We are looking for two Development Managers to join our Development team focusing on Individual Giving and Trust and Foundation Fundraising.
The Development Manager (Individual Giving) will manage the strategic development of Individual Giving, identifying opportunities to drive growth in this area. The role, 30th Birthday Public Affairs lead will play a key role in managing external relationships with key parliamentarians, and representative bodies. You will have experience of managing external contractors (e.g. designers, photographers, illustrators, developers, etc.) as well as using tools like Google Analytics (GA4) and Hotjar, and understanding how web statistics and user feedback collection and analysis can help us engage with our audiences better.
You will understand the digital needs of a wide range of SCIE’s stakeholders, including for example, people with visual impairments and people with learning disabilities, and how to ensure that our digital products and web content work for all audiences.

This is a permanent role, working 37.5 hours per week. We are offering a Registered Care Manager £33,930 per annum.

Your required skills and experiences:

- NVQ Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care - or willing to work towards it is essential. Sense will fund this qualification.
