Hillside Clubhouse is a co-produced mental health employment support charity working across Camden and Islington. We support people with mental health conditions into training, volunteering, and employment opportunities. People can access our services via our Clubhouse, where they can share their skills and expertise with others and support the running of the charity. Alternatively, they can receive support out in the community from one of our employment specialists based within primary and secondary care.
This role is still within its infancy and will be working closely with the Executive Director to lead and oversee our employment services. Recent investment in our services has led to the growth of our employment offer and this role currently oversees four employment teams across Camden and Islington. The post holder will work closely with the other members of the senior leadership team to shape, deliver and evaluate Hillside’s business strategy and support on ensuring Hillside continues to meet the needs of the local mental health community.
Role overview:
- To oversee and support the day-to-day running and growth of the employment services offering of the Charity; currently two Individualise Placement and Support (IPS) services and two Employment Advisors (EA) in Talking Therapies services.

o Islington IPS Manager
o Camden IPS Manager
o Islington EA in Talking Therapies Manager
o Camden EA in Talking Therapies Manager
- The post holder will be an active member of the senior leadership team, working in close coordination with the Executive Director and the Director of Clubhouse Operations.
- In conjunction with the Executive Director, the post holder will lead on the growth and sustainment of Hillside’s employment services. The post holder will also be expected to supervise new staff where new services are developed.

The Database Assistant will maintain Symplectic Grant Tracker, a key organisational database, ensuring all data is accurate and meaningful. You will play a key role in the organisation around GDPR and data protection, working alongside the Database Administrator with a focus on our Salesforce databases, to ensure consistency across both systems. You’ll also be working closely with the Grants & Learning Team who are responsible for delivering our ambitious, nationwide grants programme and who currently support over 500 grassroots organisations and 18-25 year old creatives. This role will be responsible for ensuring that the correct information is stored effectively and is easily accessible, reportable and usable on Grant Tracker. The Database Assistant will assist us to demonstrate delivery against our Business Plan by programming our grants database to be the most effective at collecting and producing the data output needed by the team.

The Events Executive works alongside the Events Manager, Digital Events Manager and Head of Events to deliver our events. Main responsibilities
Event coordination
- Coordinate the registration management process for BSR conferences, including: arranging our registration services, data management and reporting.

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a full time, permanent Multimedia Content Producer to join the Marketing Communications team at SSAFA, the Armed Forces charity. This role will support the Senior Creative Lead & Design Manager and Head of Marketing & Brand to create, commission and produce a wide variety of creative marketing materials, focusing on photography and video assets.
You will work across all areas of SSAFA, so your creative talents will help raise awareness of crucial services, recruit volunteers, support fundraising initiatives and promote understanding of SSAFA’s work, this will allow you the ability to flex your content production skills to different audience types and a wide range of outputs. You will work from creative concept to asset completion and be able to lead on the development of our video strategy and planning. This is a new role within the organisation so you will have the exciting opportunity to shape the future direction of multimedia content, in particular focusing on video content strategy.
You will have access to the full Adobe Creative Cloud suite of software, and actively encouraged to develop your skills and proficiency in areas you may not have experienced, some skill in using other Adobe products such as InDesign is desirable, but not essential.

The Royal Society of Tropical Medicine and Hygiene (RSTMH) is a Society of over 1,700 members from 100 countries, who work in, or are interested in tropical medicine and global health.
RSTMH organises and participates in events as a crucial way of showcasing, discussing, and debating key areas of tropical medicine and global health research and practice. Our range of events are wide. We deliver conferences and webinars, social events, research meetings for early career professionals, and high-profile debates and discussions. They happen across the UK and around the world, both online and in person. Our events add to the impact of our work in tropical medicine and global health, but also raise funds to allow us to continue our work as a charity.
The Meetings and Events Manager would lead on the delivery of the RSTMH meeting and events strategy. The role requires a self-starter who is excited by the prospect of working on such a broad range of meetings and events. The candidate needs to have excellent communication and relationship building skills, and to be organised, flexible with a great attention to detail.
