The Music Executive is at the heart of the Music team. We create powerful experiences that bring people together to inspire and entertain. This role works with our music industry specialists to develop and deliver new activity across our portfolio of sector-leading live events, campaigns and activations supported by the UK music industry. Your role
Working in the heart of the Music team, this role enables the team to develop new music events and campaigns to add to our existing portfolio of powerful experiences that inspire and entertain. The Music Executive will also support the team to ensure the successful delivery of projects and campaigns across War Child Records and our music partnerships to meet the income targets of the team. Using their knowledge and expertise, they work across the wider fundraising department and other teams to create opportunities for War Child to benefit from our incredible relationships with the music industry.
Your responsibilities
· Responsible for identifying new partners and devising creative music industry collaborations with the team to meet objectives
· Responsible for building and nurturing relationships across the music industry, including artists, labels, venues, and promoters to coordinate collaborative projects, campaigns, and events that bring the charity’s mission to life
· Track and report on industry engagement activities, measuring impact and identifying opportunities for growth
· Supporting the day to day running of our War Child Records program helping deliver our releases and campaigns from planning to delivery
· Create and produce assets to support product development in line with War Child’s Brand Guidelines and Communication Policy
· Build and maintain excellent working relationships with key stakeholders in the music industry to gain their insight into new ideas and negotiate their support of our initiatives.

· Build and maintain trusting, open and effective relationships with internal staff to create and deliver collaborative projects and events

You are
· Experienced in working within the music industry in a label, management, live music or similar role and a passion for music
· Experienced in working as part of a team to deliver music campaigns with the ability to work calmly under pressure in a fast-paced event environment and manage multiple tasks
· Experienced in researching and supporting new project development in the music space, including creating assessment documents, building timelines and evaluating potential impact
· Creative and entrepreneurial with the confidence to put forward new ideas and approach potential new partners

Role Summary
Our Communications Officer plays a key role in our central Communications team, working collaboratively with colleagues to create impactful messages which are consistent, clear and well-framed. Through this work, you’ll support thousands of people across three key work programmes – Behaviour Change, Culture Shift and Information and Advice. You’ll have a particular focus on supporting people to share their experiences by working empathetically to gather and develop a diverse range of compelling personal stories on alcohol and alcohol harm, and working with colleagues to bring them to life across our channels. You’ll also play a key role in supporting the Senior Communications Manager with messaging across emails, our website and other digital channels. You will have responsibility for wider tasks across the team, including monitoring inboxes, creating reports and supporting colleagues flexibly, particularly during busier campaign periods.

We're looking for a Therapy Manager to join the team. Leading a team of trauma-informed therapists while delivering trauma-informed therapeutic services. We are a dynamic service with a holistic service model, so the senior role is supporting wider than just direct delivery.
You'll play a key role in supporting clients, managing communications, supporting volunteers/placements. You will work closely with our community development team and criminal justice teams to ensure survivors have access to the right support. All staff have a thematic leadership area to expand the organisations knowledge in areas impacting male survivors and their loved ones.

You’ll be someone who is a qualified and experienced therapist working with trauma with a background of leading effective teams. We’re especially keen to hear from people with experience in working with men, sexual harms and supporting therapist and trainees, but we value transferable skills too. The Role
We have an ambitious membership growth target of 20%. In order to achieve this we need to be setting up new groups across the UK at scale. We have recently changed our marketing approach and are able to generate high volumes of high-quality enquiries. But we have lots of areas without groups or with groups who are full and not able to accept new members. We therefore need someone to take charge of setting up new groups at scale, ensuring the process for doing so is robust and streamlined.
Reporting to the Chief Executive, you will manage the end-to-end new group set up process:
- Identify geographical location for new group – based on no existing groups in area, local groups being full and/or volunteer availability
- Source local volunteers and work with them to get new groups up and running
- Help them to identify suitable venue and time for first meeting and free and low cost opportunities to promote new groups in local area
- Work with Social Media Assistants to execute local level organic digital outreach via community Facebook groups and websites
- Outreach to local social prescribers to encourage them to signpost to NWR
- Source volunteers to distribute printed marketing assets within local community
- Chair first meetings or (depending on location) recruit member volunteer(s) to do so
