As our Director of Service Transformation, you will lead the exciting next phase of transforming our charity’s services to reach more disabled children, young people and their families. You will be responsible for sourcing and delivering contracts and partnerships essential for the charity’s sustainability by advancing our digital outreach and nurturing new partnerships and securing sustainable funds for innovative models of support.
What you will be doing as the Director of Service Transformation:
- Lead and execute services strategies and plans that extend and transform the impact and financial sustainability of the charity’s services and support for disabled children, young people and their families.
- Lead the design, development and sales of innovative new service models and the scaling of existing services.
- Work closely with the other executive directors and leadership team to achieve the generation of an annual financial surplus to reinvest in Kids.
- Ensure the quality and safe delivery of all Kids’ services.
- Ensure effective budget management underpins service development and delivery. Ensure contracts and tenders are commercially negotiated and regularly monitored. Work with colleagues to identify and achieve necessary margins on contracts and projects for financial sustainability.
- Inspire and lead a high performing services team; support colleagues to test, learn and adapt as the charity evolves and transforms its digital and in-person support offer.
- Be an inspiring, visible and collegiate leader and team player who works across team boundaries to help drive organisational change and nurture colleagues’ ability to perform at their best.

Citizens Advice Hammersmith and Fulham (CAHF) is a busy, dynamic award-winning service. We deliver a variety of projects via face to face and digital media. Since 2012 we have delivered a volunteer led community library service at Avonmore library.
In April 2024 we embarked on running a second community focused library at Askew Road. To support CAHF community library delivery at both libraries, we introduced the role of Community Library Coordinator.

Based in Harrow, we are a not-for-profit co-operative owned by our workers. We have in-depth knowledge of the local area and of who’s doing what. Prospectus is delighted to be collaborating with a non profit environmental think tank, developing research and analysis related to ecological limits, to recruit for an Interim Head of Communications on a 6 month contract. This role can be based in London or predominantly remotely, with an expectation for some regular in-person engagement at their London office (preference for 2 days per week in the office but some flexibility with this). We are looking for a new team member to lead on developing and delivering our communications strategy and managing our communications channels. The post is for 15 hours per week. You will have a passion for good communications and an understanding of marketing and communications strategies. You will have a good eye for detail, a great sense of visual style and the ability to write engaging content. We are looking for someone who is confident with design packages such as Canva and web tool WordPress.
You will use a range of media including: the OCVA website, our social media accounts (which currently include Facebook, X (Twitter), Instagram and LinkedIn) and traditional media such as local newspapers and radio stations.

International Mission to Jewish People has been at the cutting edge of mission to Jewish people since 1842. Our UK office is looking for an experienced Communications Officer to help our Communications Team drive our message forward.

You will need to develop a strong grasp of our mission and an understanding of the different expressions of the Christian faith. It is therefore an occupational requirement for the holder of this post to be a Christian, who personally subscribes to the Organisation’s statement of faith, and who fully supports its mission objectives.
The person we are looking for will have excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, a willingness to learn and an understanding of delivering communications across a range of media from print to digital. You will need to be a self-motivated person and ready to assist the delivery of our message across different communication platforms. You will help to create copy and content that increases our direct marketing and communications impact, while also assisting with the administrative functions of the Communications team. You must also know how to work collaboratively internally and externally and have a positive, pro-active ‘can-do’ attitude.
