About the Role
The Content Creator will play a vital role in helping Urban Saints communicate with clarity, creativity, and consistency across all platforms. From video editing and creating social media graphics, to designing resources, brochures, or branded assets, this role is responsible for creating visually engaging content that amplifies our message and inspires action.
You'll be responsible for:
- Designing and producing compelling visual content across digital and print formats.
- Filming and editing videos for campaigns, training materials and resources.
- Managing and editing visual assets, including team-supplied images.
- Contributing ideas and visual concepts to support campaigns and storytelling.
- Acting as a brand guardian for visual content, ensuring consistency across all channels.
- Working closely with other members of the Communications team to deliver content for campaigns, training, and wider initiatives.
Please note, this is predominantly a remote role, but with travel as the role requires. All full-time Urban Saints employees are required to attend two team residentials per year (3 days/ 2 nights each).
About You
You'll shape and deliver high-quality content that supports campaigns, promotes our training and resources, and strengthens Urban Saints’ brand both online and in print.
Key Skills and Experience:
- Strong design and video editing skills across digital and print formats.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and video editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut etc)
- Confident in video production – from filming to postproduction.
- Ability to develop content for a range of platforms including social media, web, email, and YouTube.
- Strong attention to detail and visual consistency.
- Proven experience in a content creation, multimedia, or graphic design role.
- Experience creating visual content as part of multi-channel campaigns (e.g. email, social media, website etc).
- Experience working with brand guidelines and visual identities.
- Understanding of digital content trends, platform specifications, and audience behaviour.

Banana Link is a UK based NGO established in 1996. We have been advocating for a fair and sustainable banana industry for thirty years, based on environmental, social and economic sustainability. Our approach is underpinned by a firm commitment to defending workers’ rights, at the core of these rights is the right to a fair and decent income that affords a dignified life for men and women banana plantation workers. We work at a strategic level and through research, advocacy and dialogue with all actors along the chain to bring about change.
This role will support the management and delivery our current work stream on Living Wages in the African Banana Export Industry. Initial activities will be delivered in Ghana and Cameroon, in collaboration with our local and international trade union partners, local producing companies, and European retailers. Key project activities include:
- Facilitation of capacity building activities on Living Wages and Decent Work in Cameroon and Ghana, with company staff and trade union representatives.
- Communication and dialogue between all project partners and other industry stakeholders towards fair remuneration and decent work in the banana industry.
- Monitoring, evaluation, and reporting on all project activities to funders Ghana, with company staff and trade union representatives.

Role Overview
The Talent Set are delighted to partner with our client on a fantastic Head of Fundraising Strategy role.
We are seeking an experienced and strategic leader to join this social welfare charity, with a focus on developing and implementing a fundraising strategy that drives growth and sustainability. As Head of Fundraising Strategy, you will be responsible for leading a team to deliver high-impact fundraising initiatives, working closely with the Director of Fundraising, Communications and Policy to ensure the ambition and interests of the directorate are represented in the new organisational strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy that aligns with the organisation's vision and goals
• Lead a team to deliver high-impact fundraising initiatives, including research, planning, and execution
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication
• Analyse data and market trends to inform fundraising strategies and drive performance
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including donors, sponsors, and partners
• Manage complex funding arrangements
Person Specification:
