Digital and Communications Delivery Lead 

We are partnered with a fantastic charity who are seeking a dedicated and experienced Digital and Communications Delivery Lead to manage the digital and communications elements of its largest corporate partnership. This role is critical to helping the partnership raise a significant target their service user. 

Key responsibilities

• Programme managing both the digital delivery and communications aspects of the charity’s largest corporate partnership.
• Matrix managing relevant colleagues across different teams to achieve shared goals.
• Maintaining a critical relationship with the corporate partner at an operational level and reporting with confidence to their senior management/leadership.
• Providing direct delivery of relevant national and regional media activity and social media engagement aimed at adult audiences.
• Directly delivering relevant communications targeted at the corporate partner’s members, partners, and wider adult audiences.
• Oversight of organic and paid social media content and delivery.
• Oversight of the production of content for younger audiences.
• Ensuring the voices and experiences of children and young people are central to all work produced.
• Building and maintaining effective working relationships both internally and with the corporate partner to deliver agreed objectives.
• Regularly reporting progress against agreed plans and KPIs to senior colleagues both internally and externally.

Person Specifications

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate equivalent professional expertise gained in a digital, PR, social media, or a related discipline.

• Demonstrable experience holding a relationship with a corporate partner on behalf of a charity.
• Proven experience of matrix and programme management, successfully delivering shared goals by working across multiple teams.
• Demonstrable experience working in media, including generating positive coverage and holding relationships with journalists.
• Demonstrable experience in digital content production and communications, including liaising with external agencies.
• Experience in co-producing content with children and young people, coupled with an understanding of safeguarding.
• Proven ability to work effectively within a complex organisation and closely with senior leadership in a large organisation.
• Possesses excellent written, oral, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts to varied audiences.
• Comfortable working in fast-changing environments and capable of adapting plans as needed.
• Must be able to attend meetings in central London at least once a month, with occasional travel to other UK locations.

The role

Summary

We are currently looking to appoint a Home Academy Liaison Officer (HALO) to oversee educational welfare across the academy.

The actual salary for this role will be £29,641-£30,516 (39 weeks per year, 37.5 hours per week) 

Main Areas of Responsibility

Your responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing Educational Welfare across the academy.
• Managing a caseload of ‘at risk’ students, where attendance falls below 85% and implement strategies to improve attendance
• Monitoring and improving the attendance of most vulnerable students
• Ensuring compliance with statutory duties, including reporting persistent and severe absenteeism
• Conducting home visits to engage families and address barriers to school attendance
• Maintaining accurate attendance records and preparing reports
• Representing the academy at external meetings e.g. Social Services Case Conferences, Child in Need Meetings, LAC Reviews
• Communicating effectively with all external agencies including possible alternative providers

Qualifications & Experience

We would like to hear from you have:

• Qualifications to degree level or equivalent
• Knowledge of behaviour for learning policies
• Knowledge of the range of barriers to learning that students face
• Training in child protection and safeguarding procedures
• Basic knowledge of first aid (e.g. emergency first aid course)
• At least three years’ experience of working in an inner city school or educational establishment in a pastoral capacity
• Experience of dealing successfully with a range of issues influencing poor attendance
• Experience of working with staff to ensure excellent standards of attendance and punctuality
• Experience of working with families
• Experience of working with challenging students and parents, and finding ways in which we can meet their needs more successfully

We are looking for someone to take a lead role in developing evidence-based policy positions to support CPAG’s influencing and campaigns work. You will have knowledge of political processes and how external organisations can effect change. About the role

Solace Women’s Aid is delighted to be the lead partner for this innovative cross-borough project, funded by MOPAC. We are looking for an experienced, dynamic Psychologist to use their knowledge and skills in psychological theory and practice to support non-clinical advocates working with women experiencing VAWG and severe and multiple disadvantage.

About you

You will have experience working as a clinical, counselling or forensic psychologist. Your role will include fostering trauma-informed practice in the project, providing clinical support to non-clinical advocates through conducting ongoing Reflective Practice and clinical supervision.

You will be able to demonstrate knowledge of the intersection between severe and multiple disadvantage and VAWG and a strong understanding of how this can make it difficult for women to engage with support. You will have worked with people experiencing various aspects of severe and multiple disadvantage: homelessness, substance use, mental health issues, insecure immigration status, prostitution, offending history and children taken into Care.

Action Tutoring is the largest tutoring charity in the country. At the heart of our work is closing the attainment gap for pupils facing disadvantage in the UK by harnessing the power of tutoring. We are seeking an inspiring and strategic Interim Chief Executive Officer (maternity cover) to lead our growing charity, ensuring the charity continues to achieve benchmark-beating results for the pupils we support. In 2025-26, our work will reach 7,000 pupils supported by more than 80 staff and 2,500 volunteer tutors.  This role would suit someone with experience of interim senior leadership roles, wanting to make a difference in an area with proven impact on outcomes for children and young people.

Duties and Responsibilities
The Interim CEO (maternity cover) is responsible for maintaining the high performance of the charity, overseeing the delivery of key strategic goals in line with our mission and aims. Role Summary

The Resources Coordinator role sits within the learning content creation team, which is responsible for the devising, commissioning and delivering of high quality, film-focused learning opportunities. These include the production of resources and online courses for teachers and their learners which are made available on our website and on our learning platform.

• Produce high quality, exciting and engaging resources for educators and young people, including commercial resources for film industry clients.

Leadership

• More than 2 years post-qualified at graduate or post graduate level Counselling Diploma or equivalent [of two years minimum duration including personal counselling or psychotherapy].
• BACP Registration or Accreditation and/or eligible for other Professional Accreditation e.g. UKCP/HPC.
• Strong team-management and line-management experience is required, including demonstrated experience in supervising, developing, and supporting staff.
• An in depth understanding of counselling theory and practice and working to short-term models.
• A sound understanding of child developmental processes, Child Protection and Vulnerable Adult Safeguarding issues and procedures, along with proven experience in safeguarding young children.
• Solid experience in delivering counselling and assessment, along with experience with high-risk/complex cases.

Job Title: Refuge Worker

This is an exciting opportunity to join Refuge as a domestic abuse refuge worker, providing high quality practical and emotional support to survivors of domestic abuse and their children living in our refuge accommodation in Warwickshire.

The post holder will work closely with survivors from the point of crisis and admission to the refuge, through to move on from the emergency accommodation. This involves providing a personalised, holistic support and safety plan, enabling survivors to access housing, welfare, benefits and legal advice.  

You will also work in partnership with both statutory and voluntary sector partners to ensure that the whole range of survivors’ needs are met.

A key requirement is to ensure that survivors are provided with a safe, supportive and welcoming environment in accordance with Refuge’s philosophical principles.

As part of this role, you will be required to participate in an out-of-hours on call rota.
