The Transformation Officer post will become a focal point of support to Transformation leaders, a member of the Change Review Forum and Portfolio Steering Group. Through to acting as a bridge between projects/activities and relevant stakeholders, ensuring that our people are engaged, and the business is ready for the project/activity outputs when transitioned to business as usual.

About the role - Your main duties will include:
- Carrying out a crucial role in managing, maintaining and supporting the portfolio management system. Performing advanced tasks in the system, providing user support, facilitating workflow improvements.
- Support the delivery of transformation interventions to ensure buy-in and commitment to organisational change and facilitate successful project/activity outcomes.
- Analysing impact on specific groups, working with Change Review Forum and Portfolio Steering Group to schedule optimal slots for delivery.
- Support activity and monitoring, helping to track the effectiveness and success of transformation activities, gaining the data required and updating plans and approaches accordingly.

- Previous experience of working in a transformation, change or project related role

The Marketing and Communications Manager leads the development and delivery of all marketing, communications, and branding activity at Northampton Students’ Union. This role is central to ensuring that all campaigns, messaging, and visual content reflect the Union’s strategic priorities and values—Courageous, Empowering, Authentic, Inclusive, and Innovative—while engaging and informing students, stakeholders, and the wider community. The postholder will drive a student-led, insight-informed communications culture that strengthens the SU’s brand, increases participation, and amplifies student voice.
Strategic Marketing & Brand Leadership:
- Lead the implementation of the Union’s Marketing, Brand and Communications Strategy in alignment with the 2023–2027 Strategic Plan.
- Create and oversee annual and in-year communications plans, supporting Union services and events with impactful, timely, and coordinated campaigns.
- Ensure brand consistency and clarity across all physical and digital channels, reinforcing the SU’s reputation and values.

Role Overview
MSUK are seeking a passionate and proactive Community Engagement Officer to strengthen and grow our patient and family community. There are over 1500 IMDs and many of our community use social media, other patient groups and in-person events to connect and learn. This role is central to how we engage with the people we support — through social media, community groups, events, and collaborative partnerships. You’ll be the bridge between our charity and the people we serve, helping to build a supportive, inclusive, and informed community.

Engagement & Social Media

Manage and monitor all online patient communities responding to community messages and comments with empathy and timeliness

IKWRO –Women’s Rights Organisation (IKWRO) is an award-winning charity founded (as the Iranian and Kurdish Women’s Rights Organisation) in 2002. As testament to its’ success and in response to huge need, IKWRO has expanded and now provides unique and vital support for women and girls from all Middle Eastern, North African and Afghan (MENA) communities who are at risk of “honour” based violence, child marriage, forced marriage, female genital mutilation, domestic violence, sexual violence and other forms of gender violence.
IKWRO provides direct services including advocacy and professional counselling. IKWRO opened the UK’s first specialist Middle Eastern women’s refuge. IKWRO is regularly called upon to share expertise with government, academics, and media and to train professionals from bodies such as the police, social services and schools.
IKWRO has led the recognition of “honour” based abuse and “honour” killing as forms of violence against women and girls. Campaign successes include; the first extradition from Kurdistan-Iraq to the UK of perpetrators of “honour” killing of Banaz Mahmod, the UK’s criminalisation of forced marriage, child marriage, virginity testing and hymenoplasty, as well as the first ever national inspection of policing of “honour” based violence.
This is an exciting time to join IKWRO with the opportunity to help shape and implement the organisations’ new campaigns and communications strategies.
The Campaign and Communications Manager will work under the direction of the Executive Director of IKWRO and will be responsible for drafting and implementing IKWRO’s new campaign and communications strategy to achieve positive systemic legal and policy change, informed by the experiences of the women and girls that IKWRO represents. The role involves lobbying, research, media and communications, networking, events management, engaging with the wider team and the women and girls IKWRO represents to ensure their voices are heard and maintaining and strengthening IKWRO’s leadership in the field. The Campaign and Communications Manager will be both an excellent team player and also have the ability to work independently and manage volunteers.
