Summary of the role:
The Income Generation Support Officer will provide day-to-day administrative departmental support and support to the department Director to ensure the successful delivery of the organisation’s operations in an efficient manner. This role will focus on generating reports, tracking progress, and ensuring all the necessary processes relating to compliance, finance and HR are completed in a timely and accurate manner.
About the Role:
- Maintain and improve departmental filing systems to achieve maximum efficiency.
- Prepare purchase orders and document payments according to Muslim Aid’s financial procedure and in conjunction with the Finance team to ensure speedy payment of invoices for internal / external stakeholders.
- Undertake small-scale project work including researching, analysing and recommending next steps.
- Provide support to the IGM management team in responding to correspondence, booking meetings, minute-taking, planning and supporting events, organising travel and preparing travel itineraries and relevant tasks as required.
- Track Managers delivery of action points to ensure timeframes and outcomes are met, escalating to Head or Director of IGM for further action as appropriate.
- Undertake full inbox and extensive diary management, ensuring an effective use of time and preparation of information in advance. Sort, redirect and action emails and review an effective ‘bring up’ system to brief and prepare the Director Income Generation and Marketing for meetings / events.

Summary of the role:
The Campaigns Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the day-to-day running of MAUK’s campaigns. By effectively bringing all campaign stakeholders together and ensuring campaigns are delivered to budget and in a timely manner the role is responsible for assisting with strategic planning, reviewing and development of MAUK’s campaign diary.

- Coordinate the design, scheduling, and delivery of integrated campaigns across email, SMS, and digital channels.

Summary of the role:
The International Programmes Department (IPD) is a busy, multi-functional team at the heart of the work of Muslim Aid in the UK and internationally.
The Global Programmes Assistant reports directly to the Global Programmes Manager and will primarily be responsible for providing support functions to the International Programmes team. The role requires excellent organisational, teamwork and numeracy skills, to work with key stakeholders to ensure an effective, efficient and quality delivery of development and emergency response programmes.
The Global Programmes Assistant also supports the administrative work of the department, including the preparation and tracking of project payments, and maintaining partner due diligence records.
About the Role:
- Provide programme and administrative assistance to Country Programmes and Programmes Partnerships teams as required including support with the development and production of project proposals.
- Responsible for updating and maintaining the Project Tracker and SharePoint site.
- Maintain soft (and if required hard copies of) programme files, provide filing assistance to the team and support archiving.
- Ensure the timely submission of quarterly and completion reports, and support the review of seasonal and small-medium project reports as delegated by Country Programmes and Programmes Partnerships teams
- Maintain and review the report supporting documents including field reports, financial evidence, centrally agreed documents, media and case studies.
- Support the development of IPD wide administrative systems.

Summary of the role:
The Philanthropy & Partnerships Manager will oversee the development of existing high-net (HNW) donors and pipeline new high-net prospects. You will work closely with key Third Party supporters to establish our presence nationally.
A key part of their role will be to strategise to identify high-net donors and foster long term relationships so Muslim Aid is their charity of choice.
You will also work closely with fundraising and supporter services to organise tactical, innovative, bespoke and strategic events to meet the requirements of high-net donors and maximise major gifts like no other.
About the Role:
- Develop a three-year high-net donor strategy with stakeholders that drives long-term sustainable revenue and year on year growth.
- Develop short-, medium- and long-term strategies to maintain engagement, retention and increase revenue with existing and prospective donors that supports our organisational strategy.

The ideal candidate will be hardworking, eager to learn, and have hands-on experience in workplace IT support. You will work closely with the IT Manager to maintain and enhance the hardware, software, and systems that keep our charity running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
· Deliver timely technical support to end users via phone, email, remote tools, and in person.
· Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues efficiently.
· Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripheral equipment.
· Provide support for Microsoft Windows, Office 365, and line-of-business applications.
· Administer and troubleshoot VoIP telephony systems, with familiarity in SIP phone systems.
· Manage user accounts, permissions, and security groups within Entra AD and work within the Azure environment.
· Track IT support tickets, documenting resolutions and any remedial actions taken.
· Assist in maintaining and upgrading IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, desktops, laptops, and other equipment.
· Perform regular system maintenance as directed by the IT Manager.
· Maintain accurate documentation, including Asset Registers, IT Policies, and Departmental Workflows.
· Provide out-of-hours support during agreed periods.

Skills and Experience
· Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
· Previous experience in a technical support/helpdesk role.

· Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, and common business applications.
· Understanding of networking concepts (LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, TCP/IP).

About the Development Operations & Stewardship Manager role:
This job sits within the Museum’s Development Team, supporting a team of fundraisers to build philanthropic relationships, corporate partnerships and run National Museums Scotland’s Membership programme. The successful candidate will report to the Head of Development and be a senior member of the Development team. The post holder will bring experience and knowledge of best practice across the full Development Operations function, including CRM and supporter insight, prospect research, and financial reconciliation and reporting.
