We have a new opportunity for a Customer Service Delivery Specialist to join our Customer Service Management Centre (CSMC) Team based in either Hertford or Basingstoke.
You'll need to be able to come in to the office regularly during your initial training, but we'll offer more hybrid working as you grow in confidence.
This is a full time permanent role where we are offering a starting salary of £32,000 - £38,000 depending on experience.

The Resource Futures Education Team has worked over the past 17 years in developing and delivering high quality Education for Sustainable Development programmes, specialising in waste issues.
Your role will be part of the education team in Devon who enable schools and young people to develop more sustainable practices and lifestyles, specifically within the areas of waste reduction, reuse, recycling and composting.
Our ideal candidate will live in or around the East Devon / Exeter / Teignbridge area, where the majority of delivery will take place, with some home working. For the successful candidate, there may be an opportunity to expand the number of hours you deliver on a short-term basis, dependent on funding opportunities.
What you will be doing
· Develop and deliver high quality education programmes in schools on the 3Rs – reduce, reuse and recycle - and composting, to include:
o Leading workshops, assemblies and waste audits.
o Advising school staff (including senior staff, cleaners, caretakers, kitchen staff and other non-teaching staff) on educational and practical waste issues.
o Support or lead school visits to waste management facilities such as recycling centres and energy from waste (EfW) plants.
· Recruit schools to the programme and ensure bookings, administration and preparation are undertaken to a high standard.
· Develop new learning and teaching materials to support the programme, including physical and e-resources.
· Create and maintain effective relationships with Devon County Council, district councils and other relevant organisations.

Head of Programmes is a key role with significant scope to grow as the charity evolves. You’ll lead on the day-to-day delivery of our programmes, including our largest single programme, Maths Circles: a small-group-based maths enrichment programme engaging talented young mathematicians nationwide. About You

Job purpose
· To deliver Nourish in 6-8 schools in Birmingham (primary, secondary and SEND settings)
Key tasks include
· Support with recruitment of schools to take part in Nourish
· Complete in person food audits in schools looking across the whole school day

Job Summary
When someone goes missing, Missing People provides help to families, friends and professional carers who wish to publicise their appeal. This can be through the charity’s website resources, appeals and opportunities for publicity in the media.
You will support families, friends and professional carers to make appeals when someone has officially been reported as missing. The role will involve communicating in a timely, compassionate and knowledgeable manner with people experiencing the trauma of missing someone and managing families’ initial expectations of the service. You will assess the most appropriate activities to safeguard and reconnect the missing person and be responsible for police liaison and updates. You will assess with families the use of public display publicity which may begin after 3 days and help families to understand what they can do themselves. You will work closely with the Communications team, providing them with accurate and timely information if publicity is the appropriate choice. You will also access and process 'Urgent missing’ requests and work with the Communications team to make the alert happen.
You will understand the needs of longer-term families who still want to publicise their missing person, and you will advocate on their behalf to help make sure their voice is heard.

Hours: 21–28 hours per week (to be agreed between Monday–Thursday, 9AM–6PM)
Salary: £50,000–£59,000 per annum (FTE, pro-rated)

About the Role:
As Fundraising & Communications Director, you’ll lead Baytree’s fundraising, communications, and corporate engagement—driving income and influence making it possible for even more girls and women to achieve their potential. You’ll report to the CEO and play a key role on the Senior Management Team, shaping strategy and unlocking new opportunities for growth.
This is a dynamic and outward-facing role for a strategic thinker with a passion for storytelling, partnership-building, and social impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Fundraising Leadership: Deliver a diverse income strategy across trusts, corporates, major donors, digital campaigns, and events.
- Communications: Shape Baytree’s voice and tell bold, data-driven stories that resonate with stakeholders.
- Corporate Engagement: Build long-term partnerships that align with Baytree’s mission and add real value.
- Team Development: Lead and coach a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence and care.
- Strategic Leadership: Contribute to organisational strategy, performance reviews, and risk management.
