A leadership role with real purpose within the Executive Team of Papworth Trust, a well supported and long established charity. You will work with a broad range of colleagues across the Trusts Work, Care and Day Opportunities Services.

Responsibilities
- Determine strategic growth as part of the executive team
- Ensure the trust meets statutory and regulatory requirements (CQC)
- Lead and inspire, creating a high-performance culture and delivering high-quality services to customers
- Create opportunities for growth through forming alliances and relationships with authorities and commissioners
Experience
- You must have experience working at Senior level within the provision of Care, Day Opportunities, or Work
- Of course confidence around disability, and understanding the impact disability can have on the individual and the people around them is a prerequisite
- You will carry a passion for equality and social change with you in everything that you do
- Solid leadership skills, budget management, and enabling innovation through your teams will all be needed in this exciting and challenging role
The Head Office of Papworth Trust is located in Huntingdon with offices across the East of England, with a high concentration in Suffolk, you will need to be based in East Anglia and be happy to travel across the region to fulfill your role.

We are looking to recruit a Corporate and Partnerships Fundraiser to raise the profile and awareness of CamSight and increase income through developing and securing a range of funding streams including Corporates and their employees whilst developing new relationships and partnerships. The post holder will help to develop and ensure the effective delivery of the corporate and partnerships fundraising strategy to generate sustainable income from new and existing partnerships.
The role will help grow our portfolio of partnerships, working collaboratively to explore ideas and launch new initiatives to help us achieve our mission. The role plays an important part in helping us to meet our fundraising targets and increasing participation and engagement in our fundraising activities.

We're looking for an IT Project Manager to join our Data and IT team. The IT Project Manager will oversee the planning, implementation and tracking of assigned IT projects within the charity. You'll be responsible for managing the project team, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget and meet quality standards. You'll serve as a liaison between various stakeholders, including clients, internal teams and vendors, to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle. You'll also identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues and provide regular progress reports to stakeholders.
