HOSPICE NURSE (Bank)
Location: Saint Michael’s Hospice, Crimple House, Harrogate
Bank Hours Contract, rotating shift post, shifts throughout the day and night 7 days per week.
£18.65 per hour

About the role
An exciting opportunity for a registered nurse to work on our specialist 10 bedded inpatient unit within Saint Michaels Hospice. You will work with our experienced specialist practitioners to deliver excellent standards of care to our inpatients. We offer a robust induction period with clinical competencies attached, and you will also benefit from regular training and education on our in-house study days to support your clinical knowledge & development.

Be motivated and passionate about developing your specialist palliative care knowledge and skills
Great communication and documentation skills
Someone who enjoys working within a team, but has the confidence of working independently
Knowledge of Infection Prevention, Safeguarding and Health and Safety will also be required

Employment Specialist IPS Location: Leeds, LS14 6PA Salary: £24,242.40 - £30,790 per annum Job Type: Fixed Term, Full Time Hours: 37 hours per week About the role... We are currently looking for an Individual Placement Support (IPS) Employment Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis.  The Forward Leeds IPS team aims to increase the number of people moving into employment from the specialist drug and alcohol services.  Employment specialist roles will be co-located within these teams working closely alongside recovery service staff to support a small caseload of service users into employment opportunities.  An Employment Specialist offers a bespoke employment service to the individual accessing recovery at Forward Leeds which includes, career coaching, CV writing, interview techniques, making links with local and national employers, attending job fairs, working across different sites and some community working. To help and support the individual to quickly gain employment as part of their recovery journey. About you... Experience of managing a caseload. Any knowledge of drugs, alcohol, working with ex-offenders, the benefits system or disadvantaged people would be an advantage. Excellent communication, both written and verbally.  Strong IT skills. The ability to build good relationships with a range of different people. A passion for making a difference to peoples’ lives. A valid driving licence and have access to your own vehicle, is not essential for this role but it is preferred due to required travel across Leeds.
