form content that motivates supporters to give and meaningfully engage with our work, enabling Animal Equality to expand our impact for animals.
- Content planning: Work with Campaigns, Marketing, and Communications teams to align content with upcoming exposés and campaign actions, ensuring maximum reach and supporter engagement.
- Collaborate with the team: Synthesise complex briefs into digestible, engaging, and emotive content while collaborating with team members to ensure Animal Equality’s content reaches its full potential through amplification, SEO, and multi-channel repurposing.

ABOUT YOU
You are a forward-thinking communicator with exceptional writing skills and a passion for advocating for animals with impact. You will be based remotely in the UK. In addition to monthly meet-ups, some travel within the UK may be required for demonstrations, meetings, and events. While not common, occasional evening or weekend work may be necessary to support campaigning activities. Any additional hours worked and agreed with your Manager can be reclaimed as TOIL.

Across the world, courageous activists are working tirelessly to protect LGBTQI communities and advance equality. But they lack resources and funding is fragile, especially in the Global South. LGBTQI groups receive a tiny fraction of international development aid.
GiveOut exists to bridge this gap. We provide a platform for individuals, businesses and others to give tax efficiently in one place, ensuring sustained funding for LGBTQI human rights activism worldwide. By pooling donations, we provide grants to pioneering organisations, empowering them to defend our communities, tackle inequality and campaign for lasting change.
Our grant-making process follows a rigorous framework of consultation, due diligence, and vetting. It is overseen by our Grant-Making Advisory Panel, composed of LGBTQI activists from the Global South, and governed by our Board of Trustees.
In just seven years, we have provided over £3 million in new funding, supporting nearly 60 LGBTQI organisations globally. Our grant partners report back on their achievements, and we share their impact with our supporters, demonstrating the tangible difference their generosity makes.

Grant-making is central to GiveOut’s mission of growing giving to support LGBTQI human rights activism globally. Brent Mencap has been passionate about a healthier and fairer Brent since 1979. We’ve developed and run successful housing, employment, health, advice, wellbeing and self-advocacy services. During austerity and Covid we diversified, successfully taking on NHS work with people with long-term health conditions. We provide social prescribing support and health and wellbeing coaching to patients for Brent GPs. In 2024-25 we helped over 18000 people. We’re a leading partner on the Brent Health Educators Programme.
Our income has substantially increased from £382k in 19/20 to £1.71 million in 23-24. We’ve had to adapt quickly, developing and retaining a much larger staff group, using our data better and improving our marketing.
Brent Mencap offers fantastic free creative and wellbeing activities for people with a learning disability, autism and long-term health conditions. These have flourished since Covid. People love yoga, poetry, singing, gardening, Breathe and Move, self-advocacy, campaigning, awareness raising, CREATE art activities for young people, external trips and parties. Small grants, donations and our reserves fund this while we get longer term funding. Our self-advocates want us to focus on paid employment, youth services and making Brent Council use accessible information properly.
Our current finance manager has been pivotal to Brent Mencap’s recent growth, adapting to paying more people, dealing with complicated invoices, making sure we get paid promptly, being as diligent about a project budget worth 5k as our overall budget and supportive with staff wage queries. While there is lots of data input, reconciling, processing purchase orders, the role involves real involvement in project development, monitoring with other managers and face-to-face involvement with users and staff. We are looking for a strategic and proactive fundraiser to lead the launch and delivery of a capital campaign to refurbish our Grade II* listed Lecture Theatre at Burlington House - a flagship project to enhance accessibility, sustainability and the visitor experience at the heart of our historic home.
Alongside this, you will support income generation across a range of charitable programmes, including education, outreach and member engagement, helping to grow both restricted and unrestricted income and strengthen the Society’s long-term supporter base.
This is a highly collaborative role focused on delivery. You will lead day-to-day campaign activity, with particular emphasis on individual giving, donor engagement and external communications. You will also play a key role in building the systems, processes and approaches that will underpin future fundraising success, supporting the Society’s wider ambition to grow income and resilience over the next decade.

Overall responsibilities / requirements ...
- Lead the capital fundraising campaign for the refurbishment of our Grade II* listed Lecture Theatre, driving income growth through individual giving, corporate partnerships and trust funding.
- Generate income to support our education and outreach campaigns, working collaboratively with colleagues in education, outreach and communications to engage a broad range of supporters.
- Shape compelling cases for support and deliver segmented donor communications that resonate with different audience groups.
- Strengthen internal fundraising infrastructure by improving systems, processes and reporting, ensuring the Society is well-positioned for future income growth.
- Support the Director of Membership & Development by preparing briefing materials, contributing to proposals, and identifying prospects for large gifts or grants.
- Manage timelines, budgets, and reporting related to campaign activity.
- Liaise with external suppliers, funders and design/marketing support as required.
What we’re looking for …
Essential
- Proven experience in a senior fundraising role, ideally within a charity, cultural or education focused setting.
- Demonstrated success delivering capital appeals and/or public fundraising campaigns.
- Track record of securing donations from individuals, major donors, companies and/or trusts.
- Experience developing and implementing fundraising strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong interpersonal skills.
- Organised, self-motivated and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Understanding of establishing individual giving methods, including regular giving, legacy fundraising and digital channels.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (ideally Dynamics 365).
- Knowledge of fundraising regulation, GDPR and best practice in donor data handling.
Desirable
- Experience working on heritage, science or education-related campaigns.
- Experience collaborating with senior stakeholders, volunteers or boards/committees.
- Member of the Chartered Institute of Fundraising.

CEO Role Summary:
The CEO provides strategic leadership, ensuring high-quality inclusive arts provision whilst overseeing operations, staff, fundraising, compliance and partnerships. Key Responsibilities
Strategic, Leadership and Planning -
· Lead organisation, strategic management and business development

We’re recruiting a fundraiser and project development manager to build on our creative, award-winning work addressing climate change and fuel poverty in practical, tangible ways.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who shares our vision of a different energy future: one in which energy is generated renewably and used sustainably whilst leaving no one behind in the journey. We are looking for someone who understands the energy sector and the unique role that a community energy group can play in the energy transition. It is a role for someone who can imagine community solutions to energy sector issues and to translate these into fundable projects.
Your role will be to work with our board of Directors and staff to come to an understanding of our mission and values and our strategic priorities and develop and resource projects that will enable us to meet those priorities filling gaps in provision. In a practical sense, you will work with stakeholders e.g. our staff, our members, local community groups, local authorities and clients to generate ideas for future projects. The direction of travel should be broadly determined by our recent strategic review.
You will work closely with our CEO and our Board of Directors to prioritise project ideas. You will develop partnerships, refine project ideas, identify sources of funding (Trusts and Grantmakers, Corporate Giving), draft bids and cost delivery on a full cost recovery basis, submit bids and if funding is awarded, mobilise the team to deliver the work. This role provides a big and exciting challenge for someone who knows the energy sector, understands the opportunity of community and grassroots solutions, who brings excellent written communication skills and is willing to learn how to fundraise.
Responsibilities:
Grant Fundraising Support:
• Work with the Selce community (the board, staff, volunteers and other stakeholders) to generate new project ideas that support our strategic mission
• Research and identify potential grant-making trusts, foundations, and statutory bodies that will fund project proposals
• Prepare high-quality grant applications; this includes calculating budget requirements, formulating proposals, writing proposals
• Manage the grant administration process and maintain accurate records of funding opportunities and applications in the fundraising calendar.
Commissioned Work & Tendering Support:
• Assist in researching and identifying opportunities for commissioned work.
• Support the preparation of tender documents and proposals, including gathering necessary information, budgeting and formatting submissions.
• Provide administrative support for contract negotiation and agreement finalisation.
Community Share Capital
• Draft community share offer brochures and associated documentation
• Support the implementation of strategies to raise community share capital.
• Assist in planning and executing share offer campaigns, including preparing marketing materials and organising investor events.
• Help manage investor communications and data, ensuring compliance with cooperative principles and financial regulations.
Develop and Maintain Relationships
• Assist in building and nurturing relationships with funders, commissioners, and community investors through effective communication.
• Support the organisation’s representation at external events and networking opportunities.
Skills & Experience:
The ability to imagine and innovate and thereby build fundable project-based solutions working in partnership with stakeholders is more important that fundraising experience per se. This post would suit an Energy Policy graduate that has experience of either community energy or journalism (and therefore brings strong writing skills) or environmental projects
