Role Overview
The Talent Set are delighted to partner with a not-for-profit Institute on a fantastic Digital Marketing Officer role.
This position involves creating engaging digital content and managing campaigns that enhance public understanding of humanities and social sciences through innovative marketing strategies and compelling multimedia.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, produce, and distribute digital marketing content, including videos, audio, and social media posts, aligned with organisational goals.
- Manage and optimise social media channels (such as Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn), including planning content calendars and leveraging paid campaigns.
- Curate collaboration opportunities with content creators and influencers to amplify campaign reach and engagement.
- Analyse digital performance metrics, generating insights to guide future strategies and enhance audience outreach.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure consistency and effectiveness across campaigns.
- Oversee content timelines, manage external suppliers where necessary, and track campaign results against defined KPIs.
Person Specification
- Proven experience in managing digital marketing campaigns with a focus on content creation across social platforms.
- Skilled in video and audio production, editing, and multimedia content development.
- Strong understanding of social media management tools, analytics, and optimisation techniques.
- Excellent written communication, with the ability to craft accessible, engaging content for diverse audiences.
- Organised, proactive, with exceptional attention to detail and project management skills.
- Ability to build collaborative relationships with content creators, stakeholders, and external agencies.

We are seeking a proactive and relationship-focused Senior Marketing and Relationships Officer to help grow membership of the HIV Confident Charter Mark.
The postholder will work to generate interest with prospective member organisations and clearly communicate the value of the programme, resulting in tangible growth in memberships.
They will use their experience in targeted marketing activity, stakeholder engagement and relationship management to nurture relationships with current and emerging networks. In this role, the postholder will demonstrate visible commitment to tackling HIV stigma, improving inclusion and supporting good practice in workplaces.

Are you a creative and data-driven email marketer looking to use your skills to make a real difference? A leading homelessness charity is seeking a talented Senior Digital Marketing Officer to join them for up to four months.
As part of the Digital Fundraising team, you'll develop and deliver engaging digital campaigns and supporter journeys, with a particular focus on email marketing (Mailchimp). You'll use audience insights, compelling content and performance analysis to maximise supporter engagement, drive repeat giving and increase long-term value.
To be successful as the Senior Digital Marketing Officer, you will need:
- Experience managing multiple digital direct marketing campaigns, particularly email campaigns, from planning through to evaluation.
- Experience creating supporter or customer journeys, testing and learning to achieve maximum impacy
- Excellent relationship-building skills, with experience working effectively with colleagues, stakeholders and external agencies.
