About the Candidate
We are looking to recruit two exceptional candidates to the role of Alumni Engagement Assistant. This vital role will be the first point of contact for alumni, as well as having responsibility for alumni communications, engaging alumni with volunteering, and assisting with events.
The role would suit a highly creative individual with the ability to write compelling copy for external audiences, build strong relationships with a diverse range of individuals internal and external to the organisation, and with good initiative and problem-solving skills. About You
You are a highly organised and detail-oriented individual with proven administrative experience in a fast-paced environment. You’ll be a confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills, able to draft professional documents and liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Key responsibilities:
· Assist in the coordination and delivery of public fundraising activities during emergency appeals, including managing content and materials, liaising with member agencies, and supporting with reporting and updates for senior stakeholders.
· Provide high-quality administrative support to the Fundraising and Marketing Director and wider team, including diary management, meeting coordination, minute-taking, and general team logistics.
· Help develop and deliver fundraising materials across direct marketing and digital channels, gather content, and ensure assets are approved and shared with key stakeholders.
· Maintain and update fundraising budgets, process invoices, and support post-appeal reviews with external suppliers and partners.
· Contribute to digital activities by supporting basic analytics, user journey testing, and content creation for platforms like YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok, with opportunities to take part in digital innovation workshops.

This is a newly created part-time, fixed term freelance contract for an experienced, motivated and committed manager.
Key responsibilities
1. Outreach Offer: To build and develop our Outreach Offer with engaged key delivery partners; to pursue new outreach partner possibilities; and to manage the development of the outreach offer and delivery methods with the Outreach Lead, Principal Actor, and Artistic Director.

About the LATA Foundation

We are seeking a motivated and experienced individual to maintain the ongoing progress of the Foundation and continue moving the Foundation forward, building on the work of the Fundraising and Volunteer Manager.
We are seeking maternity cover for the Fundraising & Volunteer Manager starting November/December 2025. SUMMARY OF ROLE
The PR & Marketing Manager is a specialist media and storytelling lead within RABI’s Marketing and Communications team, with a core focus on strengthening the charity’s voice across agricultural, regional and national media. This pivotal role requires a journalistically minded communications professional with a strong track record in media engagement, story sourcing, and reactive PR. With a firm grasp of audience insight, campaign messaging and fast-paced content development, the postholder will manage all inbound media enquiries, drive proactive press activity, and lead the creation of compelling editorial and campaign copy that elevates RABI’s brand and influence.

PR and Media Relations

We are looking for a new senior political adviser who will help build on our relationships and networks across Westminster, to deliver ambitious political leadership on a range of issues. The post holder will be responsible for leading advocacy interventions and providing political support to our policy experts, primarily in the natural environment theme, with a direct focus on nature, land use, food and farming.

Position in the Organisation
